“Ashley did an excellent job watching my dog. She sent me pictures and updates just so I would know he was being taken care of. She even had frozen carrot treats for him. I definitely recommend her and will use her servives again.”

“Katherine was super awesome with my rescue who has major trust issues. It's so hard to line up friends and family to let your critters out for potty breaks when you are away. Katherine makes the process much smoother. I felt very comfortable knowing that she was there handle things. She even sent some pics of the dogs!”

I am working part time and my husband and I are trying to navigate my health issues so we are definitely a team! We will mostly be working together unless I am unavailable. Willing to follow all instructions to the best of our ability.

I treat every home with respect and care, keeping things clean, tidy, and just the way you left them. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are loved and cared for like family.

About: Hi! I'm Jenna. The "Me every time I see a dog. Do you share this reaction?" meme with Andy from Parks & Recreation is literally me every time I see a dog. I LOVE dogs, cats, sloths, sea otters and pretty much all animals in general. I have a huge heart and SO much love to give! I am very energetic, bubbly, and outgoing...I would love to meet some doggies (and maybe some humans in the process too) and give them some lovins' and exercise :) I work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to walk your pups or play with them outside of my job. I am available for house sitting dogs and cats. I’m generally available in mornings or afternoons around 4 pm. Since I do work a variety of jobs I just need a days notice but I can usually work around your schedule for the most part! I have experience pet sitting in the home and have done jobs where pet parents are out of town for the weekends or for work trips and I am happy to watch the house as well. I have a kitty cat so I wouldn’t be able to fully board but I’m able to take your doggo on walks, to the park, to a patio, etc etc. I can watch the dog at my house in the backyard but wouldn’t be able to take them inside the home.
About: I have experience house/dog sitting. In the past year, I've watched and taken care of three large dogs, a Boxer, and two Labradors, many times. For about two weeks or more depending on the owner's schedule. The boxer has some health issues so I also have some experience with giving medication. I've taken care of two Great Danes who I would classify as loving adorable couch potatoes. I also own two small dogs. My first dog was a Maltese she lived till she was ten but the last year of her life she also had some health issues. I currently have a dog who is also a Maltese Bichon Frise mix who just turned eleven. He is energetic so I'm a very active person and can keep up with your pups too. I understand the importance of giving your pup all the love and attention they need to have a happy life. I will do my very best to provide that for your animals too! I work full time at a car dealership up in the office. I am in the office by 7:00 am and I am typically off by 3:00 pm. I can do late in the evening walks or around when I get off. For drop ins\check ins I could come early in the morning for one and later in the evening for the other on a weekday. As long as it isn't end of month or mid month Fridays I can be off by 1pm. Weekend I am off so I'm more fixable with what I can fit in. I offer drop-in visits and dog walks. During visits, I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and any routine care requested by the owner. During walks, I ensure pets get safe exercise and attention while following their normal routine. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication with pet owners.
About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have worked in doggie daycare, worked as a bather and in the sales department! At work I got to experience different breeds, temperaments and personalities! My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I am known to have great communication skills, I am compassionate , and I am responsible. I pride myself in those traits and look forward to building a relationship with you and your family member! I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.
About: Neighborhood pet sitter in Bettendorf, IA. Experience with dogs and cats, young and old, and varying breeds. Able to give medication & other accommodations Also experienced cat owner / sitter. Have worked with some fish and other small animals. I work full time 8-4:30 with an hour lunch break. Happy to stop by during that time as well as before and after work. Weekend availability varies, but I’m relatively open. I usually stay in-home, but I have had dogs stay with me. I will let the owners tell me the dog’s routine, and I adjust accordingly. About: My boyfriend and I have always had animals in our lives. Growing up he lived on a farm with dogs, cats, goats, pigs etc. and I have had dogs and cats my whole life. We currently have 2 beautiful Great Danes, a bunch of rabbits, outside kitties, and 3 chinchillas! Our dogs love people, small animals, and would love a bigger dog to run around with. We would love to cuddle with your fur babies, go for walks, or just play in the fenced yard! With summer coming up we know that it’s going to be vacation time, you deserve to be able to enjoy and relax on vacation while knowing your animals are well taken care of. Me and my boyfriend work mornings and get lunch breaks half way through, so we’d be able to check on your animals even while working and we can be with them all afternoon. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are both off so they’d get us all day! We have a 2 story house with lots of room for them to lay around and have their own space if needed. We also have a large backyard that is fenced off already for our dogs.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Colona
Jenna is such a wonderful pet sitter!! She took time to come and do a meet and greet with my dogs. She took as much time as they needed so they would be comfortable. She came right on time, fed them and did potty breaks. And of course my personal favorite is the report card and photos. I highly recommend her especially as being a newbie to Rover. I was very nervous about the process and she completely made me feel comfortable!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
