About: Hi there, I am a certified veterinary technician, I graduated from Minnesota School of Business. I would love to help out taking care of your pet! I love animals- of course. I've grown up with dogs as well as rodents and I currently have a cat, 2 dogs, and three chickens. I have been a CVT for 7 years, I have volunteered at the humane society as well as feline rescue. I also have plenty experience pet sitting, and am comfortable giving meds. I can pet sit in your home, or I can stop in up to twice daily. I am a full time CVT so I do have a full work day 5 days a week. I have every other weekend off. I am able to provide care before and after work, with more flexibility on my weekends. I am very conscious of locking doors and gates. I always pay attention to medication label directions, as well as keeping potentially dangerous items out of reach (I have a counter surfing lab).

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs nearly my whole life. I loved training our first puppy all sorts of tricks. I love dogs and cats of all kinds! I love to spend some of my free time loving on pets! It's a great way get to know some more of the area also! I am very detail-oriented and will care for and love on your pet as much as possible! I love to play with pets and take them for walks.

About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

About: Hi i’m Sydney! I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. Me and my furry bestfriend moved to Maui about 5 years ago and just recently made our way back to Minnesota! I have lots of experience with all kinds of dogs as well as training (big, small, old, young, reactive, etc.) I really love meeting new animals and learning how I can provide the best unique experience for them. I currently have a very open and free schedule and can be available on short notice. I look forward to being there for all of your pet care needs. I have a lot of experience caring for pets in their home. Safety and comfort are very important to me. As a nanny I have worked the majority of my time in my employers homes. I am always extremely respectful and cautious when entering anyones home base. If there are ever any specific requests when caring for pets in their home I am more than happy to accommodate them!

In this respect, I especially appreciate detailed care notes, as they help me provide the most consistent and personalized care possible. Every pet is different, and I believe clients know their pets best. At the same time, I use good judgment and common-sense safety practices to ensure pets remain safe, healthy, and comfortable while their parents are away. I am patient, attentive, and observant, and I make it a priority to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. Whatever that means, I aim to adapt my care to what will help each pet feel most at ease. I also value staying in contact with pet parents throughout their time away, as much as their availability and preferences allow. About: Pets are like children. You want to know they're in good hands. Animal-loving college student; flexible hours, diligent caretaker I've never known life without a dog. I enjoy walking them and playing with them. I've pet-sat for my family multiple times, so I understand the importance of waking up when the dogs wake up, feeding and walking them at regular times, and checking to make sure they have enough water. I'm not afraid of high-energy, barking, or growling dogs, and I don't mind cleaning up after them if they have an accident in the house. I cared for gerbils for two years when I was in 5th grade, and recently I pet-sat for my aunt and uncle's 2 rabbits, 1 bird, and 2 dogs. Last year, I worked for 5 months as a Direct Care Professional for ACR homes, seeing to the needs of 4 residents with disabilities in a group home. Availability Completely open: Mon. Fri. Sat. Open after 4 pm: Tues. Wed. Thurs. I'm currently working on a hybrid basis, so I'm remote on Mondays and Fridays. I can be anywhere by 4pm on a weekday, and my Saturdays are open as well. I will wake up when the dogs wake up, feed and walk them at any specified times, and check periodically to make sure they have enough water. I'm not afraid of high-energy, barking, or growling dogs, and I will clean up after them if they have an accident in the house.
