“Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. Despite the inconvenience that I caused, she generously offered to drive to my new home and still take care of Leia. About: Hi! I am a dependable, experienced pet lover who treats every animal like family. I grew up on a farm with 3 boxers, so caring for animals has always been a part of my life. As an adult, I have had a Boston Terrier, two French Bulldogs (one is still with me at home), several cats, lizards, fish, and I currently care for a Koi pond-so I am very comfortable with a wide range of animal personalities and needs. I work from home, which means your dog will get plenty of supervision and attention throughout the day. I have a very friendly French Bulldog named Bubble (age 7), who loves having visitors, plus a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I am close to several walking paths near a lake, and dogs are allowed all throughout my home. I know firsthand how hard it is to leave your pet when you're busy or away-I've been there myself while working long hours in the office plus having to commute. That is why I am committed to making sure your pet feels safe, loved and engaged. I promise to keep them happy, healthy, and having fun while they are in my care. I offer walks, daycare, and overnight stays in my home. I am happy to follow your pet's routine closely. I can also handle feeding schedules, basic medications, and provide regular updates with photos so you always feel connected and know what is going on. About: I started dog walking and cat sitting when I was a teenager and loved it ever since. We have a family cat whom I adore. I enjoy playing and spending that quality time with every animal who we call family. I work a full-time job 8-4:30pm, 50% remote & 50% in office St. Paul. On my in-office days I would not be able to provide midday breaks, but on my remote days I would. I generally know my in-office and remote days about a month in advance. You know what's best for your fur baby, so I will do everything I can to make their time without you comfortable and within their regular routine as possible. I can help bring in the mail, bring garbage bins to the curb, water plants, etc. as needed.

About: I am recently returned Peace Corps Panama volunteer with over a decade of experience with my own dogs, as well as caring for others’ dogs. I grew up with a Vizsla, and took a lead role in training her including obedience, agility, and retrieving. This also provided me with extensive experience with very high-energy, as well as anxious dogs. I have experience with all breeds- large, small, high energy, low energy, etc. I also have experience with older and sick dogs. Over a year ago, my childhood dog sadly passed from a serious form of bone cancer. Due to this, she was very fragile and we had to be very careful about helping her and making sure her days were pain-free. I also have experience with temporarily ill dogs. I also have my own dog that I have had since a puppy who I got in Panama. Lastly, my family has recently fostered some dogs, which provided me with experience with nervous and unsocialized dogs. I am currently on a month-long leave before starting a new role with the Peace Corps, and have complete my open availability. I am very flexible, and will make sure your pup receives the love and attention that they deserve! I continuously research dog behavior and training techniques, so I will cater to each individual dog’s needs. I practice positive reinforcement techniques for training and correction. I have experience caring for dogs with a range of medical and mobility needs, so each dog's care plan will be specialized based on what you, the owner, want.
