About: I have always loved animals, whether it be a mouse or a horse. I also love to help people out, especially with dogs and cats. I’ve babysat one dog long-term (about 6 months), and I have been babysitting the same dog for about 2 years, since he was a 8 week old puppy. I also had a dog who passed away a few years ago, and had to take care of her in her senior years and help her get up as she had hip problems. In between dog-sitting, I did babysit dogs for a week, and usually wouldn’t mix dogs unless owners were okay with it. (these owners were from my work or teachers from my high school). I am currently attending college in Duluth. However, I do come home quite a bit Fridays-Mondays. In the summer, I will be very flexible though! I take dogs out on leashes as it makes me feel most comfortable but fenced in yards while watching the dog also makes me feel comfy as well.
About: I have experience in taking care of elderly dogs and young pups. I have trained my dogs and other dogs to sit, down, wait and shake. I live in the Lake Minnetonka area. I have a Chihuahua/Terrier/Maltese Mix and he is 3 years old. I can provide the need for walks and drop in visits and house sitting. I am available during the early morning and late afternoon and evening any day of the week. I work at a school in the Minnetonka School District. I am available all holidays and summer break. I request to have clear instructions for walking/sitting dogs for harnesses, leashes, feeding, and toy preferences. I have a vet that I would use for emergencies.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have had multiple dogs to take care of over the last 10 years. Along with the daily tasks of my own animals, I would sometimes watch those of friends and neighbors as well. I have also recently assisted in boarding and walking services through Rover and in my free time like to volunteer walking dogs at local shelters. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. As a current college student away from my animals, I would love to help someone else out where needed to care for their companion! I currently have a flexible schedule that would allow me the perfect opportunity to care for pets! Any and all instructions given will be taken seriously and followed intently. Safety and health is of the utmost importance when it comes to caring for animals and I understand it is my role to do such.
About: I'm a dog lover who relishes time bonding with pets. I have two of my own who some (my husband!) think I over indulge with attention. I'm responsible and reliable. I'm self employed and work from home so have complete flexibility in dates and times available. I prefer to avoid late nights, but can be flexible if needed. I'm available to do any of the basic in-home care, including feeding, walking, playing. I'm happy to crate if needed, or any other requirements including administering medicine.

I've had 3 dogs, mice, hamsters, and even a frog! Not only have I had pets, but I've had past experiences with pets and pet owners, and here are some as follows! ————————————————————— Experience: Worked for an adoption center where I took care of dogs and cats. Dog walking Pet sitting Many animal based classes Currently working at a board and train facility Training/Fostering a soon to be police dog that will be stationed at a middle school and helping with tracking cases ————————————————————— If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I'm currently working part time so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your fuzzy little friends whenever needed! I'll always talk to you about openings in my schedule that fit with yours! I have a couple pets, a Sheprador which is a German Shepherd and Labrador mix named George, and a hamster named Baba. I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!

About: I was 9 years old when I first started staying home alone to watch my own pets. Soon after, friends, family, and neighbors started coming to me to look after their pets. While I'm not trained in anything, I have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, and will love them no matter what. I have a lot of free time, so whenever you need a pet sitter, I am here! I am very good with communicating so if any changes are needed or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Depending on your rules, guidelines, and expectations, your pet will be cared for to the best of my ability. Whether it is playing with them and taking them on walks, or just simply sitting with them and letting them outside to go potty, they will be loved unconditionally.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
