About: Hello! I have had a love for pets my whole life! Starting when I was 12 I began to check in on my neighbor's and family member's animals. I would walk them, feed them, stay the night with them, and love on them! As a recent high school graduate, I am free both weekdays and weekends for the summer and can put my full attention and energy into watching your pet! I always make sure that my animal's needs are taken care of first! I take them on nice long walks and play with them and give them as much attention as possible! I make sure to take them out every few hours depending on how big or small!

About: My family has always had animals, and I've always loved taking care of them. Dogs, cats, birds, the whole nine yards. I've been around pure-breds, mutts, strays, elderly animals, young animals, a whole range, and I've always been very close with all of them. The most direct experience I've ever had was helping raise and train my mother's dog Ivan, a big American Bulldog with German Shepherd and Siberian Husky heritage, from near-birth to nine years old. Beyond that, I've helped care for my grandmother's many dogs, including Jasper, who is pictured in my profile picture. I'm currently on summer break between my Junior and Senior year of college, so I have plenty of time to care for animals at most points during the week. I generally like to keep Sundays and Mondays open, but I'm otherwise totally free to work. I'm a fairly relaxed pet owner myself, but I know when animals need to be taken seriously. As someone who helped raise a moderately antisocial 100 lbs. dog once, I know it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Alex did a great job with my 2 senior dogs! House sat for 5 nights, and we came home to house and dogs in great shape! One dog needs more supervision for hot spot treatment, Alex followed instructions and updated us about him. Good communication, sent photos of the dogs at least once a day.
