About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13. Recently, I lost my dog Theo. During my time caring for him, I would feed, bath, and in his later years, administer medication. I love and care for him deeply and am hoping I will also get the opportunity to do the same for you and your pets. I work mornings the majority of the week. I will be able to drop in to feed, let out, or take your pet on a short walk anytime after noon! I am comfortable with taking dogs out in a fenced yard or on a leash, when it comes to in house care, I can use a code, or whatever is preferred for you!

About: I’ve been around dogs and all animals my whole life and an array of animals growing up. I’ve gained professional dog training and handling experience over the last year and a half. I’ve managed large groups of dogs and worked more independently on individualized training. I have 3 of my own dogs and 2 cats so I know how important it is for your furry friends to get loving care while you are traveling. I’m hoping to gain a clientele of drop in dog walking clients during the day on the weekdays. My work can be very flexible, so I can drop in to care for you dog during the work day. I will care for your pet by providing drop in services for dogs where we could go for a walk or play in clients yard if Applicable. Care for cats by dropping in checking food and water, scooping litter, and giving your cat some love.

About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

About: I have a bit more varied experience than some. When I was young, we had a veritable zoo, and I haven't stopped having animals since. I've never not had a dog and was made responsible for over 30 miniature horses whenever their owner needed it. I also have experience with ferrets, cats, parakeets, parrots, and lizards. I will say if you need to look after something more exotic (and demanding) we would need to talk first. My dog is also quite old and has a lot of health problems, so I am familiar with handling these. I work Mondays from 12-7 and Tuesdays through Thursday I work 10-4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have mostly open availability with the exception that I occasionally have work events. Each animal is different, and so I would strive to find that balance with your dog. Every dog plays a bit different or might need their food handled differently. While I can't take animals into my home at the present, I will strive to be as careful with meeting their needs as I do my own pup at home.

I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!

When I bought my first house in 2019, I adopted a senior dog who was scheduled to be euthanized simply because her owner passed away and nobody else could take her. She inspired me to want to take care of senior babies who may have additional needs not everybody can manage. I have experience administering oral and topical medication (no needles) for both dogs and cats. Justin: I’ve had at least one dog in my life from the day I was born. From very social Springer Spaniels, to very shy Australian Shepards to our current Lab Gus and Eskie Sue. I’m capable of administering oral and topical medication for both dogs and cats. About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and have always been a natural animal lover — animals tend to love me just as much as I love them. I currently have a few cats and live with my best friend, who has a dog of her own that I help care for regularly (she’s basically mine too!). About: I’ve taken care of many doggies and kitties in my last 10 years. I can walk them, feed them (any allowed treats will be given), I can administer their medication. I also take care of kitties! I clean litter boxes, feed them, play with them and give them premium chin scratches! It fits perfectly. I love to create a routine with regular walks and form bonds with the kitties or puppies! About: I have had pets all while growing up. I have had two bigger dogs and I have a cat at my parents house. I have help neighbors watch and walk there dogs when they are gone. I am currently working part time which allows me to have a lot of flexibility. This allows me to have more time to care for animals. I make sure to walk or play with them regularly! Always keeping an eye on them so make sure they’re safe and behaving. I also want them to be comfortable with me so making sure I introduce my self in mine or there home correctly.

About: Grew up in a household full of cats and convinced parents to get a dog when I was in high school. After high school started working with local rescue agencies to help find fosters and take care of animals. Experience in giving animals medication, dealing with behavioral issues due to anxiety or trauma, and being compassionate and patient with animals that are just scared or insecure. Currently unemployed so availability remains rather open day to day with some commitments in the morning and evening. When working pet care happens around the same schedule I would use for my own animals while navigating a work day. Very respectful inside a home, I tend to clean before the service is finished as I enjoy leaving a place in better shape than when I found it. Great at blocking doors if your animals are escape artists! I will be asking about cameras within the home, safety of the area and emergency contacts.

About: I DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS ALONE AT NIGHT or during the day IF REQUIRED and or REQUESTED. If you want to know your home and fur family are safe and have consistent interaction and love I do not work any shifts as a nurse while I work for you. I would be with them other than running to the store or to get my toddler, and could also take them with me if you wanted. I offer 24/7 care for your furry, bald, or scaly family members. For extended stay house sitting I will adjust my service radius and accept further distance or travel time. One day you would find me in your (locked or out of reach handle) SIX FOO TALL FENCED INI yard with your dogs or waiting for you to open the door I WAS OBSESSED 😬 eventually when you saw my strong bond and trust with your fur-balls you thought might not like kids…..I WAS IN!! Official dog walker with a new addition to my schedule. Which admittedly did lead to neighborhood search parties for your dog, thinking it ran away from the little girl two young to take care of it! (sorry Fur parents) they were actually sitting with me in my bedroom on my bed/refrigerator box made in to my dog fort (eating approved treats only!!) at my lame goldfish tank petless house. Just 7 wild sisters I couldn’t even trade for one dog!? Come on DAD! Anyways it’s a passion and a hobby, I have trained puppies have several weeks old to sit shake and lay down within a short period of time, I took my Aunt’s dogs always to doggy daycare and as an adult my past babies to fully owner trained facilities, I am a nurse of 14 years so I have all the BLS credentials as well as ACLS medical training, medication knowledge and after so many 20+ year old cats and dogs (my aunt really kept them happy!!) i’ve given just about every injection topical oral anal glandular ointment insulin you anti parasitic viral fungal and nasal! Yea nasal medication there is. At times living with my aunt who always had at least two dogs….and 5 cats…and a squirrel maybe some fish or my secret pet rat she knew nothing about (and was an actual wild rat I befriended) god I hope she doesn’t read this…now at 33 I am comfortable with “very pet friendly” houses, clutter or hoarding does not bother me as I grew up in many different homes and usually had multiple animals ranging from fish, Burmese pythons birds mice dragons, lizards, animal smells do not bother me, I have no allergies, I have no pets myself currently. There are a lot of people who offer cheaper services than I do so if your just looking for someone to basically stop and drop food you can save money picking someone else. **pricing reflects Rovers fluctuating meet and greet, booking, distance, duration and APP taxes & fees** I don’t work for anyone but you when I watch your family member(s) I! am flexible with availability, love all animals and creatures (besides leaches ticks and centipedes) I offer free grooming in your home for any docile candidates as well as wound care, med management, and oh yea ALL THE CUDDLES. I can get them to appointments if needed, as a first responder and nurse of 14 years I am very adept at recognizing any signs of distress, distrust, or pain. I have been able to safely manage situations that so quickly could have went bad by recognizing slight stance variation, a quick glance or change in affect on your baby. Typically if someone is noticeably obnoxious (or a kid with no training comes and puts its sticky hand in front of your babes face randomly while on a walk…I would expect nothing less and therefore am prepared. Hey we can’t all get along all the time right? For extended care with any animals that have separation anxiety or disabilities I prefer to care for animals in their home environment. Humans usually prefer not uprooting as animals do as well, it limits anxieties and the unknown. There’s at least familiarity and their own controlled routine. I do not mind doing doggy daycare or boarding a Young rambunctious pup that may not be bonded to an environment yet But typically they are so much more comfortable in their home, and you have peace of mind when you are away that not only your babies are being watched, but your property as well. As a basic care provider as well as certifications and years of being an emergency responder, safety is first. First and foremost. That applies to living beings first as well as home and surroundings. Knowing the correct commands and the rules that kids like to break when parents are away is always important and helps Foster trust and confidence between myself and your pets.
