Alexis is an amazing young adult looking to care for other animals like she does her own. She has taken care of english mastiff’s, pit bulls and Great Danes. She regularly dog sitters for her neighbors and relatives. Her love, compassion and compassionate for animals is like no other. She has a dog of her own she is training to be a service dog. She wants to works with K9s and ultimately become a K9 search and rescue.

Even when training challenges arise, Alexis doesn’t give up—she adapts and keeps working until she finds what’s best for the dog. More importantly, Alexis genuinely loves every dog she meets. She treats them as individuals with their own personalities and potential, and she always puts their well-being first. I live a few houses down from Alexis and have known her since she was six years old. Her mother worked for a local pet center for 13 years and Alexis and her family have a heart of gold for all pets. Alexis is the most knowledgeable young woman when it comes to taking care of pets. Her family has always owned a family dog and she spends a great amount of time training, walking, taking car rides, and loving her family pets.
