“Madison did an excellent job with my dog, Simon. Her communication was fantastic and she did a great job sticking to Simon’s schedule. To top it off, I could tell Simon was well taken care of as he was a happy puppy when I got home. I highly reccomend Madison for any pet care needs!”

“We had a great first experience with Georgeanne. She was reliable and pleasant, and our dog warmed right up to her. He was sad when she left. We definitely plan to use Georgeanne in the future.”

About: I have had pets my whole life and cared for my own for the past 20 years. I've had all creatures small (hamster) to large (St. Bernard). I currently have 2 dogs, a hamster, and 4 chickens. My family and I have also fostered pups through a local rescue for the past 5 years. We have aided in puppy training to senior care through both personal pets and fostering. I also work at a vet clinic with regular interaction with all sorts of animals. Outside of all the experience, I love animals. I love playing, snuggling, training and treating all animals as if they are my own. I have 3 children who have also inherited my love of animals and love to interact with any pet that comes through our home. ❤️ Both adults in the home work. My hours are part time allowing more availability to spend with your pet. Our resident dogs have free roam of the house for up to 6 hrs unattended, but can be crated if need be. There is typically someone home until 10am each day and home by 3. Potty breaks and cuddles in the morning and then walks, and lots of cuddles in the afternoon and evening. 1 weekday and weekends there is someone home all day to give all the attention. Our resident and foster pups have a basic schedule of eating and morning, afternoon and evening potty breaks in our backyard. Dogs that are trained well on a leash, or new puppies that need training, will get 2-3 walks a day. We have cozy places for naps and all pets are allowed on furniture. Depending on the pet we are happy to let them free roam or crate, whatever the preference is of owner for times we are not home. Between the adults and kids in the home, your pet will get lots of cuddles and playing, treats and mind stimulation.
“From the minute I met Sydney I knew she was going to be a trust worthy gal to take care of my granny cat. Sydney has been so kind, punctual , sent pictures, videos and updates every visit, even spend some extra off the clock time to pet my cat finish her nap on Sydney’s lap. I would recommend Sydney to anyone looking for a a sitter for their pet .”

“Kiaira is an angel and a Godsend!! I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Our dogs loved her. I will be booking her every time I need someone and she is available. Kiaira and her fiancé are truly a gift! We’re so grateful for them!”

“Megan did a couple drop-ins for my dog Milo and I have no complaints! She was willing to swing by over the weekend to meet him before she dropped in which was much appreciated. She is friendly and provides photos and great reports of how Milo is doing when she drops in. I have also recently assisted in boarding and walking services through Rover and in my free time like to volunteer walking dogs at local shelters. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I have a couple pets, a Sheprador which is a German Shepherd and Labrador mix named George, and a hamster named Baba. I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
