“Sophia was absolutely wonderful. She took my two dogs boarding them on short notice for a week because of a family tragedy and two more emergency days without a problem. She completely understood and was flexible with me. My health isn't the best and I am on Chemotherapy...She was able to help me with the dogs as I am unable to do some things on my own. When I was out of town not only was I able to see my girls through the web cam. She sent pictures and updates on how and what they were doing which was amazing and took that anxiety off immediately. I will be using Sophia again and I just couldn't thank her enough for helping during this time where I needed help and she was there for myself and my two girls!”

About: There hasn’t been a moment in my life where I haven’t been around cats. We had 3 cats throughout my childhood and then in college I volunteered at a cat shelter weekly. About: Dogs are lovable and a helping career is fulfilling. By helping humans with their canines I get the best of both worlds! My family and I have also fostered pups through a local rescue for the past 5 years. We have aided in puppy training to senior care through both personal pets and fostering. I also work at a vet clinic with regular interaction with all sorts of animals. Outside of all the experience, I love animals. I love playing, snuggling, training and treating all animals as if they are my own. My hours are part time allowing more availability to spend with your pet. Our resident dogs have free roam of the house for up to 6 hrs unattended, but can be crated if need be. There is typically someone home until 10am each day and home by 3. Potty breaks and cuddles in the morning and then walks, and lots of cuddles in the afternoon and evening. 1 weekday and weekends there is someone home all day to give all the attention. Our resident and foster pups have a basic schedule of eating and morning, afternoon and evening potty breaks in our backyard. Dogs that are trained well on a leash, or new puppies that need training, will get 2-3 walks a day. We have cozy places for naps and all pets are allowed on furniture. Depending on the pet we are happy to let them free roam or crate, whatever the preference is of owner for times we are not home. Between the adults and kids in the home, your pet will get lots of cuddles and playing, treats and mind stimulation.

You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

I am comfortable with doing things like giving medication, putting in a crate, take on walks, etc. Please feel free ot reach out if you have any questions! I am a work from home sports journalist with a very flexible schedule. I do have multiple YouTube shows I do each week where I would need to be in my office, but those are around 11 and 6 on both Mondays and Thursdays. I can do most of my work remotely, so I can sit for you by either hanging out during the day or possibly staying the night. I will treat your dogs like I do my own: with care, compassion, and a lot of love. I am a kind hearted soul myself, and often connect very well with dogs. Whether you need them to be walked, on strict rest, get lots of playtime, etc, I will gladly do that for your pup like I do for my own at home.

About: I absolutely love dogs, grew up with a Shih Tzu Poodle and now my mom has a pure bred Shih Tzu that I steal from time to time (see picture). My boyfriend’s family has an English setter and a blue healer, so I love hunting/high energy dogs as well! I do work in office Mondays, Wednesdays and some Fridays which is about an hour commute. I am usually gone from 7:30-5 ish, so dogs who can be alone for that long work out well. I work fully from home Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can let them out whenever on those days. I live in a 2,200 sq ft town home, and a half fenced in yard. Just me and my boyfriend live here so no kids or other animals will be around. We do allow dogs on the furniture and they can sleep with us if they’d like, we like to snuggle
About: I have one dog he is 12 weeks old currently his name is marshmallow and he’s a frenchie baby , I have been taking care of dogs since the age of 12 I’m now 24 almost 25 , I have 13 years of experience , ranging from pitbulls to teddy bears , chocolate labs , etc . I work from home as a certified nursing assistant, occasionally I’ll go in to cover a shift if someone calls out but I mostly do resident charting and staffing schedules from home . Fenced in yard , can offer potty breaks every hour , go for walks around the lake , clean up dog poo , go for runs , give them a bath if needed .

About: I have either lived or worked with animals from as young as I can remember. Growing up we had an abundance of different animals such as cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, and more. Since being out on my own I have raised two puppies and a kitten and adopted a cat as well. I trained both puppies myself and am also familiar with caring for senior animals as well as giving medications and caring for animals that may have health issues or sensitivities. I volunteered at cat shelters all throughout college and worked in pet stores for multiple years so I come equipped with lot's of knowledge on feeding, walking, bathing, cleaning up after, and caring for pets. I have watched over many friends and family’s pets over the years and I treat all animals with the same love, respect, and care that I give to my own. I have plenty of time and flexibility to help care and play with your pets throughout the week! I have the most availability in the mornings through the afternoons but can be flexible for evenings if needed! Both weekdays and weekends work for me. I am comfortable following your preference on how you like to keep your pet safe in your home. If I see anything concerning I will always communicate this but my main goal is keeping your pet safe and healthy in the ways that you feel most comfortable with.I know every animal may be treated differently and my top priority is to care for them while also following their normal routine as much as possible.

“Sophia was absolutely wonderful. She took my two dogs boarding them on short notice for a week because of a family tragedy and two more emergency days without a problem. She completely understood and was flexible with me. My health isn't the best and I am on Chemotherapy...She was able to help me with the dogs as I am unable to do some things on my own. When I was out of town not only was I able to see my girls through the web cam. She sent pictures and updates on how and what they were doing which was amazing and took that anxiety off immediately. I will be using Sophia again and I just couldn't thank her enough for helping during this time where I needed help and she was there for myself and my two girls!”
