About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. About: I've been around pets/animals all my life. My husband and I currently have a black lab. We love to spoil our fur babies and take great care of them with routine vet visits. I have watched my friends and families dogs/pets many times. I work from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! We are available for overnight boarding Monday through Friday as well as most weekends. We are also available for day time sitting. We have a large fenced in back yard. Our black lab is not crated. He is very friendly and often compared to a teddy bear and gets along with all dogs.
About: I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat in my home and love Dachshunds. We also have a lab mix who loves to play with all dogs one of the doxies loves all dogs as well. They are both puppies still. About: I have a special interest in senior dogs. I have a 17 year old dachshund mix and a 12 year old dachshund. I have adopted hospice dogs and have been a hospice foster. I have experience as a dog foster for rescues in the Twin Cities and am also a volunteer at Animal Humane Society. I work from home and am here most of the time. No problem administering meds, including injections. I work full time from home, so I am almost always here to tend to the dogs. Caring for my own two dogs is an important part of my life and I make sure I’m always meeting their needs. I have two children who live with me 50% of the time. However, if I am given shorter notice, I may not be able to move around the lesson times and may have to fulfill an evening visit at an altered time on a particular day. When I arrive for drop-in visits, I hold my supply bag in front of me as I enter the door to prevent cats from escaping. For evening visits, I may also leave a light on at the entrance as another measure against an escape. I store all keys in a designated bag and label them when necessary; I avoid opening the key bag inside the car, where keys could fall into difficult-to-reach places in the car. I maintain the cleanliness of the food and water dishes and litter box each day and clean up any accidents, vomit, or hairballs that I find. If I need to administer oral or topical medication to a shy cat, I will need you to close the doors to certain rooms in the house where the cat can get into more difficult hiding places, and may even need to keep the cat isolated to one room. I will handle old, frail animals more delicately, particularly if I need to grab them for a medication.

I love a good environment that’s comfortable for both dogs and children, and this place fits right in. They have a big backyard for the dogs to run and burn off energy, and overall it seemed like a perfect fit for ours. They’re also very communicative and send pictures, which I really appreciate.
