“Super attentive to my senior cat.”

“I would recommend Lisa to anyone! I have a new little kitten and I was worried about leaving her alone. My kitten was so shy towards new people. By the 2nd visit she had lady coming out from under the couch and playing with her. Lisa is great at keeping you updated with a daily report and pictures! I loved seeing my kitten everyday and I knew she was in good hands. I will definitely rebook Lisa anytime I leave town!”

“Jared and Taylor did such a wonderful job taking care of my precious dog when I was away! I love the daily update and pictures. Would highly recommend them!”

“Emily took great care of my two cats! She was patient with my grouchy cat and communicated consistently. I would definitely hire her again.”

“Regina is absolutely the best. We had a serious family emergency and had to go out of town very last minute and she jumped right in. She even cleaned our cats’ food area. I just can’t thank her enough. So impressed and grateful.”

About: I have had dogs since I was about 4 years old and am well versed in caring for them. I regularly walk and care for a neighbor's rescue dog that started out with next to no training. Throughout our walks I implemented her training program and furthered her obedience. I am a dog lover at heart and am always excited to meet new pups! I will begin studying at Yale University this fall and am currently not working for the summer and am available to care for your pets whenever! I will only be available during the months of June, July, and part of August. I am very perceptive on animals' feelings and act accordingly to keep them comfortable. I am more than willing to spend a little extra time to ensure that your pet is safe and happy!

“Katy did an excellent job of caring for Freddie and LuLu. She is a true animal lover and our cats picked up that immediately. She is a good communicator and kept us updated. We plan to work with Katy in the future!”

“Jenna was awesome. Easily the best sitter I've had for my two cats. She even brought some toys to play with them on top of all the regular stuff like food and litter cleans. She did great with giving my cat his meds and was all around responsive and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing cat sitting. :)”

“so appreciative for Katharine (and her daughter) helping me with my dog while i was unable to. she was very kind, responsive, and i look forward to booking her services again.”

About: Hi! I am new to Rover but have had and cared for animals all my life. I have nearly three years of volunteering at the Humane Society under my belt, where I walked a variety of dog breeds and learned some training methods. There, I learned how to approach skittish dogs and make them feel comfortable. I also took classes on training with my own dog and will continue to learn new training skills over the summer with my family’s puppy. Therefore, if your dog needs enrichment during my visit, I would be happy to transfer those skills. Finally, I have some experience with caring for disabled dogs and senior dogs on account of caring for my own dog who lost a leg to cancer. While most of my experience is with large dog breeds, I have worked with small breeds at the Humane Society so I would be comfortable caring for them as well. Hope to see your furry friends soon! I am available every day of the week except Tuesdays, as well as most weekends. I am currently in the process of getting a permanent job post-graduation, so I am able to flex my job search to accommodate most schedules. I will indicate specific availability on my calendar as my schedule develops. I will not be caring for pets in my own home on account of having family members with a puppy, but I can assure safe and dedicated care to your pets in your own home. I will also be sure to give your dog exercise, but I will confer with you beforehand to make sure what types of play are safe for your dog. I never give other people’s’ dogs food other than what is approved by the owners, and if there is any medication requirements for your pet throughout the day I will write down every detail of what your pet needs. My goal is to make sure your pet is happy in its own home, so I will never push your pet beyond its comfort zone or neglect its specific needs. Before I make my first visit, I will make sure to consult with you to determine all of your pet’s requirements.

“Dawn took care of our 2 cats, and our house for 8 days and did a fantastic job. Our cats were given lot's of attention and playtime. Everything ran smoothly while we were away. Highly recommended and we will be hiring Dawn in the future.”
