About: I have owned dogs since I was a kid and still do. I have had experience with many different breeds and ages as well. I have experience with cats but I have been attacked and they make me nervous but with the appropriate introduction I am just fine. I care for my neighbors dogs quite often as he’s a firefighter and I have been doing that for over 2 years. I have trained many young dogs but i’m not a dog trainer. I go to school full time but only attend 3 in person classes, but I can let you know my school schedule upon request. I also work part time at night starting at 4, again I can provide a schedule upon request. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities during every walk and drop-in visit. I take the time to get to know each pet’s routine, personality, and needs to help them feel comfortable and cared for. During walks, I use safe leash-handling practices and pay close attention to our surroundings. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. You can count on me to be reliable, respectful of your home, and to provide updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. 🐾😊

About: I am an Animal Science Major at ISU and worked at a vet clinic recently! I am looking forward to having process in my career and loving what I do best! I am full time in school and the rest of the day throughout homework and studying I’m up and about with my animals fitting in their needs and care. I value their space when giving me signals of stress and being overwhelmed as very excited with them when that is what they need. Full energy dogs are so loving and we have the best time as well as calm and old souls who needs more naps.

About: I am a teacher and have summers off! Let me and my sweet daughter help take care of your pet this summer. We are too busy during the school year to justify having our own pet, so let us spoil yours! I have lots of availability this summer- let's work something out! Just reach out and we can get something on the calendar- whether you need over night care or your furry friend needs a walk. We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.

About: I have had at least one dog in my house for the last 9+ years. My mom leaves town often for weekends and holidays, so I am the go to baby sitter. My siblings and friends have also entrusted me with their dogs, and haven't had any complaints. I love all kinds of dogs (and cats) and would love to spend time with yours! I am currently working full time at Illinois State University so I am occupied from 8am-4:30pm M-F. However I am able to use my lunch break for check ins and aside from the work obligation, pet care is able to be my main focus To care for the pets, I will feed them on the interval you request, as I know some owners have different meal schedules than others. I will take for long walks and ensure plenty of exercise for the furry friends. If necessary I will also bathe the pet to ensure no mess is created in the home.

About: My wife Erika and I are dog lovers through and through. We rescued our pup Kenzie in 2020 and she has been the best addition to our family. We love taking her on walks and spoiling her. We look forward to caring for your dog like they are our own. My wife and I both work from home. I have a fairly flexible schedule and can step away when needed to take care of any needs that come up. We look forward to helping with whatever needs you have, whether it is dog walking, feeding, letting them out or just keeping them company. For boarding and doggy day care, it is important that your dog is able to climb up steps as our bedroom and home offices are on the second floor. Unfortunately for house sitting, we do not accept requests if there is also a cat in the home. Please let us know what we can help with!

About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years now and have finally decided to meet more animals! I am so excited to meet your fluffy (or non-fluffy) friends! I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.

About: I have volunteered with an animal therapy program since 2018, where I have worked with and cared for miniature horses, miniature donkeys, miniature pigs, and dogs. I have had dogs of my own since I was very young. I have also worked at a doggy daycare for three years. My schedule is very flexible as my classes are spread out and my work schedule is usually consistent! I typically have more than enough time to walk pets or check in on them! I am very comfortable with all breeds of dogs! Even more so if the information necessary is given to make them more comfortable with me.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have many years of pet sitting experience, 3 years working in a veterinary clinic, and 4 years at a boarding facility. Whether your pet needs playtime, medication, or extra TLC, they'll be in caring and experienced hands. Caring for animals is already part of my everyday life. Working a few days a week at a local boarding facility gives me in tune and allows me to gain more experience every day! Keep in mind, I am a full time student at ISU, meaning I will have classes here and there throughout the week, but I am still available plenty throughout the day to care for your fur babies in every way possible! About: I love to play and love on animals, and my daughter loves to research breeds and find what they like the most. And care for them that way. Your pet(s) will be well welcomed to our fun loving home. Welcome! I am working full time, dogs will have full access to backyard at their leisure. If they are unfamiliar with a dog door, I will train them. Litter box cleaned daily. And in the morning and evening some love and play time. I have a fenced in yard, dog door ( that locks) shelves and hiding spots for cats. I had made this an oasis for my cat and dog while they were still with us. Our free time is spent at the cat cafe, and the humane society. We will go walk the dogs there or play with the cats at both places. Any animal in need of love and attention, we are thrilled to provide it. Our dog passed of cancer 3 years ago and needed to be put down as it had spread and she was in terrible pain. It was a slow, and hard for to let go A year ago, our cat had this disease, and she became immobile immediately and was in chronic pain. It was such a quick loss. So I have been a little hesitant to bring another animal in full time. However, all animals are welcome and we look forward to building a safe spot for you and your pet while you are away.
