“Nichole has been great! She is very friendly and responsive. I enjoy the report cards I get from her visits. It’s comforting knowing that my kiddos are getting checked on each day by someone caring. Having Nichole stop by takes a lot of stress off my shoulders while I’m at work all day. Highly recommend!”

“First time using Rover in a pinch! Kelly was wonderful with our two toy poodles. We were gone all week and Kelly took them out, did walks and lots of snuggles! They loved her and it was obvious in the pics she sent! We’ve already booked her for another time!”

“Lauren was prompt and gave us feedback and pictures every day. It was great knowing our dog was in the hands of a professional while we were away. I recommend Lauren highly!!”

“Great communication - wonderful about picture taking! Would have Mary back again any time!! She was even great about getting the boys to go potty in the rain - and that is not an easy task.”

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life and love doing so. I have 2 Shih Tzu’s currently and both need prescribed medication. I have been able to comfortably give them the medicine they need for 6 years now. I have also taken care of my friend’s Golden Lab that required on time medication and food to be given in certain intervals and specific orders. I have taken care of many family friends dogs and was looking into what I could do to look after more. I am confident in giving medicine and comfortable spending the night to watch your dogs while also checking on them throughout the day. As of right now I work on weekdays so I could only do Friday afternoon-Sunday night. I can spend the night on days that are mentioned if needed and would also check on the dogs throughout the day. If it is specified by the owner to play with or take the dogs for a walk I am more then willing to do so. I spend a lot of time either sitting or playing with them. My dogs let me know kind of when they are done playing and just sit with them for as long as I am available. I give my dogs medicine mostly at night once a day but I have done medicine twice a day in the morning and night previously. I take my dogs for walks that vary in length from .75 miles to 2 miles but I’m comfortable with doing more or less depending on the dog. I have slept with dogs laying around me and I am comfortable with doing so.

About: I have been around pets my entire life, and currently have a cat and dog of my own. I have worked around animals before as well! I plan to find any available moment I can to spend time with pets. I do not have a set schedule, but will be making any available time set for caring for pets. I have a lot of experience with owning pets and am very experienced with dog walking and play time. I also have spent quite a bit of time learning about training techniques as well.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I have dog sit many different dogs like Huskies and Pomeranians and Golden retriever etc.. small dogs and medium dogs. What I’ve done is walk ,play and feed them and clean up after them. I love spending time with puppies and fully grown dogs. Since I’m in college right now my availability can change but Monday and Wednesday I’m free during 9am to 1pm and Friday after 1pm if anything changes I would just update the schedule for the week I have a fenced yard for dogs that like to go out. I live less then 5 minutes away from a park with a back trail for walks. For clients homes I would definitely like to get a paper or even a text of what you’ll like for me to do some people prefer not even having any walks and rather just want me to accompany their dogs or even just want me to walk their dogs but just keeping me updated would be great I also love taking pictures for owners just to make sure they feel more comfortable.

About: I’m Rachel, I live with my husband Jeff , we recently lost our beloved pup Lulu. We are hoping to have a bit of a more lively house, so we’d love to snuggle up with your doggy. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced yard. We have experience with giving pets medication and feel comfortable doing this task. During the week we’re able to give potty breaks before and after work. On the weekend the dogs aren’t kenneled, unless we are visiting a non-dog friendly place. We are looking forward to having another friend to bring on walks, join us at the dog park and be a snuggle buddy. We are fairly flexible with our hours and would enjoy having recurring families, as to build relationships between other owners and pets. Thanks for reading! Rachel and Jeff Between me and my husband there will only be a few hours a day (no more than 4) that your dog would be kenneled when we’re not home. All dogs MUST be kennel trained. We have a fully fenced yard to keeps your pup safe. We have outside water and we fully supervise animals when outside. Inside we don’t have any poisonous plants and keep all toys clean by laundering weekly.
“We had some hiccups in the beginning that were my fault, I sent her to the wrong address because I failed update the address after I moved. She was flexible and great a communicating with me. My cats were well taken care of.”

“Amber did such a great job taking care of our two kitties while we were away. She was so communicative and sent photos of the time she spent feeding and playing with them. That put our mind at ease, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing our kitties were in good hands Thanks Amber!!”

Alisha was an excellent Rover sitter! She was excellent at communicating and was sure to ask questions during her visits if she needed clarification on details. I loved seeing pictures of our animals while we were away - it was nice to have that reassurance that they were doing OK 💜🐶🐓 we will definitely be booking Alisha again ❣️

We had a great experience with Mya! She took such good care of two dogs while we were away, and it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. She was dependable, caring, and really paid attention to both of them. You can tell Mya genuinely loves animals, and we really appreciated the care and attention she gave our pets. We’d definitely trust her again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets!

Katie was absolutely amazing!!! We reached out to her last minute to help us over the holiday and she was able to accommodate very last minute. She was super sweet at our visit and communicated throughout the entire booking, extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be working with her again in the future!!!
David was an absolutely wonderful sitter for our two dogs! David watched our two dogs for the weekend, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received. He was incredibly attentive and clearly has a deep love for animals. He sent us regular updates with photos of the dogs, which gave us great peace of mind. When we got home, our dogs were relaxed, happy, and clearly had a fantastic time. David followed all of our instructions perfectly regarding their feeding. We highly recommend David to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitter. He treated our dogs like his own, and we will definitely be booking with him again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
