“Gabby watched Winston (in-house) while my family was away for spring break. Winston is a high drive vizsla and can be quite a shock to people that aren't use to their relentlessness and lack of recognition of personal space. After meeting Gabby we knew Winston would be in good hands though. Gabby sent us updates (including pictures) and was quick to respond when we check-in. If you need someone to watch your pup, we definitely recommend Gabby!”

“Abigail was an amazing sitter. We immediately felt comfortable with her from the moment she met our pup. She had great communication and gave our pup all the love. Would highly recommend to anyone with any type of pet, her background gives her great experience and she is a sitter to be trusted.”

“My puppy had abdominal surgery and required more care than usual - more potty breaks, more feed times, meds given several times, including eye drops! Ashley did a great job taking care of him throughout the day and overnight! Would recommend”

“Autumn was amazing with out 2 English setters- she handled medications wonderfully and gave them so much attention and walks! Our neighbor even commented on how great she was. Look forward to using her again!”

“Alex recently stayed at our house to take care of our Cocker (Cooper) as well as tropical fish. Cooper took to her right away. She obviously has a love of dogs. Many walks and pictures. No dead fish! Highly recommended!”

About: Love all doggies every shape and size! Grew up with two beautiful west highland terriers who were the best birthday gift in the world for 10 year old me. Been dog sitting/ house sitting for my family and friends for quite some time now and thought I should start doing it more so here I am! I work a few jobs (some part time other seasonal work) super grateful that my jobs are extremely flexible and so fitting in dog care and dog sitting is easy and attainable. I’m very attentive when it comes to understanding and learning owners routines and schedules they have for their furry friends. Feeding times, what the dog likes and dislikes, how many times they need to be let outside etc. I’m always alert and aware if anything goes astray.
About: My family started fostering with a dog rescue when I was in school and I have helped with over 20 dogs in our home. They each had their own issues we had to work with. Patience and making them feel safe. I have also worked in 2 vet clinics while I was in school. I am available during the day and evenings as well as overnight. I have availability Monday through Sunday. Depending on clients needs we can find a schedule that works. I can walk the dogs daily. If there is a yard or park I can take them to play ball or frisbee(toy of their choice) I am always available to snuggle those dogs that prefer a friend next to them on the couch.
“Michaela was very good and responsible. He communicated very good and sent me pics of Russell. She has a great disposition to and made Russell feel safe from the get go. Since my dog was abused as a pup is hard for him to warm up to people he doesn’t know, but he warm up very soon with her as he felt her good energy all around. I would definitely recommend Michaela and I will use her services every time I need to travel. Thank you Michaela.”

“Alexa was amazing and took great care of our puppy and our home while we were out of state for 7 days. Even during a tough night when our puppy was up every 1–2 hours, she stayed positive and reassuring. She made us feel completely comfortable the entire time we were away, and we would absolutely trust her to watch our puppy again.”

About: I treat every pet like my own and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with them. I’m reliable and attentive to routines, and my favorite part of pet sitting is the cuddles! Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I’m available for overnights, before and after school, and on weekends. I’m happy to do check-ins, walks, feedings, and spend quality time with pets to make sure they’re comfortable, exercised, and well cared for. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets in both my home and a client’s home. I carefully follow all routines, feeding instructions, and any special care needs. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and comfortable in their environment, and I keep owners updated so they can feel confident their pets are safe, loved, and well cared for!
About: Here for your longer or short term needs! I can pet walk, sit, home check ins, feed, or fill in for any of your pet/house needs! I have lived and worked with all sized dogs, many breeds, sometimes many at a time (goldens) and have always lived with at least one cat. I frequently have stayed at clients homes and house/dog/cat sat anywhere from a weekend to a week. I work only part time as an RN so I have half the week for being around frequently, I don’t mind staying at your place or checking in daily as needed while you are away! I LOVE walking and running! I have always lived with cats and dogs, I am comfortable with most animals and will make your furry loved ones comfortable, as well as respect your home and space! I have taken care of elderly dogs with arthritis and one who was half paralyzed, making your pet feel safe and comfortable with me is my priority.
“We’ve got a long list of all the things we loved and appreciated about Jo during her stay with our fur baby. We truly couldn’t feel luckier that we connected with her! Our Brighton can be a bit of a handful but Jo’s confidence, kindness, knowledge, and the genuine excitement she showed made me KNOW that our girl was in the best of hands. Throughout her stay she provided great “pup-dates” with professional quality photos of what they were up to. She also helped out with some tasks around our house which was not expected but incredibly appreciated. We came home to a clean and tidy home and a very thoughtful thank you note with a super cute Polaroid photo. She thanked us but really we owe her all the thanks!! Would love to have her sit for us again in the future. Thanks, Jo!”

“August was great with my Asher boy and I definitely would use them again in the future! It was my first time using Rover so I was definitely a little skeptical and anxious, but they made sure to ease my anxiety by sending me frequent pictures and updates. I do feel like he was really well cared for and she also left my home in great condition and was respectful of my desires. Would recommend :)”

“Hannah was great with our dog and took great care of our place. She communicated great and we knew our pup was well taken care of. We came home to a happy, well walked dog. Thanks Hannah!”

“Can’t say enough wonderful things about Brianna! She took excellent care of our two dogs and our house while we were gone. I felt so confident leaving knowing she was taking care of our dogs and I didn’t worry about them at all. She provides great updates and treats your pets as if they were her own!”

Maple Plain pet parents share their Rover experiences
Best sitter I’ve had by far. On time, helped out tremendously at short notice when we had a no-show, took care of our home as well as our Great Dane and Weimaraner, treated them with respect and cleaned up - I could barely tell someone was there was it not for the regular updates and photos. Always checked in with us about anything new that came up and had really good boundaries set. 10/10 would recommend.

Wendy is clearly an animal lover and took excellent care of our 2 cats and our home. She is extremely responsible and is mature enough to ask really good questions when something wasn't clear. When our travel plans went haywire, she was gracious and understanding and made sure we did not have to worry about our kitties.
