“Kelley did just a great job. She was thorough and punctual, was my first time with Kelley and I would certainly use her again. Professional and went above and beyond to care for my cat.”

About: I am a teacher and have summers off! Let me and my sweet daughter help take care of your pet this summer. We are too busy during the school year to justify having our own pet, so let us spoil yours! I have lots of availability this summer- let's work something out! Just reach out and we can get something on the calendar- whether you need over night care or your furry friend needs a walk. We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.

About: I’ve had Basset Hounds since I was a little girl, I’ve rescued and cared for a Labradoodle and I currently have two cats of my own. I am experienced in getting pets to take their meds, ear cleaning, nail trimming, brushing/deshedding and dog walking I am a grad student available any time outside of the hours of Monday-Wednesday from 5:30-9 pm for classes. This is subject to change next semester but should not impact my availability until Mid-January I can easily check in on your fur babies multiple times a day for feedings, bathroom breaks, walkies or playtime. I will not do overnight stays as my own kitty cats need me then.
“We had a wonderful experience with Kate & Chris taking care of Mika for three days. They were incredibly friendly, caring and patient with our dog which gave us so much peace of mind. We truly appreciate the love and attention they showed and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them would absolutely book drop-in visits with Kate & Chris again”

“Zhalih did an amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away! She went above and beyond by spending extra time with him, playing and making sure he wasn't lonely. It was clear she truly cared, and it gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for their pet. Five stars!”

“Gabrielle was great! She was available for me last minute. She kept me updated about the dogs and sent me photos that gave me a reassurance that they were in good hands! Highly recommend!”
About: My name is Jake and I have owned and cared for dogs for the majority of my life. I have sat for dogs of varying breeds (from small to large) and abilities (I have cared for a blind/deaf dog, as well as a dog with diabetes). I am very kind and playful with dogs, organized, punctual, and always willing to do what it takes to ensure your dog is living their best life! I am very patient with all dogs, and I am not afraid to get on my hands and knees to make sue they are having the best playtime possible. I understand how important our dogs are to us, so I will treat your dog with the care and love they deserve! I do currently work full time, but I generally have weeknights and weekends free, but am always willing to be flexible to ensure your pet is getting the best care I can offer! I always care for pets based on the preferences of the owner/needs of the pet! Please feel free to let me know how I best can care for your fur baby!
About: I have volunteered with an animal therapy program since 2018, where I have worked with and cared for miniature horses, miniature donkeys, miniature pigs, and dogs. I have had dogs of my own since I was very young. I have also worked at a doggy daycare for three years. My schedule is very flexible as my classes are spread out and my work schedule is usually consistent! I typically have more than enough time to walk pets or check in on them! I am very comfortable with all breeds of dogs! Even more so if the information necessary is given to make them more comfortable with me.
About: I love to play and love on animals, and my daughter loves to research breeds and find what they like the most. And care for them that way. Your pet(s) will be well welcomed to our fun loving home. Welcome! I am working full time, dogs will have full access to backyard at their leisure. If they are unfamiliar with a dog door, I will train them. Litter box cleaned daily. And in the morning and evening some love and play time. I have a fenced in yard, dog door ( that locks) shelves and hiding spots for cats. I had made this an oasis for my cat and dog while they were still with us. Our free time is spent at the cat cafe, and the humane society. We will go walk the dogs there or play with the cats at both places. Any animal in need of love and attention, we are thrilled to provide it. Our dog passed of cancer 3 years ago and needed to be put down as it had spread and she was in terrible pain. It was a slow, and hard for to let go A year ago, our cat had this disease, and she became immobile immediately and was in chronic pain. It was such a quick loss. So I have been a little hesitant to bring another animal in full time. However, all animals are welcome and we look forward to building a safe spot for you and your pet while you are away.
About: I have taken care of family and friends pets since I was in middle school. I have five cats of my own, but love dogs as well. I have taken care of my neighbors dog for a few years now as well as some of my friends and family’s dogs as well. I love taking care of pets and I hope I get to take care of yours! I love being active and live a very active lifestyle! Walking dogs or taking care of cats/dogs keeps me active throughout the day. I do work an 8am-5pm job but I am free afterwards and can check in on them during my break. I'm am also completely free on weekends! I am a responsible person! I keep pets fed and taken care of, litter boxes cleaned or taken outside for the bathroom. I also am able to give fur babies medication if needed!

“Michele was great! She dropped in over 4 days to feed, administer medication to and clean up after my 4 cats. My cats were well taken care of and happy. Michele is also very responsive to messages and I was never worried. Would definitely recommend her services.”

“Julia did a great job with my dog. She checked In multiple times a day and really went the extra mile to make sure my dog was taken care of (including giving him his daily medicine). Will definitely keep her in mind for future checkins!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bloomington
Malia has been great to work with. She was incredibly kind when we met, communicated clearly, and gave updates that were helpful without being overwhelming. She respected my preferences, used good judgment with the weather, and clearly prioritizes the dog’s comfort and safety. Luna took to her right away. I’d absolutely recommend her and will be continuing to work with her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
