About: Our dogs are our family. My husband & I both grew up with dogs and have raised our kids to respect and treasure the unconditional love of their fur-family. We have two acres of unfenced yard for your dog to run and play alongside our dogs (and kids!) plus a fenced portion of yard with a dog door to enjoy outside time at their leisure. Well behaved friends can lounge on couches and dog beds with loads of pets to go around! We live in a rural neighborhood great for walking and look forward to making our home your fur-baby's home away from home. Our dogs typically eat twice per day, are allowed to hang out comfortably on their choice of couches or dog beds, and with a dog door that leads to a fenced area, they can easily come and go even when home alone for a few hours. We have the ability to be flexible with your dogs routine. Dogs of all ages are welcome - we have experience with puppies in training as well as supporting senior dog needs, including administering medication. We can accommodate crating or bringing a dog bed to have the comforts of home during their stay.

About: I grew up with dogs and visit my family dog as often as I can but don't have one of my own yet. I volunteer for a Minnesota based dog rescue most weekend so I have seen and dealt with every breed and personality a dog can have . Since working at this rescue I am comfortable with even they most shy submissive dogs that have a tough time with strangers. I have a passion for animals, dogs especially, and love going on long walks or just playing catch by the lake. I am very active and would love to hangout with your furry friends ! I also have a special place in my human heart for senior and special needs dogs as well ! I work primarily from home full time and own my own home. I have a 1 year old red heeler mix named Goose that loves all people and dogs and is overall a happy camper that loves having a buddy to hang with for daycare or for boarding visits! My husband and I got goose when he was just 10 weeks old so we have recently done very young puppy phase so we have all the tools needed for the sharp teething phase and baby gates to limit access as needed! I have had dogs my entire life and have had 30+ foster dogs as an adult. I have volunteered with rescues included out reach clinics, fostering, marketing etc. I love having a dog in my home and getting out for walks or to play fetch.

I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

About: Animals for us are the best source of joy, smile and happiness. I had dogs, cats and parrots since I was little. About: I have a bit more varied experience than some. When I was young, we had a veritable zoo, and I haven't stopped having animals since. I've never not had a dog and was made responsible for over 30 miniature horses whenever their owner needed it. I also have experience with ferrets, cats, parakeets, parrots, and lizards. I will say if you need to look after something more exotic (and demanding) we would need to talk first. My dog is also quite old and has a lot of health problems, so I am familiar with handling these. I work Mondays from 12-7 and Tuesdays through Thursday I work 10-4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have mostly open availability with the exception that I occasionally have work events. Each animal is different, and so I would strive to find that balance with your dog. Every dog plays a bit different or might need their food handled differently. While I can't take animals into my home at the present, I will strive to be as careful with meeting their needs as I do my own pup at home.
