“I can’t say enough good things about Jocelyn! We were out of state for a wedding and the communication and pictures were top notch! My dog loves her and I’ll be sure to use Jocelyn again in the future!”

“Erin was fabulous! From the beginning she was warm and welcoming. She was very comfortable giving medicine to my cat and making sure she had everything she needed. I will book her time I travel for vacation or work travel!”

“Rita was so good to our puppy! She took Ruby for a walk and handled her high energy expertly. She is extremely responsible, making sure all directions were followed. Rita was a past student of mine, and besides being extremely bright, she has a sunny love of all animals that is obvious in the way she cares for Ruby. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter with no reservations. I am sad that she will be heading back to college soon, but I know Ruby has a new friend for the future.”

About: I have been a dog lover since the day I was born! I have a BSc in Veterinary Technology, have been a US Army Veterinary Technician for 20 years working with Military and Law Enforcement working dogs and have a huge passion for canine enrichment and fitness 🐕❣️ I am a full time student pursuing my Master's in Clinical Care, but don't let that discourage you! I have excellent time management skills, and can very easily balance lifestyle and education. I am also still in the Reserves, meaning one weekend out of each month, I won't be available to hang out with your sweet fur-babies 😭 Otherwise, I am wide available! I do have 5 dogs of my own and a fully fenced yard. However, they are a solid pack and can be a little unpredictable when introducing new friends. Because of this, my main goal is to take your fur-babies on walks and get them some exercise and enrichment, rather than have them over for play time.
“Olivia was on time with visits, considerate with daily updates/pictures and very caring with my cats! She made me feel comfortable leaving them, knowing they were in such good hands. Olivia did everything asked and was quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs!”

About: What sets me apart as a dog sitter is the level of care and attention I give to every dog as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each dog’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors. With puppies, I focus on consistency, positive reinforcement, and helping maintain any training routines you’ve started. For senior dogs, I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to their comfort, mobility, and any medication or special care needs. I’m reliable, communicative, and always keep owners updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind. My goal is to create a calm, fun, and loving environment where your dog feels right at home. As a teacher off for the summer, I have a very flexible and open schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Pet care naturally fits into my routine because I’m home most of the time, making it easy to provide regular walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I enjoy staying active, so daily walks and outdoor time are a priority, and I also make sure to include downtime for rest and cuddles. Because I’m not tied to a strict work schedule right now, I can be very responsive to each pet’s needs, whether that’s sticking to a specific routine, administering medications, or simply giving extra love and attention. Your pet will never feel rushed or overlooked—they’ll be part of my daily routine and cared for like family. Safety, trust, and a calm environment are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I provide a clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly space where dogs can relax and feel at ease. I also have a fully fenced-in yard, which allows for safe outdoor play, exercise, and fresh air while always being supervised. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs so I can keep their schedule as consistent as possible. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or medication, I follow your instructions closely and treat your pet like part of my family. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and maintain your pet’s normal routine to help reduce stress. I ensure doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on safety at all times, and provide updates with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where pets feel comfortable and owners have complete peace of mind.
“Jesse did once and twice daily drop in visits with my 4 month old puppy. At the end of the day, he was (relatively) calm for being alone at home much of the day, and she was able to give him provided meals. She do a great job checking in on him and he seems to really enjoy her company. 10/10 would book again”

“Theodore was amazing with my 16-year-old kitty Paulie. He quickly gained Paulie’s trust and affection. He did everything I asked and more. I felt really comfortable being away because of Theodore’s responsible and thoughtful care of Paulie.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at my family’s veterinary clinic for the past 9 years, where I’ve helped care for dogs and cats with all kinds of personalities, ages, and medical needs. Through my work at the clinic, I’ve become comfortable and skilled at administering medications and assisting with medical care, so I can confidently care for pets who may need a little extra attention. I’m attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, and the overall well being of your furry best friend. Outside of the clinic, I’ve raised multiple litters of rescue kittens, care for our clinic cats on weekends, and currently have three rescue cats and a dog of my own. Caring for animals isn’t just a job to me, it’s something I genuinely love! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll treat them with the same patience, attention, and affection that I give my own. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away 💕 My schedule is flexible and varies throughout the month. I serve in the Navy Reserve and occasionally work at my family’s veterinary clinic when they need extra help, but outside of those commitments I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I keep my availability updated and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. When caring for your pet, they will have my full attention, and you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages! Working in a veterinary clinic has taught me how important it is to pay attention to the little things. I closely follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special care requests, and I’m always keeping an eye on your pet’s comfort and well being. I will make your pet feel safe, loved, and as relaxed as possible when you’re away, while giving you peace of mind that they’re in good hands!
“Fantastic. I forgot to book the last day and she kindly reminded me that it wasn't booked so that she could help us with care before we return home. Our fur babies loved her presence and she didn't waste any time to ensure they had some fun playtime together. Thank you!”

“I couldn't be happier with Serenity's care for my dog! She was attentive, reliable, and treated my pup like her own. It was clear she has a natural love for animals, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her care. Serenity sent regular updates, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!”

“Kelsey is professional, dependable, and gentle with animals. She did a fantastic job taking care of our senior dog who has some complex needs, and we will definitely be booking her again!”

“I used Jennifer for the first time to help watch my new puppy! She was so willing to jump right in & wash sweet Luna after a mess in her crate! I am so appreciative of finding her on Rover & will definitely use in the future!”
About: I’ve been an animal lover since I can remember! Growing up with cats and dogs, volunteering with rescue organizations, fostering, and pet sitting/walking for 20+ years (since I was a kid!) I’ve developed a skill set to care for beloved furry family members - from cats and puppies to large reactive dogs I’m here to help with your pet sitting/walk-in needs! I’m a graduate student and work part-time at a gym, so I have a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Potty break in the middle of a week day? I can help! Need someone to check in on your dog over the weekend? I’ll walk and hang out with your pup between studying! I’m also centrally located just west of downtown Denver and am willing to travel in any direction to help with your furry friend! Given the other people and animals in my home, I prefer to take care of your pet at your home - where they’re most comfortable! I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life so I understand the care and caution needed when opening doors or walking your pet on a busy street. Additionally, I have two rescue dogs myself and have worked with rescue organizations so I understand the dog that can’t be approached by strangers or needs some of extra support navigating the world.

Elizabeth accepted our last minute, holiday weekend request, very appreciated!! The visit with our pack of 4 went great, one pack member is very elderly and another pack member is a 15 week old puppy. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
