She was incredibly responsive and clear about what to expect, which made me feel so much more at ease. Throughout the week, she was communicative, sent me pictures of Riggs, and listened carefully to all of my instructions. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure Riggs was comfortable—she took him on walks, gave him plenty of attention, and truly cared for his needs, including helping ease his anxiety. About: I love both cats and dogs, and have grown up with both. I have been a pet sitter for many different sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. I have done pet sitting for multiple family members and friends during my college years and beyond. I have a fairly flexible schedule; I am fully available on Monday, I am available most mornings, and I am also available at various times mid-day throughout the week. I am gentle with animals and I am aware of their body language. I am careful with opening/closing doors or gates to make sure animals do not get out or get into a space that they're not supposed to be in. About: I absolutely love dogs, grew up with a Shih Tzu Poodle and now my mom has a pure bred Shih Tzu that I steal from time to time (see picture). My boyfriend’s family has an English setter and a blue healer, so I love hunting/high energy dogs as well! I do work in office Mondays, Wednesdays and some Fridays which is about an hour commute. You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

About: I love working with dogs. I have sat for a wide range of dogs sizing from a brussels griffen (14-15 lbs) to southern bloodhounds and black labs. Have given basic medication (a probiotic for the southern bloodhound), fed and walked dogs. I have also walked both together, so I am not against having 2 dogs at once. I have also used a couple different forms of restraints, such as gentle leaders, normal neck collars and shock collars while on walks to keep dogs under control as per owners instructions. One of the dogs I sit on a regular basis is an aging almost 10 year old southern bloodhound. I also have taken care of a shiba inu at weeks at a time, giving her longer 3-4 mile walks. My availability tends to lie in afternoons, evenings and some weekend availability as I have a 40 hour a week job. Generally what dog owners will like about my care is when I am given specific instruction, I will follow their instruction word for word, to keep their dog happy and healthy.

I’m available Friday afternoons until Monday evenings, meaning your dog will rarely if ever be left alone. I am fully available for frequent supervised leash walks, outdoor sniff sessions, leashed potty breaks at any time of the day and constant indoor companionship.
