Unfortunately, her power went out while he was staying there and she was thoughtful enough to give Rocco a pair of pajamas to keep him warm! I love all of the pictures and updates she sends while we were away and I feel like Rocco gets so much attention as well as lots of play time with other dog friends. Another great feature with staying with Susan is that they are all small dogs. Our little JRT mix doesn't like playing with bigger dogs so this is a perfect fit for us! When our travel plans changed before the meet and greet, Zachary was very accommodating and made the booking process completely stress-free. From there, everything was seamless. While we were away, Zachary thoughtfully sent us daily updates and photos. It was so reassuring to see our puppy happy, having fun, and getting plenty of love and attention. It was clear he wasn't just being watched—he was treated like part of the family. Their kids were wonderful with him, and we know he loved having friends to play with. Shayna was incredible at caring for my furbaby. She went above and beyond in her care including always communicating with me through out. I think she is the best on Rover! I was nervous leaving my little one for days without me and in a strangers care, but she clearly made it easier and which gave me the confidence that my doggy would be well cared for! Boy was I right! I will book her again as my Yorkie seemed to love her lots. If you ask me she needs to open her own doggy daycare business!!!! Thank you again Shayna!!!
