“Alex is amazing! Morty ( 2 year old rescue mini Aussie ) doesn’t warm up to people easily but Alex was able to get him like her pretty quickly and I strongly recommend Alex to everyone who needs help with their pets ☺️”

About: I have been a Rover pet sitter since 2023. I will care for cats, small to medium dogs, and small animals. Cats are my speciality. I am also available for dog-walking and dog mid-day let-out. As for small animals, I have experience with guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish. If I haven't had experience with a type of small animal before, please give me very specific instructions and I will thoroughly research the animal and its care before the booking. In my lifetime, I have lived with five cats and four dogs, was the primary caregiver for two cats and my many fish, and helped to care for the other animals throughout their lifespans. Growing up, I attended three summers of horse camp at Camp Kici Yapi and also had one year of English riding lessons. As a young adult, I volunteered at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. I have experience with administering tablet, liquid, topical, and eye drop medications, and have been vet-trained to give injected medication such as insulin. I also have experience with specialized diets and with various special needs, and have cared for animals while they were having medical issues. If your pet has some degree of aggression issues, please describe it in your message so I can better determine if I am qualified to care for your pet. Please note that Rover may tell you that I am not available on dates when I actually am if another client is pending a Meet and Greet for a booking with any of the same dates, even if there are no overlapping time slots. Pet sitting is now my full-time job. I have an open schedule and am available from 8am-9pm every day of the week. I am studying to become a translator and I have Japanese lessons three days a week in the evening, but the system has me book time slots every week that can vary, and usually I have enough notice from a client to book the lessons around my pet sitting schedule. However, if I am given shorter notice, I may not be able to move around the lesson times and may have to fulfill an evening visit at an altered time on a particular day. When I arrive for drop-in visits, I hold my supply bag in front of me as I enter the door to prevent cats from escaping. For evening visits, I may also leave a light on at the entrance as another measure against an escape. I store all keys in a designated bag and label them when necessary; I avoid opening the key bag inside the car, where keys could fall into difficult-to-reach places in the car. I maintain the cleanliness of the food and water dishes and litter box each day and clean up any accidents, vomit, or hairballs that I find. If I need to administer oral or topical medication to a shy cat, I will need you to close the doors to certain rooms in the house where the cat can get into more difficult hiding places, and may even need to keep the cat isolated to one room. I will handle old, frail animals more delicately, particularly if I need to grab them for a medication.
About: I have a real love and passion for all animals. I have special skills in diabetes care for my sisters elderly cat and I have trained my own pups (Shar pei, lab pit bull mix and chocolate lab). I am currently a stay at home dad looking to make some extra money. I have pretty open schedule Monday- Sunday starting at 8am I am available. I currently have a miniature schnauzer and I let her outside hooked up to a chain and I go on multiple long walks around our neighborhood. I could easily crate your dog if that is what you prefer. I do keep little Buttons crate over night but that is by Buttons preference (she just loves her crate) and she roams free during the day.
“Amy started walking my dog twice a week and has been a blessing! Amy does an amazing job, has stellar communication, is trustworthy, and such a great person! Thank you, Amy!”

About: Hi! I’m Emily and i am 25 years old. Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I currently work at a local Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience being around all different types of breeds and sizes. I enjoy spending some of my free time volunteering at a local Animal Shelter where I walk, play and socialize with the fur babies there. Being a volunteer and working with animals, I have experience handling all types of breeds, personalities and behaviors. Being able to understand how and what a pet may be feeling and knowing the best way to make sure they are as comfortable as possible is the key in any successful relationship with any type of animal. Working as an Assistant, I have experience with giving certain types of medications, including insulin injections and oral medication. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends very soon! I am currently working full time during the week, but have the weekends off, so I have plenty of time to spend and care for your beloved fur babies! Providing a safe and fun experience for you and your fur babies is the most important thing to me. Treating your pets like my own is the key to a successful relationship!
About: I worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months. I did dog walking in my area for a couple years when I was younger. A few of those dogs I would also stop by, feed, and sit with for a bit inside the home. I don’t own a dog but if it was my choice I would. I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life and have yet to find one who hasn’t loved me. I can walk as early at 6AM and as late as 2PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I am available as early as 6AM and as late as 5PM. I can easily crate your dogs if needed, big or small. I used gentle parenting because animals are just like babies. I know how to stop conflict between two pets (i worked at a doggy daycare).
About: I have taken care of dogs and a bunch of other animals sense I was little. I love spending time and taking care of them. I currently work with a rescue and when I can I rescue dogs I see running around. I’m currently not working anywhere so I have all day to play and take care of your pets. I am available mainly 11-5 daily but we can work something out if needed. I am not currently able to watch pets at my home. I can watch them at your home or we can go to the park or other things.
“I recently hired Haley for her dog walking services over a 3 week period. She had excellent communication, wrote adorable updates and notes at each visit, and always sent photos. She took excellent care of my two French bulldogs and even followed extra instructions as needed with my 10 month old puppy. I would highly recommend Haley!”

“Sarah is genuinely excited to have time with our dog Jerry! She’s flexible and very communicative! I appreciate getting her walk report cards. It is super reassuring to know our dog is great hands!”

About: Hello! Our names are Ashly and Ryan! Dogs have always been central to our existense! We have rescued/fostered many dogs in the past! My husband and I live in a home with our toddler. We currently have no pets of our own since the loss of our last fur babe a couple years ago. We do want another dog in the future, but aren't quite ready, so this is one way for us to fill our tanks in the meantime. Ryan is a stay at home dad so is able to provide all the extra attention throughout the day! We recently moved to Rogers and love to go on daily walks and find opportunities to provide lots of socialization during their stay. We know how nerve racking it can be to leave your furry friends, and would be more than happy to send "PUP"dates frequently to ease your mind. Please know your family member will be very safe and comfortable with us! We treat them as if they were our own and they are allowed on all the furniture! 😉 Please reach out with questions or to schedule a required meet and greet prior to your first booking. We love dogs and are happy to have any extra wagging tails around. We have very flexible schedules to closely monitor your pet and provide all the care they may need. Ryan is a stay at home dad and can take your furry companion outside for potty, play, or walk breaks as often as you prefer. We typically do 1-2 longer walks per day ourselves and would be happy to bring your pet along with us if they'd be up for it!
“Acacia is awesome!! Ike loves her and is excited to see her everytime. She is super friendly, always on time and if I could have her babysit him I would. Definitely recommend!!”

“David and Amy have been walking Angel four the past several weeks. I've found them to be reliable, enthusiastic, and caring dog walkers, and feel confident that my dog Angel will be safe in their care while I'm at work. They leave detailed Rover cards following each visit that outline the walk taken, as well as a summary of Angel's activities. They also provide fabulous photos taken during each walk - several of which I plan to have framed!”

About: Animals for us are the best source of joy, smile and happiness. I had dogs, cats and parrots since I was little. Growing in a village we were surrounded by animals, so I love taking care of them and can't imagine my life without 😇 Maybe you'll notice in photos I'm a little short, but don't worry, I got my husband's back. He's the same as me (animal lover) and when needed he helps me to walk the big dogs. I know how stressful it can get when close people go away, so I try to make it right by playing and giving Lots of kisses and belly rubs to your furr friend. I'm so excited to meet you and take care of your lovely baby, I'll love it as mine and a little more ❤️ I'm living in Monticello and working part-time Monday-Thursday, sometimes Friday, from 7 am to 1 pm. After work I can go straight to your house. We'll play and I'll supervise your pet. It will be loved and spoiled. If it's in your house, then let me know the rules and give me the instructions, recommendations and advices how to make it the best sitting
About: I absolutely love dogs, grew up with a Shih Tzu Poodle and now my mom has a pure bred Shih Tzu that I steal from time to time (see picture). My boyfriend’s family has an English setter and a blue healer, so I love hunting/high energy dogs as well! I do work in office Mondays, Wednesdays and some Fridays which is about an hour commute. I am usually gone from 7:30-5 ish, so dogs who can be alone for that long work out well. I work fully from home Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can let them out whenever on those days. I live in a 2,200 sq ft town home, and a half fenced in yard. Just me and my boyfriend live here so no kids or other animals will be around. We do allow dogs on the furniture and they can sleep with us if they’d like, we like to snuggle
