About: My love for animals runs deep in my core! I can get along with any type of critter, and am very willing to taking care of pets who may have special needs. I’ve grown up in a household that has at least 3 pets at a time in it, and I used to work on a farm with tons of different animals! I’m very lucky to have so many pets in my life. Pet care is something I do on the daily, considering that I have 4 dogs at my house, all of which possessing their own quirks and personality traits. Taking the pets out, feeding the pets, and just spending quality time with them is a regular part of my routine. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
