About: Thank you for considering me to provide care for your fur baby. I am available to provide drop-in care for your cat or small to mid-sized dog as well as walk your dog in your absence. I have almost always had a cat in my life. I had cats all throughout childhood and for 22 consecutive years as an adult. I usually have two furry friends in my home at one time. My current loves are an 18-year-old Maine Coon and a 6-year-old Tuxedo. I can care for kittens up through geriatric kitties like mine. I have complete flexibility with my schedule and am happy to take requests on short notice. I am happy to provide meds, brush your feline friend, feed, change litterbox, play with, or whatever else your cat needs. Although I have never had a dog, I have cared for the dogs of family members when they traveled or were recovering from surgery. Dog care included walking, feeding, playing, and just making sure the dogs stayed happy and healthy until my family member returned home. I appreciate the trust placed in me and can't wait to meet your four-legged companion. I have complete flexibility with my schedule and am willing to take requests with just one day's notice. Your fuzzy companions will be in good hands while you travel. Just let me know what your pet need while you are away from home, and I will provide it. I will leave your home exactly the way I found it as well.

About: I have owned a pet all my life, I had a dog like many young kids and at around 17 I started taking care of her full time. (She was a small dog) After she passed I adopted a cat and took care of him. More recently I pet sit for my friends and neighbors dealing with dogs as young and as big as a 1 year old Great Dane. I also have taken care of 18 year old cats that needed medication twice a day. I make sure to ask what your expectations are and do my best to exceed those and take great care of your pets. I understand that pets are more than just animals they are your family and it is an important responsibility to take care of them while you are away. I am currently a freelance artist and substitute teacher which makes me available to meet nearly everyone’s schedule as I am able to make my own. If you need a strict schedule with specific times for your animals comfort I am more than able to accommodate that. It is important to me when taking care of an animal that they are staying in a safe and clean home, I am more than capable and willing to clean up any and all messes that arise while you are away.

About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

About: Hi! My name is Ashlie, I live in Brooklyn Park, MN. I live right across from the Coon Rapids Dam, so there are miles of walking trails right outside my door and a brand new dog park just a block away. I have dog sat often for a variety of dogs for about ten years now. I have a 12 year old westie named Merlin. We love hiking and going to dog parks and breweries together. He’s a very social dog and used to being around other dogs. If you need a dog sitter, I can take your dog on several walks and to various parks each day, they will come home tired and happy! About: I have grown up with pets all my life, and even went to Vet Tech school for 1 year. I had a diabetic cat so I am familiar with giving medicine and injections. I work full time from home during the day. I take breaks every hour or so. We are typically home in the evening and weekends to love and play with your animals as well as our own. I have a fenced in back yard and a playful dog to keep your fur baby company while you are away. My dog no longer needs to be kenneled when I am away or at night. I can accommodate whatever you are most comfortable with.

I have past experience with volunteering at organisations such as the SPCA (providing care for cats, dogs, and rabbits) and caring for cats at AniMall Cat Clinic. I have helped several close ones and neighbours thoroughout the years with pet care needs for their dogs and cats, which included: feeding, walking, providing transportation to veterinary appointments, bathing, basic grooming, and just spending quality time with the pets. Some of my specialised experience includes caring for pets with mobility issues, breeds that are reactive to other dogs (but still love the company of humans), breeds that are often subject to housing or insurance restrictions (some of which have included: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweiler mixes, Belgian Malinois, Huskies, Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers, Malamutes, and American Bullies), and experience in administering medication to both dogs and cats in oral, injectable, and topical forms. 🐾 Please note I work M-F full time (excluding major holidays), and am currently unable to provide midday breaks when working due to the nature of my work. My standard for bookings that fall on weekdays is to provide care in mornings before work, evenings after work, and of course, stay overnight in the home (and be more present on weekends). I can best accommodate pets whose daytime care needs would be covered while I'm at work (such as through a doggy door or litter box, neighbour check ins, or if pets need less frequent bathroom breaks) . 🌟I am open to discussing alternatives as well such as taking your pet to doggy day care while I work. However, transportation will incur an extra fee in addition to the booking that varies depending on distance and time requirements. For walks and drop ins in particular, I would be a great choice for pet parents that need care in evenings, nights, and weekends. I focus on understanding each dog's individual temperament, communication style, and needs. I will listen to/observe your pet's body language and demeanour before approaching, and will always interact with them gently and kindly. On walks, I always use a leash or harness to keep the pet safe. Furthermore, I always strive to keep an eye out for any potential hazards to pets while they are in my care and will always act swiftly to remove said hazard so your pet will be out of harm's way. I do believe too that good pet care includes planning for the unexpected, so I like to establish emergency contacts, veterinary/animal hospital information, and contingency plans with every client before a stay (and preferably have these included in written directions too).

About: I have my own German Shepherd I have had since she was 6 months. As well as having been around dogs a good portion of my life, I do my best to be what she needs I work very part-time at a dominoes, usually only 4-8 hours a week, i do have appointments on Tuesdays, lasting only about 2 hours so I am always home and have plenty of time for your beloved doggos I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a firmly secured tie-out and extra leashes for outside potty breaks and/or walks, as well as a 5 year old German Shepherd (she is spade) Who is very happy and animal friendly

About: Have a family of 3 dogs and 2 cats and my family and I love our messy and hyper fur kids, no matter the situation we do research to avoid getting our fur kids sick and keep them feeling loved and relaxed :) I graduated from college this past summer and am working part time jobs so I have time to take care of friendly pets of any kinds and more than happy to house sit as well for any vacations! We have a fenced yard and we have a crate to put them in when they are doing naughty behaviors like digging through the trash or grabbing things (like food on the table) when they aren’t supposed to. I take them on walks and give them toys to play with as they love tug of war and enrichment toys to keep them busy while we are otherwise we cuddle and watch tv on the couch in my free time.

About: I have experience with a range of dogs, from small to large, and have taken care of many of my neighbors’ pets. I currently have a rescue 7 month old puppy, my parents have a papillon and used to have a German Shepherd so I’ve taken care of each. I understand that each dog has different needs and different personalities! I can adapt to whatever you and your furry friend needs. I have a small bird and feel comfortable taking care of birds as well. I work full-time in healthcare but have a passion for providing quality care for animals as well! On my days off (M/T/W and select Sat/Sundays) I am fully available without work or distractions, which just means all the attention is given to your furry loved one! I’m available all Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays per month along with three Sat/Sundays per month. I work Thursday/Friday and one Sat/Sun per month so I can’t do those. I live in a large 3,200 square foot suburban house and your dog is free to roam inside the home with my puppy. This offers a large advantage for your dog in comparison to other sitters who have an apartment with little indoor and outdoor space. Your dog/s and mine are always under supervision when they are here. Another advantage is social interaction from my puppy and your dog together. I have a front yard and back yard, unfenced. I will never let any dog outside without a leash. I have a huge trail system within short walking distance from my house (medicine lake regional trails and others) which spans multiple miles and is yet another perk of booking with me! I’m an avid walker/hiker and frequently take dogs out for walks but place priority on your needs and requests as each dog has different requirements. I am very comfortable with administering medications. I live in a smoke free, and kid free home. I truly love providing the best quality care to your furry friends, and treat them as my own. I pride myself on strong communication/updates as well. I am happy to schedule meet and greets to ensure we are a perfect fit.

About: I have always loved any type of animal. I started watching my neighbors and families dog at around 12 and I love the work because it doesn’t even feel like a job. I am always trusted to get your pet the most love and care that they would receive if you were here. I am currently working early mornings everyday but Sunday and Monday till 12:30 pm and after that I am free the rest of the day to let out dogs, walk them, play with them and give them lots of loves. I have a fenced in yard and my golden retriever is so friendly and she loves playing with other dogs. We have a crate incase that is needed
