Hi! I have been Rover now for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it and every dog and cat (and a few other pets) I have gotten to care for! I have had animals and been around animals my whole entire life! Just about every one in my immediate and extended families have multiple pets per household. I have always had a huge love for all animals! Currently my fiancé and I have two rescue dogs named Opie and Maizey that are around 8 and 10 who mainly keep to themselves, a 1.5 year olds golden doodle named Charly who loves to play, a cat named Milo, and a bearded dragon named Archie. We also have two daughters who are 9 and 14-they share our love for animals as well. I have had years of experience working at multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities in Minnesota, Colorado, and Texas. Currently, I dog sit for family and friends often, have been sitting through Rover in my home as well as drop in visits for both dogs and cats at their home, and lots of dog walks! I also have a full time job (which is working from home mostly as a paralegal). Every animal I have ever cared for, I treat just as if it were my own. I want them to feel happy, safe, and comfortable while they are away from their family as it can already be a stressful time for them. You can rest assured while you are away from your pet that they will be well taken care of, loved, spoiled, and treated like part of our family while they are here!

Kayti is the jack of all trades! I most often have her stop in to hang with my kitties for a bit, but today had a need for a couple of walks for my dog. She squeezed us in to her busy schedule, gave Luna 2 great walks and still made time to give the cats some treats. I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust with my fur babies. Thank you, kayti!
Kayti was wonderful! I was so scared to leave my diabetic cat while I went on vacation and put all my trust into a stranger but Kayti reassured me everything would be okay. She went above and beyond and really helped us out! She took amazing care of Franklin! She came to our house twice a day to feed him and then administer his insulin injection. She sent me photos of Franklin everyday as well as she included our other kitties. She also updated us daily. She had great communication. She made sure there was food and cleaned the cat boxes everyday for us. I would trust Kayti again and again with the care of our animals. Totally recommend her!

Schedule
I currently work full time, but from home at my computer. I am able to take frequent breaks and kind of choose my hours. This allows plenty of time to come let out your pet and/or have board 1-2 dogs at my home at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
I am experienced with all ages of dogs and cats (and other pets). Therefore, I am capable of ensuring their needs and wants are met as well as ensuring their safety. I am comfortable administering medications, etc. At my home I have a nice fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run around, two friendly dogs to keep yours company, and a friendly cat who usually keeps his distance. Mon-Fri it is just me here from 9-4 pm. In the evening and weekends your pet will also get two loving children to play with. I will follow any rules/guidelines provided to me for your pet in either my home or yours.
Pets
A typical day
Your pet will get a great mix of fun activities as well as snuggles and rest time (oh and don’t forget food and snack times) while they are here. We have a nice fenced backyard for playing fetch, tag, or simply just letting all the zoomies out at any time of day! If your pet prefers walks, then we have a great neighborhood and lots of nearby walking trails to go exploring.
