About: I can sit and board during any holiday! I am new to the site, so that is why I do not have any reviews. I try to respond in less than thirty minutes. In the evening, I usually respond within a few minutes. I walk on a daily basis personally and am used to taking dogs on walks at least a few times a day. I have worked with all different breeds and do my research on breed specifications before taking care of any animal. I have helped taken care of animals that have to receive oral and injections daily. I have taken care of all ages of animals from babies to seniors. I have owned dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and rabbits. I currently do not own any animals, so that I can focus on your pets. I do usually send updates/pictures during the time your pet is with me, so that you know how they are doing I work as a nurse full time Monday through Friday. I started work usually no earlier than 745 am and am done no later than 5 pm. I have an hour long lunch break. I board on weekends so that I can be with your animal 24/7. I can dog sit throughout the week and dogs will receive a morning and evening walk as well as a lot of love and affection. I can do dog walking in the evening and if you live in the Fairlawn/Montrose area, I can do drop in visits between 12 pm-1 pm. I keep my availability up to date on this calendar as well. I live in a two bedroom apartment, but I live near a dog park I can take them to and can take them out every hour or two during the weekend if the board with me. I would take them on at least one walk minimum whether staying at my apartment or taking care of them at yours. The walks can vary from an half an hour to an hour or more depending on the dog and how your dog is feeling. I always ask their feeding schedule and an dietary restrictions. At my home, I have intellectual toys as well as just typical toys. If allowed, dogs and cats are more than welcome to sleep in bed with me. I allow animals on my furniture and have locks on cabinets to ensure they cannot get anything to harm them. I keep treats and food at my apartment. For walks, I have a hands free leash that goes around waist, so that way there is not a chance that the leash slips out of my hands.
About: I am American Red Cross certified for Cat and Dog First Aid. I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs for a little over 10 years, though have grown up with pets in the house for my entire life. I have experience with pets little and big, young and old, as well as a range of personalities and energy levels. I have provided care to dogs belonging to family, friends, neighbors, and even teachers and I have loved each pet as if it were my own. I have experience administering different medications including allergy meds, pills, and joint supplements. I work part time, and I am in school part time (I only have one in-person class), so my schedule has many gaps in it. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
