About: I am a former healthcare worker with open availability. I used to live on a farm with various animals. Currently in between jobs and looking for a change of pace. I worked overnights for 4yrs and have been in healthcare for 15yrs. ***Prefers to keep communication through Rover App for transparency and quality assurance**** I have pretty open availability within reason. I would like a decent heads up to be sure I have the means to accommodate. My routine is very laid back and I watch for signs and cues. I have two dogs of my own. I love caring for and just being around animals. I live in a quiet neighborhod. While I do not have a fenced in yard, I am willing to walk and give attention to each animal in my care.

About: I’m an animal science major with plans to pursue veterinary medicine, and caring for animals—especially dogs—is truly what lights me up. During high school, I was the go-to neighborhood dog walker, caring for dogs ranging from large breeds to small pups, which helped grow my confidence and love for working with all kinds of dogs. I also have four years of hands-on experience in a busy dog daycare, where I’ve worked with pups of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—from energetic zoomie experts to shy cuddle bugs. I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique quirks and making them feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just some extra belly rubs, I treat every dog like they’re my own. My goal is to make your pup’s time away from you feel fun, comfortable, and exciting. I currently work at an animal hospital where my shifts are from 7am-12pm and then 2-5:30pm. I am happy to work around your pups schedule with ahead of time notice! Before, after, and during my break your dog will have plenty of time to potty and play. When I visit a clients home I give all my love and care to them to make sure they feel happy while the owner is gone. I focus on keeping their routine as consistent, safe, and comfortable as possible. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, including feeding times, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel secure and stress-free.

About: Hi!! I was busy watching pets all summer, as I'm a teacher. Now, I am back to work and have less availability. If your pet can go 8+ hours without a potty break, I can help! Otherwise, I will be back next summer with more availability :) I have limited availability now that I am back to teaching, but please reach out if you think we can work something out! I am busy all day and at times have kid activities in the evenings, so my availability is limited :( We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.

About: I have owned dogs since I was a kid and still do. I have had experience with many different breeds and ages as well. I have experience with cats but I have been attacked and they make me nervous but with the appropriate introduction I am just fine. I care for my neighbors dogs quite often as he’s a firefighter and I have been doing that for over 2 years. I have trained many young dogs but i’m not a dog trainer. I go to school full time but only attend 3 in person classes, but I can let you know my school schedule upon request. I also work part time at night starting at 4, again I can provide a schedule upon request. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities during every walk and drop-in visit. I take the time to get to know each pet’s routine, personality, and needs to help them feel comfortable and cared for. During walks, I use safe leash-handling practices and pay close attention to our surroundings. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. You can count on me to be reliable, respectful of your home, and to provide updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. 🐾😊

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have many years of pet sitting experience, 3 years working in a veterinary clinic, and 4 years at a boarding facility. Whether your pet needs playtime, medication, or extra TLC, they'll be in caring and experienced hands. Caring for animals is already part of my everyday life. Working a few days a week at a local boarding facility gives me in tune and allows me to gain more experience every day! Keep in mind, I am a full time student at ISU, meaning I will have classes here and there throughout the week, but I am still available plenty throughout the day to care for your fur babies in every way possible! I'll care for your pet as if they were my own by following their normal routine day to day. My goal is to keep them happy, comfortable, and stress free while you're away.

About: I have been a pestsitter since 2018. From just a simple check-in to in-home sitting for 4 months, I've had a wide variety of experiences. I am available early morning, short afternoons, and evenings. I can provide morning and evening check-ins, in-home care, and walks. I work full-time, so any afternoon care would be during my hour break. With in-home care, I ensure I get as much information needed to properly care for the pet(s) and the home. I do my best to provide the pet(s) with nearly the same care they receive normally. I always make sure to eat my own food and clean the home before my departure.

About: I have 2dogs of my own and just adore them to pieces and plan to go back to foster/rescue dogs in the future. I once had 4 dogs but 2 of them got older and had to cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge. I am currently a SAHM i have pretty flexibility other than having to take my son to and from pre school. So depending on the time I might have my son with me or my daycare kiddo with me. I have a fenced yard and my dogs have plenty of room to run and have fun. They have there own little pool during the summer and a covered porch during the rainy season.

About: I had a dog for ten years and pet sit for many of my family members for days at a time. I have pet sit dogs anywhere from puppies to senior dogs. I am currently a senior in high school so on weekdays I am not available until after 5pm. On weekends I am mostly free at any time. I don’t have any other pets at home as of recently but I did have a dog for ten years so I am very familiar with how to take care of pets! I have a small yard where I can put a fence up easily. I also am able to take your dogs on walks frequently.

About: I’ve had Basset Hounds since I was a little girl, I’ve rescued and cared for a Labradoodle and I currently have two cats of my own. I am experienced in getting pets to take their meds, ear cleaning, nail trimming, brushing/deshedding and dog walking I am a grad student available any time outside of the hours of Monday-Wednesday from 5:30-9 pm for classes. This is subject to change next semester but should not impact my availability until Mid-January I can easily check in on your fur babies multiple times a day for feedings, bathroom breaks, walkies or playtime. I will not do overnight stays as my own kitty cats need me then.

About: I do have a cat of my own and a bunny and always dog sit my family dog Capone he’s about two and an half years old! And a pitbull mix, also dog sit Gemma a sharpei, I do have references! I can start in August mostly around 3pm until whenever! I’m very flexible with time and dog sitting or cat sitting I can do Mondays-Fridays! I always take care of my cat and bunny in the mornings and always give them my time attention after work and make sure they have fresh water and entertainment and treats!

About: I love to play and love on animals, and my daughter loves to research breeds and find what they like the most. And care for them that way. Your pet(s) will be well welcomed to our fun loving home. Welcome! I am working full time, dogs will have full access to backyard at their leisure. If they are unfamiliar with a dog door, I will train them. Litter box cleaned daily. And in the morning and evening some love and play time. I have a fenced in yard, dog door ( that locks) shelves and hiding spots for cats. I had made this an oasis for my cat and dog while they were still with us. Our free time is spent at the cat cafe, and the humane society. We will go walk the dogs there or play with the cats at both places. Any animal in need of love and attention, we are thrilled to provide it. Our dog passed of cancer 3 years ago and needed to be put down as it had spread and she was in terrible pain. It was a slow, and hard for to let go A year ago, our cat had this disease, and she became immobile immediately and was in chronic pain. It was such a quick loss. So I have been a little hesitant to bring another animal in full time. However, all animals are welcome and we look forward to building a safe spot for you and your pet while you are away.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes & personalities. I’m not shy to specialized care needs and love to play, walk & give belly rubs! Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. Your dog’s boundaries, safety and needs will be prioritized. I appreciate cleanliness and will respect your home as if it’s my own.
