About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve been the designated pet sitter for all my family and friends since I was 10. Over the years, I’ve gained very diverse experiences and skills in pet care, including: • Caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages • Aiding dogs with mobility issues • Caring for blind and/or deaf dogs • Administering medications, including insulin • Managing conflict between dogs • Basic grooming of all coat types • Basic training techniques, as learned through a service dog training program I’m free whenever your pets need me, weekends and weekdays. I only have one online class this summer, so I can give your pets all the attention they need! Let me know any specific care preferences such as crating, separating certain pets, preferred route for walks, cleaning instructions, etc. I only use positive reinforcement and refuse to use any tool that can harm the dog(s), including prong collars.

Our playful kitty Lin met them at the door each day, our shy kitty Dottie quickly warmed up to them, and they were even able to spot our senior cat Smokey a number of times (before he ran off to hide, as he usually does, haha!) I also really appreciated the detailed notes and adorable photos of the kitties they sent us each day -- you could tell how comfortable the kittens were with them by the end of the week. It's such a relief to know your pets are being well taken care of when you're out of town! MacKenzie was fantastic with my drama cat Flash! MacKenzie was responsive to my emails. She helped my Flash get through a very traumatic time for Flash, as his companion cat had recently passed. MacKenzie went the extra mile trying to comfort Flash each day while I was away. MacKenzie is truly a great cat lover, and I would recommend her to anyone.

My first time leaving my kitten with someone other than family had me really nervous but Katrina made it really easy, even with the last minute scheduling. She sent me lots of pictures and updated me on how much he ate. I would definitely come back to her in the future
