About: I have grown up around animals and have always adored how wonderful companions they are. I grew up taking care of family members dogs when they went on vacations, which gave me early experience with feeding, walking, and general care. I also have some experience with cats from having one when I was younger and helping care for a few friends and family members cats over the years. I am comfortable helping with basic cat care such as feeding, litter box cleaning, and spending time with them. I have my own dog, Hadley, an 8 year old golden retriever. She is very spunky, sometimes a troublemaker, but very sweet. She loves walks and I have walked her for years and really enjoy doing so. Caring for her has helped me build strong experience with daily routines and understanding a dog’s needs. Within the past year, I started working at a shelter where I take care of dogs, including some with aggression and fear issues due to neglect and other reasons. I feed them, walk them, clean up after them, play with them, and give them love and attention while they wait to be adopted. That experience has taught me how to be around different types of dogs, adapt to their needs, and make sure our furry friends are always loved and cared for. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and patient when caring for animals. I always treat pets as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I look forward to the opportunity to help take care of your pets and give them the attention and care they deserve. Pet care fits very easily into my daily and weekly routine because my schedule is very flexible and open during the week. I am available throughout weekdays, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. On weekends, my availability is more occasional, but I am still open to working them depending on the need and advance notice. I am reliable with time management and make sure I plan ahead so I can consistently show up on time and give each pet the attention they need. Overall, having a flexible schedule allows me to be dependable and available for pet care while still maintaining balance with my other commitments. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and normal routine. I make sure to follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any specific care needs for each pet. For home sitting, I focus on keeping pets calm and comfortable in their own environment, making sure they get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. For drop-in visits, I make sure all essential needs are met, including feeding, bathroom breaks, cleaning up if needed, and spending time with the pet so they feel cared for and not alone. For dog walking, I make sure walks are safe, controlled, and appropriate for each dog’s energy level and behavior. I also pay close attention to each pet’s personality and comfort level, especially with animals that may be shy, anxious, or require extra patience. I have experience working with different types of dogs from my time at a shelter, which has helped me stay calm, observant, and adaptable. In addition, I respect the client’s home by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. My goal is always to provide reliable care so pets feel safe and owners feel confident and at ease.

About: I've never had a dog before but I've always been drawn to them and plan to have one of my own in the future. I have dog sitted for some of my friends in the past and it allowed me to gain experience on caring for a pet without having one I work full time but I am available during the weekdays and weekends as needed. I can also stay overnight depending on the day! As long as it is communicated beforehand :) I don't currently have any pets but when I did, I was creative and quick witted to come up with safe, reliable ways to restrict my pet from going into a place they are not supposed to. For example, when I had a cat I used a very tall room divider to prevent my cat from going where he wasn't supposed to.
