About: I've been a dog and cat owner my entire life and have a deep love for animals of all kinds. I'm especially passionate about rescue animals and understand that pets are much more than pets, they're family. I currently have both a dog and a cat, so I'm experienced with different personalities, needs, and routines. I also have experience with pets with medical needs. About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! Every other day, her food bowl is re-filled (no, you can't see the bottom of the bowl but she's my sweet princess who gets what she wants) and her kitty litter is scooped every other day and changed as needed. Ellie is a rescued Puppy Mill momma who grew up in a very confusing way and is forever married to routine. To keep her happy and healthy, we let her out same time each day (7am) where she eats 1.5 cups of food, potty break at 12pm and again at 5pm (1.5 cups). Ellie's gets let out 3 times a day, per her wants because I try to let her out more and if she doesn't have to go potty, she turns around and lays on her Tempur-Pedic bed. Otherwise, when the weather is appropriate Ellie and I take a minimum of a 15 minute walk in the park behind my house. Alexa does a wonderful job with my six month old German shepherd mix puppy! She’s very attentive to my dog and obviously enjoys spending time with her. She takes her for walks and then plays with her in the yard to tire her out. I’ve been very pleased. She’s also very punctual and reliable.
