I am currently a stay at home mom with my own fur babies. My day starts at 6AM when I wake up to feed and walk the dogs and check to see if the cats need anything. I would be more than happy to care for your animal(s) here or get out of the house and care for them in their home!

I have a large fenced in yard, a finished basement with separate rooms, a separate mudroom, and kennels if needed! My 4 cats and 2 dogs roam the house and would love to make new friends, but if your animals are shy, we have plenty of space to accommodate. All I ask is for a clear set of instructions if caring for your pet in your home and you can expect those instructions to be carried out with love and respect for your animal(s) and property. I am also insured for pet care/housesitting through PCI.

Please let me know any important information about your pet and any special care requirements they may have! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I'm really an easy going individual, and very understanding when it comes to animals.
A typical day
We can run and play in the backyard, we have many toys and lot's of space! Walking around the neighborhood is also a possibility. I have separate rooms for dogs and cats if necessary, there are also different kennels available. All the rooms of my house have some kind of pet toys and water bowls or fountains. Multiple cat trees and litter boxes! If your animal is more relaxed and just wants watch some TV or listen to music I can accommodate just about anything. I have a pet stroller and many harnesses and leashes as well for different walking experiences.

I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! I have rescued several cats and found loving homes after getting them medical care (I always keep in touch). One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. I also provided supportive care for my two eldest cats (11years) after their major surgeries (perineal urethrostomy and gallbladder removal). I am also in the process of obtaining my wildlife rehabilitation permit for I always seem to be brought animals to care for and I would like to do more for them than just transporting to a rehabilitator! I have a lot of room at my house which includes the finished basement area with separate rooms, a mudroom, a large fenced in backyard, and kennels if needed. I'm willing to travel to you, or care for your animals here! All my animals are friendly (successfully introduced and integrated) but if yours needs some privacy I can absolutely provide it. I'm here to help, I hope it's clear how important your fur babies would be to me! I would love to make whatever it is you need happen.

Kristen was fantastic. She is really great with dogs and has 2 friendly ones of her own! She has an amazing huge fenced back yard with trees for shade, squirrels galore, everything my dog Frida could have asked for. She's very responsible, communicated quickly, and it was an overall fantastic experience. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!
Kristen was amazing with our Koko. She was always updating us on her day. She liked being there so much that she did not have her usual excitement upon seeing us. I'm so glad we found her and we will definitely be using her when we need to be away. She also got along really well with Kristen's fur babies.
Kristen was amazing!!!🎉🤩 I returned home from a trip to my two furbabies feeling happy & loved❤️ Kristen did everything that was needed (medications too!) and followed my instructions precisely for feedings (one cat has dietary needs and strict portions of wet & dry). I was on my trip with the much needed peace of mind knowing I had arranged for the right person to take care of my babies while I was gone. Kristen is one of the most considerate and capable animal lovers I have ever known. Beyond the typical day to day care that she provides for her pets (feeding, walking, changing litter, etc.) I've seen her take on challenges that most would shy away from (like raising a newborn kitten found on the roadside, nursing wildlife or at the very least finding them suitable care, and creating shelters for strays and other wildlife to escape the harsh winters here in Ohio) with her full effort and love, and with a knowlegebase that is quite frankly impressive to say the least. When you leave your pet with someone, you want the assurance that they will be cared for with the attention that you would provide them at home, and I can tell you wholeheartedly that Kristen is the person who will treat your pet as her own!
