About: I’ve been around animals since I was about 8 years old and have always loved caring for them. My friends and grandparents often trust me to watch, feed, and walk their pets when they’re away or busy. I’m patient, responsible, and make sure every pet feels safe and cared for, just like they’re my own. I currently work part-time. On weekdays, I work from 7:00–9:00 AM and 2:45–5:30 PM, which allows me time in between shifts and after 5:30 PM to care for and spend time with your pets! On weekends, I’m generally available, except Sunday mornings until 1:00 PM. I make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. I follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, medication, and routines. I give plenty of attention, playtime, and love while keeping them comfortable and safe.

There are shady spots for downtime between play sessions. In the summer months, dogs can swim in the lake (with owner permission only). We love to spend our free time taking care of our sweet boy Koda who is a 5 year old labradoodle. He gets along great with other dogs and loves friends. About: I've loved animals all my life. I got my first puppy when I was about 13 years old, full of pre-teen enthusiasm for learning all about dog behavior and puppy training strategies. Now that my own beloved dog is no longer with us, I've found myself wishing I had more opportunities to connect with animals on a regular basis. I've taken every chance I could to pet sit for friends and acquaintances over the years, but recently I realized that I could also be using Rover to make pet care a more regular part of my life! Since I'm also meant to share something here that makes me "stand out" as a sitter, I'll say that animals do tend to feel particularly safe and relaxed around me. If I were to take a guess as to why that is, I think I would say that it's probably a combination of: 1) genuinely loving pets and wanting to have a positive interaction with them, 2) not bringing anxious energy into the room, which I think is something that most pets can sense, and 3) knowing enough about animal behavior to not escalate any existing anxieties or aggression. As someone who has had a beloved pet, I know how important it is to find someone to care for your pet that you can trust to accommodate their particular needs, and to create a safe, happy environment for them while you're away. If you'll trust me to be that person, then nothing would make me happier than to give your pet an amazing visit, walk, or staycation! I work full time (8 hours M-F) in Arden Hills, but I have a fairly flexible work schedule. My preference for pet care would be to mostly fit it in before and after work (my hours can usually be adjusted based on a pet's daily schedule), but I also have the flexibility to pop out for short walks in the middle of the day, if needed. I can also work from home if absolutely necessary, but I would not wish to do that frequently. I am not able to host pets in my home at this time, but if I can come and care for your pets at their own home, I am happy to follow whatever instructions you give for how to make your pet feel happy and safe and cared for during your absence! I am a careful instruction follower, so I will refer back to any information you can give me about what your pet is accustomed to when you are home, and how you would like me to care for them when you're gone. If you feel nervous at all about leaving them, I'm also more than happy to send regular updates to you about how they are doing!

About: I have my own German Shepherd I have had since she was 6 months. As well as having been around dogs a good portion of my life, I do my best to be what she needs I work very part-time at a dominoes, usually only 4-8 hours a week, i do have appointments on Tuesdays, lasting only about 2 hours so I am always home and have plenty of time for your beloved doggos I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a firmly secured tie-out and extra leashes for outside potty breaks and/or walks, as well as a 5 year old German Shepherd (she is spade) Who is very happy and animal friendly

About: I have a bit more varied experience than some. When I was young, we had a veritable zoo, and I haven't stopped having animals since. I've never not had a dog and was made responsible for over 30 miniature horses whenever their owner needed it. I also have experience with ferrets, cats, parakeets, parrots, and lizards. I will say if you need to look after something more exotic (and demanding) we would need to talk first. My dog is also quite old and has a lot of health problems, so I am familiar with handling these. I work Mondays from 12-7 and Tuesdays through Thursday I work 10-4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have mostly open availability with the exception that I occasionally have work events. Each animal is different, and so I would strive to find that balance with your dog. Every dog plays a bit different or might need their food handled differently. While I can't take animals into my home at the present, I will strive to be as careful with meeting their needs as I do my own pup at home.

About: My husband Jeremiah and I are huge animal lovers and would love to care for your animal while you are away. I’m often known as the ‘animal whisperer’ because my friends and family’s animals always seem to love me. Jeremiah has always been an animal lover and had his last dog for 15 years. They will be loved as if they were my own. If your pup/kitty needs to stay in their safe space, I can stop in multiple times. When I stop in to check on your pup/kitty, I spend time with them, giving them some love. Or if needed, can stay over for overnight care.

I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!
