“I can't enough good things about Matt. He's upbeat and friendly to Truman and myself. When walking, he gets updates from friends in the neighborhood and keeps me abreast. Besides walking, he's fed my fish and did small things around the house for me. Truman loves him and I get to speak to him after his walk.”

“I could not be any happier with Bella after just two visits ( she will walk Chloe weekly) I am so glad I found her!!! She is teaching my Chloe how to walk on a leash and does way better of a job then I do. She says Chloe gives her kisses which makes me smile:)”

Diamanta & Thomas U.
“Diamanta and Thomas are wonderful! They truly go above and beyond when taking care of our rambunctious labradoodle Penny! They know how to calm her down and welcome her into their home. She gets along great with their four-legged family members. We worry when leaving her as she can get separation anxiety, but they make her feel safe and take excellent care of her.”

About: Since I was around 10, my family has been largely involved in fostering puppies, full size dogs, and occasionally cats for a rescue group. I played a big part in helping care for them. My family has always had 3 large dogs in our home since I was born. I have had my own dog for a little over a year now and am trusted to take care of friends and families pets regularly when needed. I am a student with a loose schedule and no official job commitment. I do freelance style jobs so I am always available to change my schedule when needed to care for pets. I can crate animals if needed and have a very friendly, playful dog who would love to meet your pet if wanted. I enjoy walking dogs any distance suitable for them.

Frank P.

“Frank was amazing with our puppy and we really appreciated the photos from their walks and updates on how he was doing. Will definitely book again!”

Sydney G.
“My dog Ruby is my literal baby, and I am very selective about who I allow my dog to be around (let alone being alone with her). Sydney had an instant connection with Ruby, playing with her, walking her, and of course loving on her. Sydney is a natural when it comes to animals, and my Ruby is lucky to have her auntie Syd!”

Ayrianna J.
“Ayrianna is on of the person ik when it comes to pets and other animals as well. She gentle with them and helps them when ever they need it.”

Gabriella R.
“Gabriella has been a wonderful alternative to care for our precious 5 year old Goldendoodle, when we are out of town. She is professional, responsible, a true animal lover, and takes such good care of boy. Traveling has been so much more enjoyable, knowing that he is getting all the belly rubs and exercise that he needs. We highly recommend her! Thank you, Gabbie!”

Stef M.

“Stef was amazing with our puppy! She supported him on long walks, and gave him all the love and attention in their time together. She was always super communicative with me and has a genuine love for dogs. Will absolutely book again in the future!”

Rebekah T.

“Awesome thank you so much for loving my baby”

Kaylin G.
“I promise you that you can not find a more responsible, polite, on-time, conscientious, caring individual than my daughter Kaylin. I know I may be a little biased, but she is simply amazing. Your Pet will be in great hands with her. She will do what she is asked (and more)!”

Kyla F.

“Kyla is lovely! We’re so grateful to have her as our dog walker. Our dog adores her. She’s very kind to him and he always runs right up to her.”

Abby R.
“I left for Florida for a week and my dog was happy as ever when I came back! She is amazing! You will be satisfied!”

About: Hi, I love dogs and have a large fenced yard in Kent near Kent State, I offer overnight dog sitting and doggy day care in my home for short or long stays. I have one 14 yr old dog (Bentley, a beagle mix) and an older cat. I will give your dog lots of attention and in addition to the fenced yard, I will walk them around the neighborhood, typically going on at least two walks a day. As well, I will take him or her to the unofficial neighborhood fenced "dog park" (if they like to play with other dogs). My dog is older and not into playing with other dogs but likes to make friends (sometimes it takes him a bit). He does better with older dogs and calmer dogs, but I can keep separated if necessary. I am an Art professor at KSU, I have two teenagers, one dog, Bentley who is around 14 and a sweet older cat named Tiger. She doesn’t love dogs, so she is usually in a bedroom, upstairs or outside. I love love love dogs and after fencing my yard in 2012 I decided I would like to have visitors. It will be like doggy camp, they'll have a blast and will be loved and cherished. My schedule is pretty flexible so when I’m working outside of my home it’s rarely more than 4 hours that I’m gone. I also have my kids around to help if I’m not home. I have a fenced yard but take the dogs for walks. Usually the dogs sleep upstairs in my bedroom on the floor or occasionally on the bed if they’re small (my dog is a bed hog). They get lots of attention, treats if allowed and cuddles galore!

Brittany B.

“Brittany is awesome! She does an amazing job helping me out twice a week with taking my pup for a walk. She sends pictures and he always looks so happy. Will definitely continue to use Brittany and hire her again to help with my pups needs!!”

About: I love all dogs! I have had dogs growing up and have had a dog my whole life. I genuinely love to care for pups and they bring me so much joy! I am a counselor and work at a school and also work from home. I am available more often during school breaks and in the summer! I go on several walks and provide a comfortable living space for them. I also have a fenced in area in your dog would enjoy to run without a leash!

Sierra L.
About: I am a college graduate looking for some flexible work. My schedule is pretty flexible, which is just one reason I wanted to start pet sitting with Rover. I have always loved dogs and have had them throughout my whole life, currently I have a male husky mix, age 9, and a sheepadoodle puppy to our family who is just under 2 years old. With having a husky mix and a puppy, I'm used to playing with my dogs often and knowing how to get their energy out while having fun. Things like fetch, long walks, and tug-o-war are some of my favorite activities to do with them. While playing and lots of attention is crucial, I know most dogs need alone time to rest and sleep throughout the day when they don't like to be bothered, which I will respect if this is the case! If you or your family wishes to have photos and or updates of your dogs sent to you while away I would be more than happy to do so, having pets myself I know it is reassuring to see them having just as much fun as you are while away/on vacation! I have pretty open availability any days of the week but I am unable to stay overnight at your home as I need to be at home with mine. I will not board your pet at my home however I will ensure your pets’ safety by always leashing them before going outside as well as letting them out in your fenced yard if you have one.

Kayla J.

“Kayla has been walking my very large puppy for over a month and has done a great job. He’s a reactive dog, and she was very open to learning how to redirect and give positive reinforcement for not reacting. She’s a quick learner and very reliable”
