“My German Shepherd dog fell in love with Tanya at first sight! She's obviously loves animals. Everything went great, will definitely book Tanya again! Appreciated the photos of my dog and cat while I was away!”

“Xiaotong is an amazing cat sitter. She was very communicative and always kept me in the loop with my cats. I left her some written and verbal care instructions which were all followed perfectly. Her rover cards were very detailed and came with plenty of photos. My cats decided to rummage through a couple of my trash bins, something they have never done before. Xiaotong was very understanding, going above and beyond cleaning up after my cats' mess. I would definitely book again!”

About: Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m currently in college but my family has been fostering dogs since I was in middle school, so I have experience with every kind of dog from 8-week puppies to older dogs to three legged ones! I currently have 2 rescues I help take care of and train, and love volunteering at animal shelters(Chicago Canine and Wright Way) in my free time, so I have a wide variety of experiences when it comes to caring for animals. Whether it be walking one dog or bathing a van load of puppies, I love spending time with all dogs!!!! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time for walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I’m available during the weekdays and most weekends, and my schedule is very flexible. I have experience with basic dog training classes, and my two dogs are both crate trained so I can follow any dogs schedule, strict or relaxed, and make sure they’re safe and comfortable. I also love to play with them and help them get the physical and mental stimulation they need to be happy and healthy!
About: I’ve spent 7+ years caring for friends, families, and neighbors. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I treat all animals like they’re my own. I’m attentive, patient, and detail-oriented when it comes to their needs, whether it’s a long walk, a belly rub, or just quiet company. Because I work from home every day, your pet will never be left alone for long. I can easily adjust to your pet’s feeding, walking, and playtime schedule, and I’ll always make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule due to my work-from-home lifestyle. I already take morning walks to start my day, mid-day walks to recharge, and evening walks around 5pm CT - perfect times for furry companions to get exercise and fresh air. During the workday, I can easily accommodate feeding, potty breaks, or playtime, and weekends are even more open for longer walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. Your pet’s comfort and routine will always be my priority. When I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm and safe environment with plenty of cozy spots for rest and areas to play. I follow your care instructions closely — from feeding times to exercise routines — and keep your pet’s wellbeing front and center. I will maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they have fresh food, water, and a clean area, and I always send regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well cared for.
“Sarah was a wonderful pet sitter! We got updates and pictures, which were not expected but totally appreciated. She was communicative, easy to work with, and so very kind to our doggies, even spending a little extra time with them. We couldn’t be happier with her!”

About: I have almost 12 years of experience training and looking after family and my own dogs! Throughout the years, friends and family have relied on me to keep their dogs fed, exercised, enriched, and well-trained. During that time, I have accumulated a variety of enrichment toys, games, and training activities to ensure that a dog's mental, emotional, and physical needs are met! I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Illinois! I live locally, and I have a highly flexible schedule! Aside from Monday and Wednesday mornings, I am available to look after your pet at almost any time that works for you! I prioritize learning the routines and procedures that help me respect your space and your pet's well-being. This means getting to know each of you before I enter your space and interact with your pet to ensure that I am the best fit for you!
About: I have worked at a veterinary clinic since the age of 16, assisting with appointments and caring for overnight boarders. I am well experienced with dogs of all sizes and ages. It is my dream to become a veterinarian and I am very passionate about the well-being of all animals. I am currently a full time student, so dog walking will take place primarily in evenings. My schedule may change and I will keep it updated on my profile. I offer dog walking services and drop in visits. I am respectful and responsible when it comes to other’s property. I have experience caring for pets professionally and will treat pets and property as if it were my own.
“Millie really enjoyed her time with Ann. Ann followed my care instructions and played with Millie. She provided a great wrap-up everyday as well as several pictures. I will definitely be calling upon Ann in the future.”

About: Hi there! I’m Fabiola’s, a passionate animal lover with a heart full of love for furry friends. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do—it’s a part of who I am. I even ran a cat foundation, where I rescued, nurtured, and found loving homes for many kitties in need. Over the years, I’ve deepened my knowledge by studying canine and feline nutrition, ensuring pets get the right care inside and out. I’m also experienced in giving medications, administering injections, dewormers, and flea treatments, so if your pet needs extra care, they’ll be in safe hands. Whether your pet needs playtime, belly rubs, peaceful companionship, or special attention, I’ll make sure they feel loved, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I truly treat every pet as if they were my own! I’d love to meet your furry family member and give them all the love they deserve. Let’s chat and see how I can help! I start my day with a morning walk at 8 a.m. and then go to the gym. Because I work from home, I love having a furry companion it makes my day more joyful and active. I truly believe every pet is unique, with their own personality, routine, and needs. That’s why I always ask pet parents for feedback and specific instructions I want to make sure their furry family member feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m very flexible and happy to adapt to different routines, energy levels, and special requirements. My goal is always to provide attentive, loving, and personalized care for every pet.
About: I’ve had house dogs for most of my adult life. I recently had to put my little guy to sleep after 13 years and I’m looking to fill that void he left! I’m patient and loving. I now have a 6 pound chihuahua that’s 9 and very laid back I’ve just started this business but you won’t find someone more passionate about caring for your dog I work a few part time hours and would be pretty flexible with my schedule. Able to spend quality time with your pet and give the attention I would care for your pet as you do. I have a condo and a great neighborhood for walks. They will be very comfortable and happy with me

“Thomas did an incredible job watching my mischievous kittens. He took their shenanigans in stride like a pro while I was out of town. I could rest assured that they were fed entertained and cared for. I would definitely consider Thomas in the future.”

About: I have two friendly cats and backyard chickens. I have had cats and dogs for most of my life. I go trail hiking at local forest preserves and state parks 2-4 times a week and would love to take your dog with me! I only have one dog guest at a time (unless they are from the same home) so I can give them lots of care and attention and provide you with regular updates and photos. You will know your pet is being well looked after. My goal is to make your pet feel like it is on a fun vacation while you are on a fun vacation. Nothing makes me happier than dogs I've cared before, coming back and pulling on their leash to come into my house on their next visit! I only work half-time so I have plenty of time for pets. I know how important your pet is to you and I'm very responsible. My dog guests are walked at least three times a day including a walk or hike of 30 minutes or longer. They are also able to use my fenced in backyard when the chickens are locked up for the night .
“Emma was amazing! She took care of my cat so well. This was my first time leaving her alone and she made me feel so much better. She was so communicative and kind and I feel so grateful to have found her.”

“I am a DogVacay host and we have trusted and relied on Feiran for help when we get too busy. She is a very kind and reliable person who loves dogs and understands their nature.”
“I truly appreciated Katie to take care of my kitties when I was away. She loves my cats and my cats love her. They get along well at greet- meet section to understand my cats' habbits. I highly recommend Katie for taking care of your lovely pets when you are away. Thank you so much, Katie. Thank for the kitties' portraits in my kitchen. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Savoy with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
