“Sophia and Travis did an awesome job looking after our young pup Murphy. This was the first time we used their service and will definitely be bringing him back. We loved the spacious room that Murphy stayed in and love that he got to go out and play every couple hours. Having the camera to look at him was a great feature as our kids loved checking in on him from time to time. Sophia and Travis sent pictures throughout the week of Murphy playing and interacting with the other dogs. They answered all our questions very promptly which was nice. Overall we had a great experience with Sophia and Travis and can’t wait to bring Murphy back in the future!!”

About: I’m comfortable caring for cats and understand that they all have different personalities- I've had very social cats and have one very shy cat now who will keep to herself. Some want attention right away, some want playtime, and others need space and time to warm up. I’m patient with shy cats and won’t force interaction if they’d rather keep to themselves. I’m happy to follow their normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, medication instructions if needed, and any little preferences that help them feel comfy while away.

About: I own 2 cats of my own (and one is an orange cat so I totally understand orange cat behavior 😳), so I’m familiarized with playing with cats, feeding them, and scooping litter. I also used to care for my family cat; I ended up being his main caretaker once he became about 13 years old due to his connection to me. He unfortunately passed away when he was 17 years old, however some things I would do to help him in his elderly ages (in addition to basic cat care) were: mix/ breakup his dry food with his wet food for better eating, wash his feet daily (due to him not being able to properly clean them), help him onto the bed when he wanted to nap, made him his own comfy bean bag bed that was accessible to him when I wasn’t home, etc.

About: I have a real love and passion for all animals. I have special skills in diabetes care for my sisters elderly cat and I have trained my own pups (Shar pei, lab pit bull mix and chocolate lab). About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have always had a deep love for them. When I was little, I had a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Bravo and a Tortoiseshell cat named Jayden who were a huge part of my childhood. Bravo was very protective of me when I was a baby and young girl, and Jayden was my playful little companion… we would spend hours playing together and just being in our own world. I currently have an English Springer Spaniel that I’ve had for 7 years, and caring for him has given me a lot of hands-on experience and responsibility. My daily routine includes multiple walks a day, feeding, grooming, bath time when needed, and making sure he’s happy, active, and well cared for. I’m reliable, attentive, and I genuinely enjoy being active and spending time outside, so walks and drop-in visits feel natural for me. I currently don’t have a fixed job schedule, as I may be called in for a golf cart girl position in mid-July or mid-August. About: Growing up, my parents frequently relied on me to take care of our rat terriers while they were at work - this includes feeding them, taking them out for potty breaks before/ after school, playing with them, etc. Because I’ve been around rat terriers I’m very familiarized with their personalities and high energy levels. I also have experience walking pitbulls and Great Pyrenees breeds, as my boyfriends parents used to own both breeds and I would walk them frequently (: - I also have experience with giving medications to dogs; one of my rat terriers has bad seasonal allergies and receives medication (a liquid) daily with his dinner. Another one of my rat terriers suffered from seizures and would have to receive medication with her food as well. I am comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and needs. I understand the importance of maintaining consistent routines and ensuring pets feel safe and cared for. I’m currently working a full time job, however I don’t start work until 2:45pm everyday (off days are Fridays and Saturdays). When I work Sunday-Thursday I’m available to drop in at least one early morning, I can do another drop in in the early afternoon, and another drop in when I get off if needed (I get off at 11pm). On my days off - Friday and Saturdays - I can do numerous drop ins throughout the day. Anytime between early morning to late night. I have two cats of my own. Both are tabby cats, but they have very different personalities. Bean, who is an orange long haired cat, is very skittish, loves to play, enjoys pets but hates being picked up. While Franklin, is a grey short hair, loves cuddles, being next to his people, and would rather play with Bean than his humans. We got Franklin when he was 8 weeks old from my boyfriend’s brother and we fostered then adopted Bean when he was 12 weeks old (about 6 months after getting Franklin). We discovered Franklin loves going outside, so we bought him a cat harness and leash and frequently take him on walks (: Bean is too skittish for this, but he loves to play inside with toy mice and springs (ESPECIALLY springs, those are his favorite 😅)

I can also make weekends work as needed for sessions. I am not typically available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I take all the extra precautions like double-checking fences, keeping food put away, not leaving socks on the floor, and so much more. The trainer in me makes for a very careful dog sitter!
About: No matter the breed or age of the dogs I have cared for, one thing remains the same - the love and affection they always share. I have over 25 years of experience caring for families' dogs and sometimes cats. I work remotely full-time from my home and am also able to work full-time from your home with Wifi. I am available to care for your pup(s) any day of the week. I have a large yard and will personally walk your dog in the yard as often as needed with a leash. I am available to take your dog for longer walks at least twice a day. I have a large indoor crate and dog beds if needed.
About: I currently have two pomskies, a russian blue, and a black cat. I also had two 80 lbs Weimaraners, a black cat, and a teddy bear hamster growing up as well as taking care of all the neighbors pets when they would go on vacation prior to starting Rover! I now have interacted with almost every size of dog and multiple cats through my services. - I was a dual-sport athlete in college where I did gymnastics and track, and I currently weight lift. I preface this because some pet owners in the past have said I appear to be a smaller girl but I am stronger than I look and have walked/taken care of big dogs and very high energy dogs😂 - My services include: •30 minute dog walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood to give your pet some fresh air and exercise during the day. •30 minute drop-ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of love to make sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away. You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

“Sophia and Travis did an awesome job looking after our young pup Murphy. This was the first time we used their service and will definitely be bringing him back. We loved the spacious room that Murphy stayed in and love that he got to go out and play every couple hours. Having the camera to look at him was a great feature as our kids loved checking in on him from time to time. Sophia and Travis sent pictures throughout the week of Murphy playing and interacting with the other dogs. They answered all our questions very promptly which was nice. Overall we had a great experience with Sophia and Travis and can’t wait to bring Murphy back in the future!!”
