“Kaitlyn has great communication and is very reliable and enthusiastic about pet sitting. Our picky dog Lotus likes her as soon as they met, and that is a good sign! We would recommend Kaitlyn to someone who needs a friendly and responsible pet sitter.”

“Jeanine is the BEST. This was our first time using Rover and we found her right away and will not ever search for anyone else. She’s reliable, friendly, caring and clearly loves dogs. She was not asked to care for our cat and still checked in on her anyway. Very responsive to messages. We cannot say enough good things”

“Gabi was amazing! She has a lot of knowledge with dogs, and I couldn’t thank her enough. I contacted her on such short notice and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in place. She really made this easier than ever. I will definitely be utilizing this type of resource again! Thank you so much Gabi!”

“We have used Daisy twice now and she is amazing amd very easy to work with! My dogs love her and we will definitely be using her services again! 10/10 recommend for your fur babies.”

“Emily did an AMAZING job caring for our dog and cat. She was very thorough in following our requested guidance and our animals were very well loved in her care. She also was a great communicator about when she would be coming by and took lots of photos. Everyone was very happy when we got back home. Thanks, Emily!”

“Devon did a great job with my doggo! She has great ideas for training that I haven’t thought of and she seems to naturally attuned to what he is thinking and what he needs. My dog is really odd, so this is not an easy feat. I’m really glad that I found Devon and I will definitely seek her help with Tucker long term!”

About: I have had my dog for over 6 years now, his name is Max and he is a Caucasian Shepherd/Ovcharka mix. He's a very big boy, I would add my old dog Sammy, he was a Beegle, but I was too young to care for him nor remember him all too well, but I will always remember the love I had and still have for him. I am a primary caregiver for some of my friends and family for their pets as well, I did not want to be compensated, they convinced me to make an account on here. I'm currently working semi full-time, meaning I am marked as a full-time worker, but they are not giving me my full hours so my time shifts from week to week. That is why I would like to be contacted a week in advance so, I can properly manage my schedule from week to week, whether it be house sitting, walking or just hanging out with the little fur dudes and dudettes. I can not provide in-home care as my current living situation can not provide a safe environment. Hopefully this will change soon, but I can provide a safe, clean and loving environment in comfort of your home since going to new places can be stressful depending on the pup or cat.

About: I have loved animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. Growing up, I regularly walked all the neighborhood dogs, and today I help care for my friends' pets by walking their dogs and house sitting for both dogs and cats while they're away on vacation. I currently have two cats and a senior dog, so I'm comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Whether your dog loves a long walk, a slower stroll, or just some extra attention and companionship, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every pet like they're my own and understand how important it is to have someone you can trust. I love animals of all sizes and look forward to giving your furry family member the care, exercise, and affection they deserve. I work full-time in wholesale flowers and finish my workday around 2:00 PM, which gives me dedicated time each weekday to care for pets. I'm available Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. I usually spend my afternoons outside, and I often find myself wishing I had another dog to join me on my walks! My own senior dog prefers her walks later in the evening, so my afternoons are the perfect time to give your dog the exercise, attention, and companionship they need. Whether it's an energetic walk, playtime, or a visit to check in on your cat, I'm excited to help care for your furry family members. I believe pets thrive when they have a consistent routine, a clean environment, and lots of love and attention. At home, I make it a habit to check my pets' food and water every day, clean their bowls regularly, keep their litter box fresh, and maintain a clean water fountain with routine filter changes. I also make sure my senior dog has fresh food and water, a clean feeding area, and that everyone is happy, healthy, and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines as closely as possible because I know consistency helps pets feel safe while their family is away. I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, plenty of attention, exercise or playtime, and a clean space. I'll also keep an eye out for any changes in behavior or anything that seems unusual and communicate with you right away if needed. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own, and I'm happy to provide photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
“"Valerie was absolutely amazing with our 16-year-old chihuahua, Rudy, while we were away on vacation. She took the time to pre-visit and meet him, which showed her dedication and care. Rudy is a grumpy old man who’s slow to warm up to new people, but Valerie’s patience and kindness won him over. She kept us informed during her visits, sent pictures, and asked questions as needed, which gave us great peace of mind. She was punctual, attentive, and went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be calling her again next time we leave!"”

“Jaqueline was amazing!! My boys are very shy, but she got them out to play! I loved all of the photos she sent of them! She kept me updated everyday on how they were doing and also did a few extra things for me, which was super helpful!! I would 100% recommend her!!”

“Crystal continues to do great work with our doggie crew! She does great work and can handle tricky situations!! So glad we found her for all of our trips.”

“I know my pup is always well cared for when Alyssa drops in. Appreciate her being able to provide my senior pup with his diabetes meds. She always takes super cute pics too!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Scripps Ranch
We were in a tough spot needing care at the last minute, and Rayan was willing to help. He took the time to come meet our dogs before we left, which I really appreciated. We have two dogs that require a little extra patience—one is reactive to other dogs, and the other still struggles with leash manners—so we know they’re not the easiest pets to watch. It’s always a little nerve-wracking explaining their challenges to someone new, but Rayan was very laid back about it and didn’t seem intimidated. It was reassuring to know they had someone looking after them while we were away.

Carly was awesome! Came over a few days in advance to meet the cats and hear the set up for the five days we were gone. We had no worries while we were away with Carly checking in on them and keeping their litter boxes clean and waters stocked. She sent a picture of both of them each check in and was communicative and reliable. Thanks Carly! Would definitely book again 😸😸
