“Lauren did a great job watching our pets, and even went above and beyond and moved our trash bins out from trash day, brought packages inside and put perishable items in the fridge for us. We truly appreciate all the help she provided.”

About: I worked at Stone Mountain Pet Lodge from 2022-2024. I also have been volunteering at Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) since 2016! I have a passion for animals and I am going to college for animal behavior! During one of my semesters at college I had the opportunity to foster a dog who ended up getting adopted at the end of the school year! All that being said, I have lots of experience with all sorts of dogs! I’m will be working part-time for Rover when I am home for college! I will be available during the summer for drop in visits and walks! Safety is always my top priority when it comes to taking care of animals. “Amanda was so amazing. She really cared about our puppy and even went above and beyond carrying our puppy up the stairs since she had just gotten spayed. Lily really loved Amanda!!!!!!!”

About: I am just starting as a pet sitter, but have had many pets growing up. We currently have a 4 year old cat, but we have had another cat, a shi tzu, and a Newfoundland while I was growing up. I love dogs and cats and want to earn a bit of extra money doing something I love. I work part time during the week, 10:45-3 Monday through Friday. I love walking or hiking and would walk dogs before or after my shift. I have lots of free time in the evening for play as well. I have one cat that I love dearly. She has been with dogs before and was comfortable with him. We have no dogs currently. In your home I would be able to walk or play with dogs leashed and off leash depending on the environment.
“Jesse has been a great asset to our family! Easy straightforward communication and very responsive to text. He does drop in visits for us and our baby, Muffin, loves spending time with him! He does a great job and I highly recommend him!”

About: Hi, I’m Ashlyn your pet’s future best friend! I’m fairly new to pet sitting, but I’ve always adored animals and love spending time with them. Whether your pup needs a walk, some company, or just a cuddle and a snack, I’m here to help. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and always ready with treats and belly rubs. You’ll get regular updates and cute pics while you’re away because your pet deserves the best care (and attention!). I have a securely fenced-in yard where pups can play freely and safely off-leash. Whether we’re enjoying some outdoor fun or relaxing inside, I make sure every moment is safe, comfortable, and happy.
“Sara has been very good with Brewtus!! He's a puppy and isn't trained all the way just yet. She plays with him and he goes potty for her. No accidents while he is waiting for us to come home after she's been here! So happy ?”

“David did an amazing job taking care of my 2 kitties. We have one that’s very skittish and was actually starting to come out at the end because he was comfortable. Definitely recommend David and Amy! They will be watching Boots and Buster again in a couple weeks 😁”

About: I’m home throughout the day so they’ll always have company, supervision, and care. After adventures, I make sure pups are clean with a calm environment. I’ve had beagles my entire life- Milo is a rare calm dog who needs a bestie. I work from home so I’ll have a lot of time for your furbaby! Your dog gets a safe, active, and loving environment with constant supervision and plenty of attention. Your dogs safety and comfort are my top priorities. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I use a secure leash setup in a large shared outdoor space for safe, supervised hangouts.
“Jo is incredibly reliable, flexible and quick to respond. She is super easy to work with and picked up on my pup’s personality right away. I know I can trust Jo to take great care of my Lola whenever I’m away!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for years and have spent the last summer walking family members dogs and neighborhood dogs as well. I’m comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I’m currently working part time for the summer. Overall I’m doing this to save up money for college tuition this fall. I’m pretty open the whole summer and willing to work around my schedule. I have extensive experience caring for dogs. I’m able to do anything you ask or at least willing to learn if a dog has special needs.

Kevin is great. My sister and I have 2 dogs who were rescued from puppy mills but are still very nervous and afraid of people. Kevin was very understanding and was gentle and great with them. I also have a cat that is 18 and Kevin always spends some time with her, Kevin is very responsible and dependable.

We had a great experience with Mya! She took such good care of two dogs while we were away, and it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. She was dependable, caring, and really paid attention to both of them. You can tell Mya genuinely loves animals, and we really appreciated the care and attention she gave our pets. We’d definitely trust her again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets!

Katie was absolutely amazing!!! We reached out to her last minute to help us over the holiday and she was able to accommodate very last minute. She was super sweet at our visit and communicated throughout the entire booking, extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be working with her again in the future!!!
David was an absolutely wonderful sitter for our two dogs! David watched our two dogs for the weekend, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received. He was incredibly attentive and clearly has a deep love for animals. He sent us regular updates with photos of the dogs, which gave us great peace of mind. When we got home, our dogs were relaxed, happy, and clearly had a fantastic time. David followed all of our instructions perfectly regarding their feeding. We highly recommend David to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitter. He treated our dogs like his own, and we will definitely be booking with him again!

This was our first time using rover.com. Emily did a fantastic job. Super responsive and took great care of our German Short Hair Pointer for a pop-in visit while we were out of town. She followed, detailed instructions, was on time, and sent some cute pictures from her visit. We’ll be booking Emily again. Highly recommend! :)

Cindy was awesome for us! We knew Rebel was in great hands. She communicated regularly and didn’t bat an eye when a few unforeseen issues popped up- dealing with a rain-drenched mastiff and an unexpected accident in the house! When our return home was suddenly thrown off-course she was willing to help out however we needed. We look forward to having Cindy care for Rebel again in the future.
