I've known Neha for 5 years and she is always respectful and responsible with people and my pets. She demonstrates empathy and easily befriends my cats and dog. When she pet sits, she is on time, follows directions, and problem solves when needed. She clearly is a lover of pets petting and talking with them is a calm manner. I've been grateful to have pets all my life and as a result, I'm very protective of them. I would not allow anyone to care for my animals without getting to know them and observe their interactions. Neha is kind and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend her.

My cat is a total diva and usually hides under the bed the entire time I'm gone, but she absolutely loved Neha. I was shocked when I got a photo update of her actually sitting on her lap! Neha got her vibe, respected her space, and kept her routine perfectly on track. It is such a relief knowing I can leave without worrying my cat is miserable.
