Jennifer has taken care of our cat many times, and she is the only person I trust with my boy. I would never leave him with anyone but Jen — she has become like a member of our family. She is so generous with her time, and goes far above and beyond and keeps him fed, entertained, and content. Besides his excellent care, she is very conscientious and thoughtful about making sure all is good at our house, and is willing to help with other responsibilities while we are away. She’s the best!!
So glad I came across Lindsay, I had to head out of town last minute and she came in clutch. We weren’t able to do a meet and greet beforehand but we were able to figure something out and everything turned out fine. Will definitely keep her mind for the future!

Audrey was very responsive during my vacation. Ohio expreienced a snow, cold and ice storm and I had concerns about her being able to travel to visit my two cats. She was very willing to drive to my house to take care of them, even on the worst day. I especially loved the check in photos and a few of her pirctures are really amazing photos. Audry also helped me with turning on faucets and helping with concerns with my pipes freezing. I would highly recommend her - and already have to my friends and family when they go out of town.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
