I'd like to make sure I know of any health issues a pet may have before sitting for them, and a veterinary clinic in case of emergency. No breed preferences, any dog is fine! I do meet and greets prior though to make sure the pets will be comfortable around me.

It depends on the pets energy level. I can hold them, pet them, play with their toys, go for walks or play outside, whatever they enjoy doing!

Going out of town? Want to leave your pet in the comfort of their home rather than boarding them somewhere that stresses them out? Want to leave them with someone who will give them tons of TLC? Then I'm your gal! I have been petsitting for over 20 years, and I've had my own business for 15 years (Happy Tails). I have a lot of energy myself, but am also content to sit around and cuddle, so any energy dog is fine with me! I've taken care of dogs with health needs, administered many medications including insulin shots, liquids and pills, and worked with deaf and blind animals. Katie is my go-to pet sitter! She treats my pets (dogs, chinchillas, fish) like they're her own, is kind, dependable, and very communicative. If you're looking for peace of mind when you're going out of town, book Katie to care for your animals!
We were so pleased with the level of care Katie provided for our kitties while we were out of town for the holidays! Our cats are quite particular and one requires several medications, but Katie handled all of that perfectly. They were so happy and comfortable when we arrived back home. We loved receiving pictures and updates of our cats while we were away. Can’t recommend highly enough! We will definitely be booking again for our future trips
Katie has cared for our Labrador Retriever a few times and is wonderful! She is reliable, communicative, and responsive and I know our pup is in good, loving hands with Katie. We are so glad to have found Katie and much prefer to use her dog-sitting services instead of boarding like we had previously done. I highly recommend Katie for pet-sitting!
Katherine is one of the kindest, most responsive pet sitters we’ve had watch our dogs. We have 2 dogs that she watched and took on walks. She sent pics and checked in with pics. She’s our first choice when we go out of town now.
