About: No matter the breed or age of the dogs I have cared for, one thing remains the same - the love and affection they always share. I have over 25 years of experience caring for families' dogs and sometimes cats. I work remotely full-time from my home and am also able to work full-time from your home with Wifi. I am available to care for your pup(s) any day of the week. I have a large yard and will personally walk your dog in the yard as often as needed with a leash. I am available to take your dog for longer walks at least twice a day. I have a large indoor crate and dog beds if needed.

I’ve raised and trained my own Lab (now 10), so I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that’s consistent with what they’re used to. Some love long walks and playtime, while others just want a calm presence and a little extra comfort—and I’m happy to meet them exactly where they’re at. I’m comfortable following whatever works best for your pet—crating, free roaming, feeding schedules, medications, or training. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I take that seriously. About: Hi! My name is Katelyn and I love working with all kinds of animals! I volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Coon Rapids as a Animal Care Assistent where I walk, engage, entertain, and comfort dogs of all kinds and sizes twice a week. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and chickens my entire life. I just enjoy being able to give animals the entertainment, exercise and love that they deserve. I am currently a student-athlete at Northern Michigan University but am home for the summer in Elk River. I am available almost any day of the week and at almost any time to take care of your pet! My dog at home, Millie, is a very nervous dog overall so I am very patient and calm with her to make sure she is comfortable. I know when she wants to be left alone or when she wants to play or be pet. My cat is very independent but likes to be around people if he is not sleeping. He doesn’t love to be picked up or pet a lot so I just enjoy when he is present in the room.

I have two dogs of my own that I care for and I have a routine where I take them out every morning and feed them and take them for walks and just spend quality time. I can easily adapt to your dogs routine and treat them as my own.
