“Kevin was simply AMAZING. I recently reached out to Kevin for dog walking and pet sitting services the first time with just 2 days of notice. We were in a major bind. Kevin responded within minutes and accepted! We setup a "Meet and Greet" for the next day, and he showed up promptly on time. I told Kevin about the past experiences I've had with other pet sitters either not showing up or coming late because of double booking with other clients. He reassured me that would not happen with me and his other clients. I have two Siberian Huskies and they instantly LOVED Kevin. He got right down on the floor with them and was petting them! He is a natural with dogs! I felt very comfortable having Kevin in my house. I reviewed the routine that I and my dogs like, and Kevin eagerly paid attention to the detail I provided. The very next day was the dog walking and pet sitting appointment. Kevin arrived EXACTLY on time and even sent me a txt msg so I could be relieved to know my Huskies were getting the attention they deserved, AT THE TIME they were promised!!! When I returned home at the end of the day, the house was all in order, the dogs water bowls (all 3 of them) had been refilled!!!, and my dogs seemed happy! Throughout the pet sitting, Kevin provided great communication with txt msg's, and pics of my Huskies. Again, I feel very comfortable with Kevin in our home, and would book him when we need a pet sitter for overnight stays as well. I absolutely love his communication and feel it's what most pet owners want. I am so glad to have found Kevin and will reach out to him for ALL of our future pet sitting needs.”

About: I have been a Rover pet sitter since 2023. I will care for cats, small to medium dogs, and small animals. Cats are my speciality. I am also available for dog-walking and dog mid-day let-out. As for small animals, I have experience with guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish. If I haven't had experience with a type of small animal before, please give me very specific instructions and I will thoroughly research the animal and its care before the booking. In my lifetime, I have lived with five cats and four dogs, was the primary caregiver for two cats and my many fish, and helped to care for the other animals throughout their lifespans. Growing up, I attended three summers of horse camp at Camp Kici Yapi and also had one year of English riding lessons. As a young adult, I volunteered at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. I have experience with administering tablet, liquid, topical, and eye drop medications, and have been vet-trained to give injected medication such as insulin. I also have experience with specialized diets and with various special needs, and have cared for animals while they were having medical issues. If your pet has some degree of aggression issues, please describe it in your message so I can better determine if I am qualified to care for your pet. Please note that Rover may tell you that I am not available on dates when I actually am if another client is pending a Meet and Greet for a booking with any of the same dates, even if there are no overlapping time slots. Pet sitting is now my full-time job. I have an open schedule and am available from 8am-9pm every day of the week. I am studying to become a translator and I have Japanese lessons three days a week in the evening, but the system has me book time slots every week that can vary, and usually I have enough notice from a client to book the lessons around my pet sitting schedule. However, if I am given shorter notice, I may not be able to move around the lesson times and may have to fulfill an evening visit at an altered time on a particular day. When I arrive for drop-in visits, I hold my supply bag in front of me as I enter the door to prevent cats from escaping. For evening visits, I may also leave a light on at the entrance as another measure against an escape. I store all keys in a designated bag and label them when necessary; I avoid opening the key bag inside the car, where keys could fall into difficult-to-reach places in the car. I maintain the cleanliness of the food and water dishes and litter box each day and clean up any accidents, vomit, or hairballs that I find. If I need to administer oral or topical medication to a shy cat, I will need you to close the doors to certain rooms in the house where the cat can get into more difficult hiding places, and may even need to keep the cat isolated to one room. I will handle old, frail animals more delicately, particularly if I need to grab them for a medication.

About: I don’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t caring for pets! I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat of my own. I have also cared for dogs, cats, and even exotic pets for family and friends away on long trips since I was around 10 years old. I love all animals (even bugs🩷) and I can guarantee I’ll care for your pet like my own! I am a college student home for the summer, so my calendar is free! I keep my schedule updated and I accept bookings almost anytime. I’m flexible! Whatever your pet is used to, I can match. In my own home, I ensure the kitty has food, water, and clean litter box available at all times. We play for 15 minutes a day at minimum, but he’s a very hyper cat so he runs around on his own half the time. For my dogs, I let them outside whenever they ask to be let outside haha. If your dog has a schedule, I’ll follow it. I feed them twice a day and ensure they have water at all times. I play with one of my dogs for about 30 minutes each day, the other one doesn’t like to play (She’s a bit strange…). Whatever your pet needs, I can do! I will do my best to keep their routine as unchanged as possible while you’re away.

About: Feeding the animal. Giving fresh water to the animal. Walking the dog on a safe leash. Administering the animal's medicine as needed. Brushing the pets. Cleaning up animal waste. Updating the owners about their pets with a summary and pictures. I currently have a full time job but I have plenty of time to five your pet the love and attention they deserve will send daily pic on updates caring for the pets in the clients homes will greatly reduce stress on the animals in there home and there less likely to catch or pick something up from a boarding places

About: I passed the VTNE in 2022 and have had my vet tech license for 3 years now. So, I have been trained in doing blood draws, giving meds, nail trims, and so on. -I have also had a pet my entire life since the age of 4 yrs old and will never live another day without one <3. - I am petsmart dog trainer certified but want to go more into animal behavior I work 8:30-6:15 4 days a week. I am free Wednesdays and weekends. I can do quick potty break or drop in visit from 6-7 am during the days I work which are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but anytime on the days I’m off. I am trained in CPR trained and have my vet tech license. I like to get all the information on pets knowing their routine, dislikes/likes, etc so that I can give them the best care. I unfortunately live with my in-laws right now so I am unable to board any pets or provide daycare at my house.

About: I have been taking care of my own dog as well as friends, families, and neighbors dogs. I love everything to do with all animals. I am currently studying during the year to get a degree in animal studies! I am comfortable and empathetic will all kinds of dogs. I am also comfortable with giving medication as needed. I am currently home for the summer from college and looking for some work! I love all animals and thought this would be perfect for me as I have a very free schedule for the next few months! I am comfortable with staying in your home with your fur babies as well as letting them out, walking them, and providing play time! If they stay in a crate I am also comfortable with taking them out and getting them back in! I can be very accommodating to each fur baby depending on what they need I will do my best to care for all of them as if they were my own!

About: Hey everyone! My name is Audrey and I'm currently attending grad school for physical therapy. Over the years, I have done plenty of pet sitting gigs for friends but just recently downloaded Rover! Thought this would be a good way to make some cash on the side while I'm on that grad school grind since I love pets! I'm a born and raised Minnesotan so I'm not afraid to walk your pup outside in the freezing cold months of the year! Did dog agility and obedience competitions for years growing up as well! Grew up with my own cats and dogs and really don't have a favorite breed. Currently in between jobs so have no restricting schedule besides the days I've marked as unavailable. Would take your dog for daily walks and have plenty of time to play! Our home has a spacious 2 acre backyard and a large house to reside in. I am happy to house sit, take your dogs on walks, or do drop ins.

About: Caring for dogs has been my passion for the last 2 years. I have my own dog, but I am also the one family and friends call to care for their pets. I also work part time for a local animal rescue and volunteer with one other rescue. This has provided me experience with all kinds of dogs. I have fostered over 30 puppies in 2025. I love all breeds of dogs and will love them like their our own. I have basic dog first aid and CPR. I currently work very part time and volunteer at a few organizations. When I am away from the home, it’s for very short periods of time. I can also adjust my schedule according to your dogs needs. I have a large, fenced in yard. The yards surrounding ours are also fenced in. I have plenty of extra crates and supplies, if needed. I have dog seat belts, if your dog likes car rides. I do not require pets to be crate trained, but will offer them a space of their own to decompress and feel safe.

I am currently available evenings during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. I have plenty of time to care for your lovely pets. Although my yard isn’t fenced, I always keep dogs on a leash when outdoors to ensure their safety.
