“Anna has been an amazing sitter every time we’ve needed someone to check in on our pets. The biggest endorsement I can give is that our very skittish cat will always come and sit on her lap during visits! It always gives us peace of mind knowing that we’ll be receiving pictures of happy pets while we’re away. Thank you, Anna!”

“We are so glad that we found Elise! She is so sweet to our 3 fur babies. She also texted pictures of them during her visit to put our mind at ease. This was our first experience using this service. It was so reassuring to know that they were in good hands. We look forward to using Elise again whenever we need dog drop-in services. Highly recommend!”

“She was absolutely amazing got good pictures of my babies every time she visited and also had very good communication. My cat seemed very happy and healthy when I got back!”

“Zachary has been great for us! Our dogs truly enjoyed his drop ins and always look forward to his visits. He sent us fun photos of our dogs and always responded promptly. We would highly recommend his services. We would definitely book again in the future!”

“Dee did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were away. We enjoyed meeting her before our trip and appreciate how thorough and helpful she was. We highly recommend her.”

“I highly recommend Tara as a pet sitter. She watched my 4 cats over the holidays. She provided excellent care, ensuring they were fed, played with, and received the attention they needed. She also gave our oldest kitty medication during her visits. Tara's reliability and genuine love for animals make her the perfect choice for anyone seeking a trustworthy sitter!”

“Jennifer was hands down the best sitter we have had on Rover. She is absolutely amazing! Jennifer took amazing care of our cat Momo while we were on vacation for three weeks. She provided detailed report cards and went above and beyond to make sure that we knew Momo was being well cared for. Jen is an amazing person and pet sitter. Will definitely be booking with her again the next time we need a sitter.”

“Christine was fantastic with our dog Ali. We were nervous as this was the first time we hired a drop in sitter while we were gone. Our dog is a little bit neurotic and elderly and we weren't quite sure how she was going to react. She loved Christine from the get-go. She loved all the walks, attention, love she was given in our absence. She was walked at least twice a day. Which really kept her anxiety and energy level down. She was so chill when we got home it was quite shocking. She was in constant contact with us with photos and updates and I would highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: Hello! I have had a love for pets my whole life! Starting when I was 12 I started checking in on my neighbors and family members animals. Weather that be walking them, feeding them, staying the night with them, or just loving them! I am just graduating high school. I currently have no job which means I can put my full attention and energy into watching your pet! I am free weekdays and weekends! I always make sure that my animals needs are taken care of first! I take them on nice long walks and play with them and give them as much attention as possible! I make sure to let them out every few hours depending on how big or small!

“Samantha was very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole experience stress free. I felt completely comfortable having her check on my dog. Looking forward to booking her again!”

About: I grew up around dogs, cats, and horses, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. From a young age, I was expected to help take care of them and learn what they needed—whether that was energetic puppies and kittens or older animals who needed a little extra patience and care. Over the years, I’ve had a lot of hands-on experience. I’ve cat sat for cats with disabilities and learned how to adjust care to meet their specific needs. I also volunteered at the Animal Protective League and One of a Kind Pets as a cat cuddler, where I helped socialize shelter cats and build trust with them so they’d be more comfortable around people and ready for adoption. I also spent time walking dogs at the shelter and giving them attention and consistency. While living in Akron, I regularly watched a family’s senior dachshunds—very needy little dogs that required a lot of patience, routine, and love. I’m very comfortable caring for senior pets and understand how important it is to go at their pace and pay attention to the little things. Overall, I’ve always had a genuine love for animals. Caring for them has never felt like a job to me—it’s something I naturally enjoy and take pride in. I’m a teacher, so my schedule opens up a lot more in the summer, which gives me great flexibility for pet care. During the school year and summer, I’m available for evening walks or drop/ check-ins after 4pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays are mostly wide open for me, and I’m also available on Sundays. Look below for a schedule breakdown! In the summer, I have even more availability and can typically do morning, afternoon, or evening visits any day of the week (Sun–Sat), depending on the week. I’m also open to overnight stays when needed. I do have a few pre-planned trips coming up this summer: June 19–26th July 3rd July 16–27th Latest schedule until June 5th: Monday-Friday: 3-11pm drop-ins (dogs or cat) & dog walking Saturday-Sunday: SAME DAY BOOKING POSSIBLE for all day drop-ins (dogs or cats) & dog walking *unless specified for that particular weekend, might need at least 1 day noticing** I live in an apartment, so I’m not able to host pets in my home (no boarding). However, I’m more than happy and fully comfortable caring for pets in your home where they feel safest and most at ease in their own environment. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with respect and make sure your pet’s routine is followed as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, or just giving them companionship and attention. I always aim to keep things calm, consistent, and stress-free for your pet, especially since being in their own space helps them feel secure.
“Isabella is trustworthy and followed all special care instructions perfectly. I look forward to having Isabella come into our home and provide care for our cat during our next time away.”

“Matthew was absolutely exceptional! From the very beginning, he was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. He cared for my fur babies as if they were his own, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. He followed every instruction explicitly and paid close attention to all the details I provided. It was clear he genuinely loves animals and takes his responsibility seriously. I came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and everything exactly as I left it. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and truly wonderful dog sitter. We will definitely be booking with him again!”

About: Pets have always been a part of my life. I have years experience training and taking care of my own pets, everything from dogs, and cats to snakes, and rabbits and everything in between. I am a go-to petsitter for neighbors and friends and family. I worked for a doggie daycare for a little over a year. I currently am a certified dog groomer on the weekends and a stay at home dog mom during the week, so I have plenty of time for your fur, feather, and scale babies. I currently work part time on the weekends, I have plenty of time to check on your fur babies and get their energy out while you are away during the week. I have a bearded dragon, rabbits, and two dogs who are my babies, oh and chickens! My dogs are treated like family and are spoiled everyday I cant wait to do the same for yours. I am very good at paying attention to detailed care instructions and maintaining an established routine for your pet while also giving them plenty of love and care while you are away.
“Thanks for watching Fergie & Sy this weekend! They looked like they had a great time! Happy to hear Fergie wasn’t scared and Sy wanted pets! Thanks for always taking such good care of them!”

I treat every animal like they’re my own and always keep their comfort, safety, and happiness as my top priorities. I currently am a pharmacy technician full time but I typically have 3 days off weekly and time before and after work available for your pets needs. About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a range of animals from chickens to cats. From there, I have always had a pet to share my heart with. I have had guinea pigs, cats, dogs in my own home and have yet to meet an animal I don't get along with. I am looking for flexible work so that I can finish writing my novel without letting the burden of finances fall completely on my husband. I figure walking and caring/sitting for animals to help keep my family fed is a great match for me, my personality, and my love for animals. I used to work 13 hour days, an hour from home, so I understand the importance of a pet nanny and would be honored to help you with that need! My two fur babies, Lily (9 year old Ragamuffin kitty) and Ellie (5 year old German Shepherd) have different personalities and co-habitate beautifully, but I would not want to introduce other animals into my home. Both of my girls are rescues from different shelters (Angels for Animals and One of a Kind Pet Rescue) and they both lived stressful lives before me so my job is to give them sanctuary and love. That said, in regard to care, Lily is pretty self regulated. Every other day, her food bowl is re-filled (no, you can't see the bottom of the bowl but she's my sweet princess who gets what she wants) and her kitty litter is scooped every other day and changed as needed. Ellie is a rescued Puppy Mill momma who grew up in a very confusing way and is forever married to routine. To keep her happy and healthy, we let her out same time each day (7am) where she eats 1.5 cups of food, potty break at 12pm and again at 5pm (1.5 cups). Ellie's gets let out 3 times a day, per her wants because I try to let her out more and if she doesn't have to go potty, she turns around and lays on her Tempur-Pedic bed. Otherwise, when the weather is appropriate Ellie and I take a minimum of a 15 minute walk in the park behind my house. I hope this description helps you trust that your fur babies will consider me "Auntie Marah" soon enough, and that they are in safe and caring hands with me. I am happy to answer any questions!

Munroe Falls cat parents share their Rover experiences
Matt was incredible. Both of our cats were instantly friends with him and would come running to the door every time he came to visit. We loved getting the daily pictures while we were missing them. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be using him again if we need to!

Audrey was very responsive during my vacation. Ohio expreienced a snow, cold and ice storm and I had concerns about her being able to travel to visit my two cats. She was very willing to drive to my house to take care of them, even on the worst day. I especially loved the check in photos and a few of her pirctures are really amazing photos. Audry also helped me with turning on faucets and helping with concerns with my pipes freezing. I would highly recommend her - and already have to my friends and family when they go out of town.

I have never trusted anyone, outside of family, to take care of my little buddy but, I would definitely put my faith in Matias to care for him again. He put to rest any doubts I had about using a pet sitter while I was on vacation, as well as any fears Brando may have had with someone new caring for him. He was kind and patient with him, and he also kept me informed daily on how my little guy was doing. I would recommend Matias to anyone.
