I keep constant communication and open to suggestions to keep your pet on a schedule and routine that you prefer. About: I am an animal care specialist for the U.S. Army. I have 8 years of veterinary experience. I have worked in veterinary clinics for 7 of my 8 years. I am currently working with marine mammals. I love my job and I love all animals! I have had veterinarians who took interest in animal behavior so I take a special interest in that as well. I don’t just want to care for your pets while you’re gone I want that to have someone they can trust and love. Pet care will fit into my routine as requested by the client. Basic needs being Am and PM potty break, and feeding. I am absolutely able to do walks, medication, or anything else upon request. I will be able to let pets out for bathroom breaks before I go to work and after work. If the pet(s) need to be let out at lunch this can be requested and discussed during booking! I like to have a home meeting before it is time for me to pet sit at your home. This allows me to meet and understand the behaviors of the pet(s) in their natural state, give them an opportunity to get familiar with me and get my bearings of the home. I will respect any of the client wishes for play, walk, sleeping, and feeding. I am able to assist with pets that may have more demanding medical needs or medication schedules.

When I was old enough, my parents allowed me to completely train/raise one of our family dogs, a Bernese mountain dog. About: I grew up in a dog family and have been looking after dogs since I was 9 year olds. I’ve been cat sitting for a few vacationing friends for the past 12 years. I’ve had my own pair of rascal cats for 4 years. I’m currently working part-time and have a fixed schedule, so I have enrichment time to spare. Dogs warm up to me easily and I like long walks. About: Hi my name is Alexa! I am a project manager at a ship yard in Downtown San Diego. I grew up in Temecula California and constantly had both cats and dogs in my life. I’ve cared for both big and small dogs, but currently have one dog Mac (cattle mix). I love taking Mac to the dog beach, dog park, and just on walk around the neighbor. Ive grown up walking and caring for my neighbors and roommates dogs who also had any where from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I would love the opportunity to walk, feed, and care for your pet and will care for them as if they were my own.... I just want to hang out with your pet! :) I am currently working full time in down town San Diego but am able to take breaks if needed to take your pets out on walks or check in on them.
