About: Hi there! My name is Laura and I am a person with a huge heart for animals and have been my entire life! Most of my experience comes from my personal background of owning larger dogs in my family and on my own as an adult. I grew up with a yellow lab and now have a pitbull mix and a lab mix, so I am very familiar and skilled with handling large breeds and their exercise needs and behaviors. There are dogs of all sizes in my family and I feel very comfortable caring for and playing with pups of all sizes, too! I have brought both of my dogs to training courses and feel confident with handling various dog breeds. I bring a warm, welcoming personality which can help with animals that are more shy and are missing their parents. I take a nurturing and maternal approach with all pets to make sure that they know I can be trusted. I look forward to bonding with your beloved friends and being a Rover employee you can count on! I usually have the most availability for house-sitting on weekends and am a great sitter to rely on if you’d like to go out of town for a weekend get away. If you are looking to book a drop-in visit or walk, I have more availability during the week days for those services. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I also am currently working full time, so I will be away from your home M-F from around 8 am - 5:30 pm, but would plan to be home all evening with your dog(s). When taking care of your dog(s), I always make sure that they are in sight and either safely inside your home, in a fenced in yard or on a leash. I am vigilant about making sure any pets I take care of are always accounted for and never running loose on their own, as I treat your pups as I would treat my own. When it comes to house sitting, with all my clients I like to stay overnight at their home so they can feel at ease knowing their pets are being watched after and there is someone present to watch over their property while away.

About: I have had animals my entire life from dogs, cats, birds to little cage animals! I’m very comfortable with pets and enjoy having them around! I am a stay at home mom who homeschools! I have a very flexible schedule and lots of time to love on your fury family members! We have a fenced in yard and we also love going for walks with our two dogs. We have a 50lb. Goldendoodle as well as a 15lb. Mini Irishdoodle. They are both males and enjoy playing with other dogs!

I have hands-on experience with: • Dogs with anxiety and behavioral needs (including training support) • Senior and special-needs dogs, including hip dysplasia • Administering medications multiple times a day I understand that every pet is different, and I’m very patient, attentive, and focused on making them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs, and I can also accommodate crating if needed (I have large crates available). Availability: I work full-time during the day, but I’m typically available after 6 PM on workdays. I also have rotating weekdays and weekends off, which allows for more flexible care—just message me and I’m happy to coordinate! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 8 years old which was when I got my first puppy! I’ve also had plenty of cats over the years and even rats and ferrets. About: I’ve been around animals all my life. I have three goldendoodles, Sullie who’s 10, Allie who’s 5, and Marlie who’s 2. I have helped potty train them all and have taught them basic tricks. I have also cared for friends/families pets when in need. I love all animals and enjoy making them feel safe and comfortable. My schedule varies, so I keep my availability updated. When I’m caring for your pet, they’ll get lots of attention, love, and dependable care! I always try to stick to each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and stress free. In your home, I will provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleanup, potty breaks, and lots of attention and affection. I also make sure the home is left clean and secure. I’ll also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pet is doing well!

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs, as well as a few exotics ever since I was a child. Family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to look after their pets for years. I am currently working freelance from home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I have lots of time and energy to put into keeping your animals happy and healthy! We have 1 dog, and cat that have free rein of our home. They are well-trained to stay in our yard, so no need for a fence. They get tons of exercise playing with each other. If pet-sitting, I am happy to go over any restrictions, feeding schedule or training needs to keep your pets happy and comfortable in their environment. If taking them on walks, I will always be sure to have water, treats (if allowed) and try to keep the pups moving at a good pace to keep them engaged.

I always come straight home after work so we can go on a long walk and then make sure we both get some dinner. About: I worked at Stone Mountain Pet Lodge from 2022-2024. I also have been volunteering at Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) since 2016! I have a passion for animals and I am going to college for animal behavior! During one of my semesters at college I had the opportunity to foster a dog who ended up getting adopted at the end of the school year! I live right across from the Coon Rapids Dam, so there are miles of walking trails right outside my door and a brand new dog park just a block away. I have dog sat often for a variety of dogs for about ten years now. I have a 12 year old westie named Merlin. We love hiking and going to dog parks and breweries together. He’s a very social dog and used to being around other dogs. If you need a dog sitter, I can take your dog on several walks and to various parks each day, they will come home tired and happy! I can always take them out for walks before the day starts. I will come back and check in with them between my schedule. I will follow your instructions based on how you want me to care for pets. The apartment has a dog park nearby since it doesn't have a fence, and will need to be well-trained with a harness and leash so I can take them to the dog park, depending on the owner's instructions. I will allow the pets based on instructions from the owner, such as allowing them on the bed, furniture, etc. I will also inform the owners that I have my own pets inside home.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I am very active so you can expect frequent walks. I have a 5 year old dog who is very friendly I have full availability for dog walking, I’m home house sitting, and drop in visits if you are away. I love all types of dogs. About: I've had two cats for 10 years. I also took care of a black lab while his owner was at work. I played ball, potty breaks, cuddles & plenty of love. Also pet sit for friends while they were on vacation for a week, cats. I'm currently unemployed at this time and occassionaly volunteer or attend events, mostly for a week or two, out of town. But for the most part, I'm available. I care for pets while the owner is at work and the owner keeps me up to date on services needed. I'm willing to house solely by myself for short or long term periods of time, 1 week up to a month.

About: I have tons of experience with all types, ages, and number of dogs or cats. No matter what they will be loved how they prefer:) I am currently doing this as my full time job! So I am free Sunday-Saturday during the week. Whenever you need someone for overnights, pop ins, walks. I have experience with crates as my own dog will stay in one while I leave the house or are in bed! I love going on walks and getting all the zoomies!

About: I have so much love to give for your pet! I will take care of them like my own. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have a sweet spot for them! I work remotely so if need be I can come work at your place if I need to stay for awhile. I can also stop in at flexible times throughout the day and night when need be. I will cater to your pets environment, whether that is feeding them, walking them, playing with them or giving them plenty of pets and love and care!

About: I have a bit more varied experience than some. When I was young, we had a veritable zoo, and I haven't stopped having animals since. I've never not had a dog and was made responsible for over 30 miniature horses whenever their owner needed it. I also have experience with ferrets, cats, parakeets, parrots, and lizards. I will say if you need to look after something more exotic (and demanding) we would need to talk first. My dog is also quite old and has a lot of health problems, so I am familiar with handling these. I work Mondays from 12-7 and Tuesdays through Thursday I work 10-4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have mostly open availability with the exception that I occasionally have work events. Each animal is different, and so I would strive to find that balance with your dog. Every dog plays a bit different or might need their food handled differently. While I can't take animals into my home at the present, I will strive to be as careful with meeting their needs as I do my own pup at home.
