About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

About: I grew up with two dogs at home, a small schnauzer poodle mix and a larger vizsla. I have been taking care of them and walking them consistently for around 6 years. One is very energetic, friendly, but pulls a lot on a leash and the other is more reserved and not great with other dogs, so I have experience working with both types of dogs. I also was taking care of a friend’s puppy recently, so I am experienced with puppies/younger dogs as well. I just recently got a kitten and I am obsessed with her! I am available almost every morning/early afternoon. There are a few days during the week where I am available all day. Available on some weekends as well. Their dog, Jonah, was very well behaved and super friendly. Jonah and Barney were best buds within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. Dogs were perfect little angels and never showed distress as they were made to feel at home during their stay. Great communcation via messages, videos and pictures. They shared any concerns they observed during the stay and checked in to make sure it was normal behavior and one of our dogs health was okay. They were amazing and accomodating. I’ve never met a cat I didn’t love! I have two super friendly poodle mixes Nova and Arlo. Not only have I taken care of cats/dogs for 20+ years, I’m also the first to volunteer to care for my friends and neighbors beloved pets. I once babysat a neighbors 30 outdoor cats! I also have experience with senior cats and dogs. My expertise with dogs are home visits, walking and fetch or playing. “My experience with Jenna and Nathan exceeded my expectations more than I can say. I have a rescue dog who is very shy. I have never left her anywhere and did not know what to expect. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us. I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. I feel like I can actually go away for a couple days at a time now as long as they are able to babysit my sweet pup. Another wonderful thing about them is that one of them is home at all times. At least they were able to do that the week we were gone.”
