About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I also just graduated with my associates degree in elementary education, and am hoping to spend time with furry friends this summer before returning to my school district! I consider myself very adaptable, and will work with you and your pet to make sure you’re satisfied with my care! Whether your pet needs hours of snuggles or play, I’m happy to be able to spend some time with them! I currently have a very flexible schedule to be able to cater to your pets needs! I enjoy waking up early and getting outside anytime the sun is out! I consider myself adaptable and am able to cater to most of your pets wants or needs. About: I’ve had fur babies in my life since the day I was born. 🐾 As an adult, my husband and I have shared our lives with six dogs and two cats. To me, they’ve never been “just pets”—they are my babies, my kids, and a huge part of our family. ❤️ They have been my comfort, my companions, and my saving grace in more ways than I can count. The only time they’ve ever broken my heart is when it was time to say goodbye and watch them cross the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🐾 Today, we share our home with Lucy, Leo, and Louie. Lucy and Leo are brother and sister from the same mixed-breed litter, and Louie is our full-blooded German Shepherd. They fill our home with love, laughter, fur, and plenty of personality! 🐶💕 Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life. 🐾 With three fur babies of my own, my daily routine includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of attention. About: Having grown up around everything from hedgehogs to mastiffs and either helped or been responsible for their care, I have a lot of practice in many areas of pet caregiving. I have studied dog and cat behavior in particular, and though my specialty is with cats, I am very well-versed in dog communication as well. I also have experience medicating ill or disabled animals in a way that limits stress and maintains a healthy relationship. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so I can shape my schedule to what's best for your pet. My ideal pairing is with night owls like myself, as I tend to sleep in and stay up late. If you're planning a date night, or if you work late and can't check on them, I can fill in those gaps. I believe that a safe and low-stress environment is best accomplished by knowing who I'm working with. If your pet is skittish around new people, I will move calmly and avoid eye contact or unprompted touch. If they want a playmate for when their people are away, I can be exciting and fun! If I need to do anything that may be stressful to your pet, such as bathing them, correcting behavior, or medicating them, I will take extra time to sit with them and let them hear my voice in a nonthreatening context, to bring the relationship back to something more trusting. I do not wear strong scents or talk loudly, and if play gets too out of hand, I know how to calmly but firmly redirect into more acceptable behaviors.

About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I take time to understand their needs so they feel secure and relaxed. Every pet in my care is treated as if they were my own. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. Whether they choose to join me or relax elsewhere in the house is up to their preference. I do not have a kennel and am okay with pets being able to roam. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. Personally I’ll probably be outside with them :)

About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have worked in doggie daycare, worked as a bather and in the sales department! At work I got to experience different breeds, temperaments and personalities! My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I am known to have great communication skills, I am compassionate , and I am responsible. I pride myself in those traits and look forward to building a relationship with you and your family member! I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.

About: I’m a pre-vet college student trying to get as much animal care hours as possible. I have experience working in clinics as well as local shelters. I can work with all animals big and small. Sweet and feisty. I’ve babysat both dogs and cats and have experience with giving meds. My time volunteering at shelters has given me the skills and patience to work with all types of animals. I’m currently a student but have plenty of time to squeeze in some cuddles and walks whenever I can. In free most of the time on weekends and don’t mind waking up early. I have lots of experience working with animals at my local shelter Naperville Area Humane Society and dog sitting and cat sitting for multiple family friends for the past years. Since I was young we have always had animals, and it's easy for me to be in a routine feeding them..just as I would myself. I meal prep and train regularly. So schedules are regular and second nature for me. I will care for your pet to your specific needs as possible. Weather it be certain potty schedules, and/or medication schedule. I have no problem adhering to the best of my power. I do work full time 8 hour days, & off most weekends. But can be flexible

I’ve had pets my whole life, and currently have an Aussie named Ruthie and a cat named Jinx! I trained Ruthie myself and have taken care of dogs with special needs before. I am currently a full time student and therefore have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies! I’m available most holidays as well. I love spending time with your pets, making them feel loved, playing with them, and giving them the stimulation they need to be happy. I leave all clients’ homes exactly the way they left it. About: My family has always owned animals ever since I was born but ever since I was 13, I got my own dog. We already had two smaller dogs but I wanted our first big dog so I adopted my lab and took care of him ever since. From since I was 13 to 20, I have also taken 3 cats under my care as well. I work an 8-5 job at a veterinarian clinic and wanted to do more of what I like which is taking care of cats and dogs. I like to take the dogs on a walk when the weather permits. I make sure they are let out enough and get the love and care they need as well!

About: Your pets will love staying in my home! I’m home full time and will give them 24 hours of attention as if they were our own. They will be kept safe in my large fenced in yard and in my home and will go home clean if they get dirty. My girlfriend is a professional groomer so if they need groomed just let me know. When and if i come to your home I will take care of your pets so that they feel safe and happy and I will leave your home in the same condition or better than when I got there. I'm also available for dog walking and training. I'm familiar with lots of different breeds and temperament.
