“We are very pleased with our first drop in with Jackie. Our dog is very anxious around all people and Jackie understood Nabi’s special needs, was on time and very communicative! We will be requesting more drop-ins with Jackie!”

“Coleen was awesome with our two senior cats! We were a little worried leaving them with someone new, but the cats had nothing but pawsome feedback. Both kitties are on medications and very demanding, and Coleen exceeded all expectations. Coleen was quick to respond to any questions and provided thorough details of each visit along with a plethora of photos showing the kitties in their natural habitat which was really helpful. We came home, the house was in one piece, looked a little better than before we left, cats were happy, not overly stressed, had plenty of food and water. What a relief to have someone we can count on to watch our fur babies. I would not hesitate to schedule with Coleen again, as she was stellar! Thank you for looking after our two cats!! We will absolutely book again!”

“Nelli is great!! Our dog Arnie gets so excited to see her and she takes great care of him. She’s flexible and helpful when Arnies needs change a bit. For example she was able to get him to wear shoes for a few walks when his feet had blisters. We definitely trust her with caring for Arnie!”

“Heather is always an absolute delight to have watch our two dogs. They are so excited to see her, even though they are picky with their people! She spends extra time and gives them so much love.”

“Michael was great! Our pup has some aggression and resource guarding and I was nervous about using a service. Michael’s calm demeanor put him at ease immediately. We will definitely be asking Michael to check-in and walk our pup again!”

“We went on a 4 week vacation and this was the first time working with Liz - she was wonderful! Responsible, photos everyday, and she wasn’t afraid to get covered in our meow’s fur ;) To our delight, we not only returned to a kitty who was completely relaxed & happy (he normally gives us attitude like he’s punishing us for leaving), but also a clean, fur free home (normally after 1 day there is fur everywhere - it was so nice to not have this added stress upon our arrival). We will definitely use Liz again… THANK YOU LIZ!”

“This was first time I booked Karina and she was excellent in making sure my two cats were eating and taken care of. I’m so happy I found Karina and will be for sure booking again in the near future.”

“Ray is an excellent guy. He's always available and I trust him 100% with my dog. I went on a trip to Panama City for 4 days and he took care of my pup. He asked all the right questions. Took notes and took my dog to some great places and sent me pics all the time. Don't hesitate to book Ray if you have the opportunity!!!”

About: With a lifetime of experience, I've cared for a wide range of animals, from my childhood pets to those of family, friends, and colleagues. I am comfortable with all breeds, sizes, ages, and energy levels. I have experience with multi-pet households, having cared for up to four dogs at a time. There are no pet allergies or breed-specific fears that would prevent me from providing excellent care for your furry friend. I currently work full-time till about 4pm Mon-Fri but free every evening and various times throughout the weekend. I am off all federal holidays. No set commitments to anything after work so very flexible schedule. I care for pets in their own home and follow exactly what I am told by the owner to ensure the pet(s) is safe, happy, well-loved and not thrown off their typical schedule.

About: I have taken care of a senior dog for about 5 years now. I have taken care of my lil pup for 4 years. I am currently certified in pet CPR and First aid(certification in photos). I live a active lifestyle and like to hike and take long walks. It is a constant in my life to take care of pets. I care for my own 4 year old Chihuahua/Yorkie mix and my brothers shih Tzu daily. I am available on weekdays after 5pm and all day on the weekends. In my clients homes I can readily walk there pets or let them out into there back yards. I can also crate your pet if that is something you prefer. If you leave feeding or medication instructions do not worry it will be completed and you will be notified.

About: I am an experienced, reliable and dependable pet lover. I have grown up my whole life with animals. I recently had to put my senior pitbull down so my house is very quiet now. Pet care is my passion and currently my main source of income and work. I have plenty of time to care for your pet! I am interested in walking, daily visits, or overnight boarding anytime of the week. Our home has a large fenced in yard, perfect for your pup to enjoy some fresh air, or bask in the sunshine. I can take your pet on walks or they can run around in the yard. Or we can snuggle up on the couch and get lots of belly rubs.

“Julia did an amazing job with our jovi she is very shy dog and doesn't take well to people that are unfamiliar. Julia took her time and won her over and she was happy. Julia took extra care and did a great job!!!”

About: Please read the below information in it’s entirety, I know you love your dog and you want to make sure he’s taken care of properly. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid not realizing that one day I’d make it a life goal to be certified as a Dog Trainer. I graduated from Animal Behavior College (Positive Reinforcement Based Training). Family, friends and neighbors have relied and continue to rely on me to care for their pets for when they travel and they always come back to a friend who’s happy to see them. I’m located about 10 min away from Chicago O’hare Airport. If you’re flying out, this is super convenient because I know the first thing you’re going to want to do when you get back from your trip is to see your best friend. My fianceé and I currently work from home and don’t really go out on vacation except once a year internationally so we’re available on the weekends and holidays. We have a fenced yard and everything has been set up to be dog friendly. As a Dog Trainer, I understand that dogs don’t know between right or wrong, only between what is allowed and what is not (what results in a reward and what doesn’t). Love, Safety, Comfort and Trust are our biggest priorities so the number one rule in the house is: “Nobody Is Put In The Position Where They Think They Have To Defend Themselves”. Playtime here is always supervised and because of how many dogs we can house at once, there can’t be playtime in between dogs unless we’re 100% certain that they get along (I think it’s perfectly fine if your dog doesn’t like other dogs, or people). With that being said, each and every dog gets to not only enjoy free roaming and walks but also One-on-One interactive play sessions with me and my fiancé. You’ll be getting updates every single day including pictures that show how your friend is doing.

About: Hi, I’m James! I’ve spent the past several years working in customer service and hospitality, most recently as a flight attendant—so I know a thing or two about responsibility, attention to detail, and creating a calm, safe environment. I’m also a lifelong animal lover who truly enjoys spending time with pets of all kinds. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, playtime, or simply keeping your furry friend company while you’re away, I treat every pet as if they’re my own. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that trust seriously. I’m punctual, respectful of your home and routines, and I always aim to provide reliable and compassionate care. Let me help give you peace of mind when you can’t be there—your pet will be in caring, capable hands! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy spending time with animals and prioritize their well-being. With my background in hospitality and flight attending, I’m used to managing structured schedules while staying adaptable. Now that I have more flexibility in my day-to-day life, I’m able to dedicate time each day for drop-ins, feedings, play sessions, and walks. I build my routine around the needs of the pets I care for—whether that means morning feedings, midday check-ins, or evening playtime. Caring for pets is not just something I do—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and plan my day around. In a client’s home, I always make it a priority to follow their specific instructions and routines to ensure their pet feels comfortable and secure. I treat every home with respect, keeping things clean and organized while giving pets the love and attention they’re used to. Whether it’s feeding, cleaning litter boxes, administering medication, or just giving cuddles and companionship, I take my time to make sure everything is done right—and that your pet feels safe and cared for.

About: * In our care, your dogs are our family * Hi! I have been caring for, fostering, boarding and walking dogs for nearly 20 years! For the past 7 years, I have fostered dogs through Chicago Canine Rescue, One Tail at a Time, and German Shepherd Rescue of Illinois, where I have helped provide a safe and loving environment, basic training, exercise and socialization for dogs until they are ready for their forever homes. ***We have experience with handicapped dogs (having had two of our own), and we are happy to take care of your handicapped dog at no extra cost (including stroke/FCE, IVDD, paralysis, bladder and bowel expression, carrying around stairs or gravel to prevent skin injuries, harnesses/slings, wheelchairs, you name it).*** While I work as an emergency nurse, I am passionate about dogs and other animals, and I keep trying to find ways to enjoy my passion without completely changing my profession. My husband Steve is a manager at Trader Joe’s, and yes, he does bring the bizarre contentment that Trader Joe’s employees have home :) My husband Steve and I are huge animal lovers- we are chronically adding pets to our home in the form of adoption, fostering, or babysitting! We live in a 2000 sqft home in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced yard for your babies to stretch their legs, run, play, or relax. We have 4 stairs leading into the home, and a ramp if needed, but we can also help lift your dog up and down the stairs if that’s what they need. We have a sweet as can be, handicapped 6.5 year old German Shepherd named Lemmy and two friendly, dog savvy cats named Karma and Ozzy. **We ask that your dog is dog friendly, but your dog does not need to be cat friendly- we just have to know about it, and we can easily separate our cats comfortably** Steve and I work opposite hours and coordinate schedules well, so the dogs don't get lonely! We also have a pet camera to see how the dogs are doing if we are away. Feel free to ask us to connect with any past clients we have had on and off Rover- we have had exceptional experiences and reviews, and we can’t wait for your dog to join us! We are incredibly fortunate that our schedules are super flexible!! Every week is different for me on a nursing schedule, and Steve works a set “waterfall schedule” with the same days off weekly. Our pets and your pets will be spoiled with care, but they need to be ok to be left alone for about 4 hours, 6 max. If they are not ok with this, we just need to know about it so we can flex our schedules to accommodate. We have a spacious and secure home with a basement and two floors and fully fenced yard in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Even with a fully secure, 6 foot tall fence, dog(s) will never ever be left in the yard without our supervision. Our 3 pets are well behaved and incredibly friendly and will gladly give your pet space or hang out!
