“Sophia and Travis were great in caring for our dog! We appreciated the live camera feed in our dog’s room and the photo updates we received during play times. We will definitely be booking with them again when we need it.”

“I was very happy with Shari! I had never left my dog with anyone, but Shari sent updates and photos often, and made me confident that Siri was well cared for. I'll definitely book with her again!”

“Jordon and Melissa took great care of our mini golden doodle puppy for a long weekend sending lots of pictures of her having so much fun with the whole family! They were also flexible with our pick up and drop off which we really appreciated.”

“If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. Ramanda and her family took such good care of our dogs, Punky and Elmer. When we have left our dogs with caregivers in the past at times we have worried about their care. We can honestly say we had absolutely no worries with Ramanda and her family taking care of our boys. Communication and attention to details about their feeding schedule, etc. etc. were excellent. Bottom line is that they really, really care about animals and the quality of care they provide. Ramanda sent many pictures of Punky and Elmer with all family members involved with them. Her girls provided so much attention and love that was so much appreciated. It's nice to know your pets will be well taken care of when having to leave them behind. Thank-you.”

“My dog Murphy was happy. Communication with Meghann was clear with the updates/questions/requests and she always responded quickly. Predictable and calm environment. I am happy to have someone now in the Otsego area available I can rely upon!”

“Brenda & Alvin M. were great. We have always boarded Remy in the past but she seems to get very stressed. She likes a lot of attention and cuddles. We appreciated the pictures and updates daily. Remy seemed very comfortable with them. We would definitely use them again.”

“Wesley was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Frankie. From the moment I dropped him off, it was evident that Frankie was treated like family and genuinely well cared for. Wesley and his parents have a beautiful home with a secure, fenced-in yard, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. We were able to travel out of the country with complete peace of mind knowing my dog was safe, happy, and truly prioritized. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Wesley to anyone looking for exceptional care. I received photos and updates. We look forward to planning our next adventure and rebooking with Wesley!”

“Linnea was great! She was very patient with our two, sometimes crazy, dogs. I loved the communication and daily pictures. Both dogs were happy and tired when I picked them up:) Definitely recommend Linnea!”

“I really cannot rave enough about Kira. We have used a few different sitters around the twin cities area and we have never felt more comfortable and confident in leaving our dogs. Truly we will never use another rover again.”

“Our family is so grateful for the care Cindy and her family gave Nala. Since we rarely leave Nala with sitters, we were initially nervous, but Cindy’s kindness put us at ease right away. After a successful meet-and-greet, Nala settled in perfectly with her dogs. Throughout the stay, Cindy was incredibly communicative, sending frequent photo updates regarding Nala’s eating and behavior. She was also very flexible and understanding when our return flight was delayed. Nala came home happy, healthy, and content. We will definitely be booking with Cindy again!”

“Another great stay. Glenn got to see one of his dog friends too!! Boarding and day care with Yuliya has helped Glenn better interact and communicate with other dogs.”

“Dave was absolutely great with our dog and fabulous to work with! When we picked her up, we could tell she was in good hands and she really liked him. We will definitely book with Dave again!”

“Our dogs were well taken care of. I loved the pictures that were sent and it showed them enjoying their stay. Tracy took good care to treat the dogs for who they were and their different life styles. Our oldest needed her spot to sleep and they accommodated her. Our youngest got his playtime. He came home exhausted and happy. Will use again!”

“Have booked with Erin multiple times! She recently was able to fit in a super last minute urgent visit when we were in a pinch! She always communicates very well and sends rover cards, you can’t go wrong with booking her! Thanks again!”

“We booked Alisha for a couple drop in visits with our cats and had a great experience! Not only did she follow our instructions but she sent detailed updates with lots of pictures. We appreciate that she took the time to play with our cats during her visits as they are young and still have a lot of energy. We will 100% rebook for future pet care needs!”

“Great communication - wonderful about picture taking! Would have Mary back again any time!! She was even great about getting the boys to go potty in the rain - and that is not an easy task.”

“Erika was so attentive and loving with our cat, Sam. She went out of her way to make him feel loved, offering to brush him and providing plenty of snuggles to keep him happy. She also helped us out with a few other tasks like bringing in mail, making sure our pipes didn’t freeze by running water and just checking on things in general. Overall we are so impressed with her care for our cat and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.”

“Natalie is always amazing but this visit she was especially wonderful! We were out of town and trying to figure out when we could get home with a blizzard and she was flexible and communicative and we had no worries about the cats with her checking in on them.”

“Megan did a fantastic job taking care of my 2 cats, and chickens! I could tell they were well cared for when I got home. I really appreciate the time and love you have them! Thank you Megan!”

“Alexis did very well with Husker. He is very leery of new people and she was patient with him. Was even able to get him to calm down enough to go for a walk. We have now hired Alexis for a 5 night overnight stay.”

“Amber went above and beyond to care for our two cats while we were on vacation. We added a few extra drop-ins last minute and she was quick to help out. She even watered my mums for me and brought my packages in! She was so easy to work with from start to finish and so pleasant to talk to. She will be our go-to for any pet sitting we might need in the future!”

“I am completely pleased with Tanya’s in home drop-by service. She came at the agreed upon times, fed my cat exactly as instructed, provided photos even; though I told her they were not needed and, kept me informed on how each visit went. I especially appreciate Tanya’s willingness to care for my one of a kind extremely elusive cat; she wasn’t able to come anywhere near him and I believe one day may not have even seen him. This behavior is the opposite of most all other kittens and cats who love affection so as I said. I appreciate Tanya’s willingness to care him at all. Thanks again Tanya.”

“Kaity is great with my cats, and I feel so much better knowing they are with someone who gives them such great care when I am gone. Kaity sends great photos each day and lets me know if there are any issues. I highly recommend her!”

“We had a short time window to book care for our two cats, with one needing insulin injections. Sara's info indicated she had experience with cats and injections. We did a video interview, as we weren't able to connect in person before our trip and Sara was able to come to our home to handle all duties without issue. She bonded very well with both cats and they even started looking forward to her visits - greeting her at the front window and door! She notified us of visits, as well as pictures and notes, which we appreciated, being far from home. Will definitely look forward to using Sara again! Thanks Sara Bella and Bree, Mary and Scott”

“Sophia was very kind and welcoming of our pup. We received pics and updates throughout her doggy daycare experience. I felt that our dog was well cared for and loved during her stay.”

About: I have grown up with pets all my life, and even went to Vet Tech school for 1 year. I had a diabetic cat so I am familiar with giving medicine and injections. I work full time from home during the day. I take breaks every hour or so. We are typically home in the evening and weekends to love and play with your animals as well as our own. I have a fenced in back yard and a playful dog to keep your fur baby company while you are away. My dog no longer needs to be kenneled when I am away or at night. I can accommodate whatever you are most comfortable with.
“Amy and her family were absolutely amazing and Marley loved going for Doggie Daycare! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby and for being so flexible as well!! We will definitely use you again for Marley care❤️”

“Hopps has enjoyed his days with Kara and the family. He looks forward to playing in the yard with Oscar, walks with the kiddos and having someone to follow around all day. Kara is so great at documenting the day with pictures and reporting on his activities. I know he’s in good hands 😊”

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life. In the past 3 years we’ve welcomed almost 50 fosters into our home, many with behavioral issues. We currently have two rescues that are our life - and we want to welcome your pup into our home. We are heavily involved in the rescue world. We crate train, work on obedience, have the tools for a smooth transition, and go on walks multiple times a day. I currently work from home and am active on breaks with walks, training, and providing puppy love. We believe in routine and keeping dogs on a schedule. We watch our dogs, crate and rotate if needed, and always walk with a secure harness or harness lead. We allow pups to transition as long as they need as being away from home can be stressful!
“Julie is the best, very responsive and so way going. She has built a level of trust with us and our dogs. She's reliable, and adjusts to just about everything. I truly feel at ease when she watches them.”
“I was so thankful that my dog could hang out with Kyle and Coco while we took a long day trip. When our plans changed, Kyle was understanding and accommodating. I would definitely book with Kyle again.”

“Maureen is a very animal loving person. She sent a picture and a video. By the info she provided about Studly I knew he really liked her!!! Even when we dropped him off he made himself at home instead of his usual separation anxiety issue. We highly recommend Maureen and will definitely use her again!!!”

“Sonja and Adam were both very nice and their dogs too. I received a cute video of my dog playing with one of their dog during the day. They always answered my message quickly. They took care of Lola very well.”

“Alicia was great. She sent me pics of Lacie showing me that she was feeling comfortable and enjoying her stay. She took her outside for a while as well! Thanks Alicia for making Lacie feel comfortable!”

“Patricia and Patrick welcomed my dogs in their home. My dogs, Frappe' and Lily loved the house and the backyard very much. When I picked the dogs up I could tell they had been well cared for. See you again :) Thank you!”

“Meghann has taken my dog out multiple times. Today I came home from work and I noticed that she had cleaned up an accident that my dog had before Meghann arrived to let her out. I feel safe with her knowing where my house key is. She is also very responsive.”

“Amber was a pleasure to work with. She communicated even minor updates, cared so much that she cleaned up a small excitement piddle on the floor, and other things she noticed as things to be aware of. She was kind enough to also move a delivered package indoors for us. We absolutely look forward to future care with Amber as the need arises.”

About: Growing up, my parents frequently relied on me to take care of our rat terriers while they were at work - this includes feeding them, taking them out for potty breaks before/ after school, playing with them, etc. Because I’ve been around rat terriers I’m very familiarized with their personalities and high energy levels. I also have experience walking pitbulls and Great Pyrenees breeds, as my boyfriends parents used to own both breeds and I would walk them frequently (: - I also have experience with giving medications to dogs; one of my rat terriers has bad seasonal allergies and receives medication (a liquid) daily with his dinner. Another one of my rat terriers suffered from seizures and would have to receive medication with her food as well. I am comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and needs. I understand the importance of maintaining consistent routines and ensuring pets feel safe and cared for. I’m currently working a full time job, however I don’t start work until 2:45pm everyday (off days are Fridays and Saturdays). When I work Sunday-Thursday I’m available to drop in at least one early morning, I can do another drop in in the early afternoon, and another drop in when I get off if needed (I get off at 11pm). On my days off - Friday and Saturdays - I can do numerous drop ins throughout the day. Anytime between early morning to late night. I have two cats of my own. Both are tabby cats, but they have very different personalities. Bean, who is an orange long haired cat, is very skittish, loves to play, enjoys pets but hates being picked up. While Franklin, is a grey short hair, loves cuddles, being next to his people, and would rather play with Bean than his humans. We got Franklin when he was 8 weeks old from my boyfriend’s brother and we fostered then adopted Bean when he was 12 weeks old (about 6 months after getting Franklin). We discovered Franklin loves going outside, so we bought him a cat harness and leash and frequently take him on walks (: Bean is too skittish for this, but he loves to play inside with toy mice and springs (ESPECIALLY springs, those are his favorite 😅)

About: Dog lover extraordinaire, I live for belly rubs and ear scratches. My talents include giving kisses, playing fetch, and hide-and-seek. While I enjoy spending time with my human friends, when it comes down to it, I'll always choose cuddling up with a furry four-legged companion. I'm an empty nester who works from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. Your fur baby will be loved on with all that I have! Your house. Your pet. Your way. You can trust I'll care for you dog just as carefully and lovingly as you do- or better! (We'll let the doggy decide.)
About: I currently have two pomskies, a russian blue, and a black cat. I also had two 80 lbs Weimaraners, a black cat, and a teddy bear hamster growing up as well as taking care of all the neighbors pets when they would go on vacation prior to starting Rover! I now have interacted with almost every size of dog and multiple cats through my services. - I was a dual-sport athlete in college where I did gymnastics and track, and I currently weight lift. I preface this because some pet owners in the past have said I appear to be a smaller girl but I am stronger than I look and have walked/taken care of big dogs and very high energy dogs😂 - My services include: •30 minute dog walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood to give your pet some fresh air and exercise during the day. •30 minute drop-ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of love to make sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away. You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂
About: As animal enthusiasts, your pets happiness and health is our passion! Your pet will receive personalized care and attention just as it does when home with you (no kenneling here). Walks, belly rubs, playing/chasing after balls, brushing, relaxing, all come with no extra charge! We understand how stressful a kennel environment can be on your pet, especially smaller and older dogs. Most often your dog will be the only dog that stays with us when visiting. I take special care in making sure the dogs are compatible. Even though we don't have a fenced in yard, your dog will be personally walked by me many times throughout the day. I know when your dog has gone to the bathroom and not left unsupervised outside for hours (or with other dogs). Why your Pet will love it here: -it's a calm/relaxed home environment, they will feel safe (no stress of other dogs) -they will get LOTS of attention all throughout the day (I'm home all day) and feel loved -same routine as home (feeding, walks, potty breaks) so they know what to expect We are animal lovers so we enjoy pet care, we have 3 cats. We enjoy having dogs visit and stay with us, it gives us the opportunity to help families who need care for their beloved pet and a chance for us to pamper a dog for a few days and enjoy them! We do not have any dogs so it’s most likely your dog will be the only one staying with us, we like calm, low key environments so your dog can be relaxed and feel safe.
“Natalie is wonderful and helped April get some much needed exercise and play on a cold day! Natalie is knowledgeable and kind, and April was instantly comfortable with her, happy to spend time with a new friend. We will definitely hire Natalie again. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie!”

“Acacia is awesome!! Ike loves her and is excited to see her everytime. She is super friendly, always on time and if I could have her babysit him I would. Definitely recommend!!”

“Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. I was horrified when I realized my mistake, especially since I was hours away and couldn’t do anything to help. Neha could not have been more gracious and understanding. Despite the inconvenience that I caused, she generously offered to drive to my new home and still take care of Leia. She spent extra time with her, gave her dinner, took her for a walk, and made sure my princess got plenty of love and attention. I am incredibly grateful for Neha’s kindness, flexibility, and patience. She truly went above and beyond, and it meant so much to me. Leia was happy and well cared for, and I would absolutely choose Neha again in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and genuinely wonderful with pets!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life! My current living situation does not allow animals. Honestly, I am joining Rover to get some dog time and earn some extra cash! I love animals, but have a special place in my heart for dogs and their sweet personalities! I have been dog sitting and walking for friends and family for over 7 years independently. I am currently working full-time! I am most free to walk pups early in the morning, in the evening, or on the weekends! I am flexible and very communicative! I moved out from home recently and am really missing my family dogs, so anytime with your dog will be just as fun for me as it is for them! I am a very responsible, able-bodied individual who loves to walk or run with dogs depending on your desire for your pup! I have been pet and home sitting since I was 15, I've never had a bad experience, and love to leave a place and pup better and happier than I found them!
About: I grew up on a farm where animals were my first friends. I’ve had pets my whole life and as a parent, my kids quickly learned that I could never say no when they wanted a pet. We’ve had fish, cockatiels, hamsters, parakeets, guinea pigs, cats, and a variety of dogs in our home. We currently have a cat and two German Shepherds. My weekends are mostly wide open and I’m available any time during weekdays since I’m off during the summers. I would love to help take care of your furry friends! I am a teacher so I’m available any time during the summer and usually wide open on weekends for drop-in visits or dog walk dates. I am unable to watch your dogs in my own home, however. I would just need a day or two notice. I am very dependable and trustworthy. I would be happy to come to your home, play and cuddle with your pets, give them a break from their crate, feed them, walk them, play outside, etc… whatever you need to make your life easier and your pet’s life better!
About: Hello! I'm Kaity and I have 20+ years of professional dog training experience. I have was also the General Manager at a local pet food store where I educated pet parents daily about nutrition, care and everything in-between. Dogs are my true passion in life. I majored in Animal Science in college and went through a dog training school in North Carolina so I know all about how to handle your pets and make sure they are comfortable in my care. I love working with puppies and teaching good habits and behaviors. I have taught dog training classes for over 10 years and enjoy one on one sessions so much more than a big class format so we can focus on exactly what your pup needs. I offer in person training sessions, virtual sessions, outings, as well as drop in training sessions where I work with your dog even if you aren't at home. Please reach out and we can look at a custom package that suits your needs. Thanks so much for checking out my profile, please take a look and send a message if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your animals! Thanks! Kaity I have the most availability for training sessions on weeknight afternoons/evenings as I do have a full time job but I can sometimes make daytime work. I can also make weekends work as needed for sessions. I am not typically available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I take all the extra precautions like double-checking fences, keeping food put away, not leaving socks on the floor, and so much more. The trainer in me makes for a very careful dog sitter!
