MacKenzie was fantastic with my drama cat Flash! MacKenzie was responsive to my emails. She helped my Flash get through a very traumatic time for Flash, as his companion cat had recently passed. MacKenzie went the extra mile trying to comfort Flash each day while I was away. MacKenzie is truly a great cat lover, and I would recommend her to anyone.

MacKenzie is fabulous, she's super punctual and looked after my cats really well. They seemed to be very comfortable with her and I would definitely have her look after them again

MacKenzie took Bea into her home, giving great updates and photos during. She made sure Bea was eating and drinking properly, and getting lots of cuddles. Bea gives her two paws up!

Mackenzie did a great job taking care of our 3 cats, while we were gone for 2 weeks. She kept them well nourished, kept their litter boxes clean, and gave them attention that they love. She even brought in our mail daily. We're very thankful for her care of our pets.

MacKenzie & Jacob own 4 cats (no dogs but they sometimes board them) and clearly love animals. My 2 sibling kittens were born feral on my farm and when Mama disappeared, I had to take them in. Did not intend to keep them but these kitties had different plans. I am in the process of training them to spend more time indoors, and interact with other humans and animals. How lucky that I found MacKenzie on Rover. My kitties had their own space (spare bedroom) where I set up their familiar bedding, litter box, food, scratch post, etc. I started with a 24 hour stay and will prob try a few more days before taking a longer trip later this year. MacKenzie sent me regular updates. One kitty was slightly braver, exploring her surrounding. They both allowed MacKenzie and Jacob to pet them (although they admit they were shaking, which is no surprise) and they ate (not much) and used the litter box, but barely left the bedroom. MacKenzie & Jacob put them in their carriers minutes before I arrived (the cats only slightly resisted they said) and brought them downstairs with all of their belongings & helped me load it all up. I am very much looking forward to having my kitties spend more time with these two wonderful cat sitters - even when I don’t need a sitter - bc I want them to get more human and kitty interaction and I believe MacKenzie and Jacob’s home is the ideal environment. They are lovely, kind-hearted sitters who will give my babies the love and patience they need to become less feral and become the 2 house cats I need them to be.
