About: I’ve always been an animal lover since I was little. Throughout college I have done all sorts of pet/house sitting for friends, family, coworkers etc. I have house sat for a family friend that required feeding and watering horses, milking goats, reptile care, rabbit cleaning care, medicating cats/dogs if needed, you name it. I currently have a Corn Snake, a Western Plains Hognose Snake as well as a Crested Gecko. I have been a Veterinary Receptionist for over 5 and a half years now. I was also an Animal Keeper for about a year with native Illinois Wildlife (including black bears, cougars & bobcats). I am currently transitioning to being a Veterinary Assistant so I am gaining new skills weekly! Currently working a max of 30 hours at my day job as a Veterinary Assistant but recently have been working less. Typically I have Sundays and Wednesdays off during the week but sometimes get another random week day off depending on how busy we are at the clinic. My shifts can vary from 8am to 2pm; 8am to 4pm; 9am to 3pm; 9am to 5pm or even 8am to 6:30pm. The earlier I’m off during the day I am able to help after that too. Your home is their home. I will cater to your pet based on what they like or need. If they just need someone to keep them company I’m there. I will treat your space with respect and follow any instructions given. My pets are family and are treated as such so the same would go for your kiddos.

About: I have been in love with cats and dogs for as long as I can remember! I grew up with 2 cats and 1 dog in my household as well as chickens, a bearded dragon, a turtle, fish, guinea pig, and a rabbit! Currently I have no animals but I still have the same amount of love for them! I have taken care of my friends and families animals and I’m always happy to meet some new animal friends!! 😍 I am currently a musician part time which means my schedule is flexible and I’m happy to visit your animals whenever is best for their schedule! I will happily send you picture and video updates for your animals! I love to play with them using their favorite toys and don’t mind spending some extra time for some snuggle sessions while I’m there :) I am a musician which means work comes and goes and I make my own schedule so I am extremely flexible and happy to visit whenever! We always had an "electric" fence for our dog which would gently vibrate her collar if she got out of the boundary. She was well trained and very attentive. Our cats were indoor cats and we made sure they knew they shouldn't try and get outside or on counters. The chickens and rabbit were fenced in outside in a giant chicken coop and since I was handling animals at a young age I am very familiar with how to gently care for them.

About: My love for animals runs deep in my core! I can get along with any type of critter, and am very willing to taking care of pets who may have special needs. I’ve grown up in a household that has at least 3 pets at a time in it, and I used to work on a farm with tons of different animals! I’m very lucky to have so many pets in my life. Pet care is something I do on the daily, considering that I have 4 dogs at my house, all of which possessing their own quirks and personality traits. Taking the pets out, feeding the pets, and just spending quality time with them is a regular part of my routine. I care for pets very attentively, making sure to feed them at the desired time, play with them as need be, and take them on walks when/where they need to go!

About: I’ve grown up with and cared for pets all my life. Dogs, cats reptiles and birds! I’ve also worked at a professional dog grooming salon for two years, I have a lot of experience with dogs big and small! I am currently working part time at a dog boarding facility, so I have plenty of spare time to walk and check in on your pets! I have utmost respect for my clients homes, following your rules and caring for your furbabies! I understand that not all pets are open to meeting new people, I approach animals softly and gently and have a lot of patience!

About: I had dogs my whole childhood, and have had cats in adulthood. As a kid, I loved caring for and training our dogs, both basic commands and some fun tricks! I was responsible for letting them out when they needed, feeding them on time, playing with them, and taking them on walks. I wanted to be a dog trainer for years, and had a training manual I would study to know all the right actions and reactions for different situations and behaviors. I can't say I remember many specifics for training, but I definitely have plenty experience in basic care and play. As of right now, I am available all day on Sundays, and until 2pm all other days— perfect for midday walks or drop-ins while you're at work! I can provide basic care for both cats and dogs in their homes. I will feed, play, cuddle, walk, and even clean up after if necessary.

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands on experience caring for pups of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I currently have two amazing dogs of my own. Khloe is a resilient 11 year old that has overcome major medical challenges, including a leg amputation and daily medication routines, and Oakley is an energetic 2 year old who keeps life exciting! Because of my own dogs, I’m no stranger to giving medication (including injections), working with limited mobility or vision, and supporting senior pets with the extra care they need. Whether your dog is a bouncing puppy or a gentle senior, I’ll treat them like family with playtime and plenty of belly rubs. I’d love to help care for your furry friend while you’re away! I work second shift, so I’m available in the mornings and early afternoons to care for your pet! I also live very close to work and am able to run home on breaks to see my dogs. In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I make sure every dog gets the exercise and fresh air they need with daily walks, just like I do with my own pups. For dogs with limited mobility or who tire easily, I even have a wagon that I use to wheel them around so they can still enjoy the outdoors safely and comfortably, something I do often for my senior, three-legged dog. Inside my home, I provide a calm, structured environment. I have two crates available and can accommodate both crate trained dogs and those who prefer to free roam. I always take the time to understand each dog’s routine and personality so I can tailor their care, whether that’s sticking to a medication schedule, providing quiet time, or making sure they have plenty of play and affection. In a client’s home, I aim to follow your routines as closely as possible to keep your pup comfortable and stress free while you’re away. My top priority is always the safety, happiness, and well-being of your dog.

About: I have had dogs all my life. I have cared for them since they were puppies until their transition to the rainbow bridge. I love meeting other animals and hearing their stories. I would care for your pets like they were mine. I have a strange schedule and may not answer your email until the next morning, so please allow me time to reply before moving onto another sitter. My availability is open during the day after 9am until 9pm and weekends 8am to 10 or 11pm. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. I am currently off work and have many hours in the day to care for your four-legged family members. I could do daily or twice a day walking as needed. I have a fenced in yard that my 5 dogs enjoy. I have 2 dogs that free roam at home. My 2 boys are big barkers, but are dog friendly. I have the other two kenneled due to bad behaviors and the other dog is having mobility issues and I try to keep her safe in the kennel.

I also have experience administering medication, kenneling & house keeping. My work schedule fluctuates but I get off everyday before 5! I can watch anytime after then or on my off days or before ! I can feed your pets meals, bathe them, take them on walks, play with them, put them in their crate, teach them tricks etc .

About: i have taken care of several breeds of dogs from the bichon’s to mastiffs! I have a beagle/shar pei mix who is 12 years old and a pit bull who is 2. We have 4 cats and I am an animal lover through and through! i am a stay at home mom of 2 and so my availability is open typically very flexible!. Up until now I have done this strictly in after work/school hours, but now have much more availability and hope to be able to branch out to more families! I will always respect the home of my client and their animals. We will go over any wants and needs and you don’t have to worry about anything else while you are gone! I am a Rover user myself and understand how important it is to feel stress free and in good hands when you are gone.

About: I have 2 cats of my own and my family has 4 dogs and 3 cats. I have spent my entire life caring for pets and I’d love to care for yours! I am currently employed full time, but my weekends are free. My schedule allows me to be available after 4:30pm during weekdays. I have the flexibility to change my schedule or take a longer lunch if needed, as always, please just communicate your needs with me! I have 2 cats that are very friendly with other cats and dogs. I'm available all day during the weeks, and after 3pm on the weekends to watch and care for your pet. I currently work part time during the day on the weekends.
