About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 11 and still care for them currently. I have also grown up with my friends dogs, as well as my grandparents dogs. My best friend has two dogs over 100 pounds that I am with often! I have also volunteered at Portage County Animal Protective League back in middle school, where my aunt works. I have also cat sitted for my aunt numerous times! I have nothing but passion and empathy for all animals. :) I am currently a student at Kent State University, and I work part time in retail. I only have classes for a few hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule will make it easy to fit pet care into my daily routine! I will treat your home with care as if it were my own, as well as your fur babies. To me, animals are family and deserve the best.

About: I have been taking care of dogs most of my life. I am 57. I have done dog training and agility with 2 of our dogs. I have had a puppy and dealt with Senior dogs too. I love to give our dog lots of attention with play time, walking and outdoor activities. I love to take walks and go to other parks too. With the owner's permission, I love to go to the dog park-Bow Wow dog park and the Akron Dog Park. I give your furry one lots of attention with play time-throwing toys-playing fetch with a ball or toy. Letting them have backyard time. We have a fenced in back yard for the dogs to be free. I also will brush your dog and pet them and give them attention, while you are away. I will treat your dog like he/she is my own dog. Another place I will take dogs is Petsmart or Pet Supplies Plus for social interaction and exercise. I am at home and available most days. We have a 20 year-old Son, who also loves dogs! My Husband helps out too, with walks and letting the dogs out in our backyard and is a dog person. Currently, I am not working. I have a knee problem and some medical issues that prevent me from working full time. I have plenty of time to take care of your dog. We love to take walks and go to the dog parks. However, if you prefer your dog not to go to the dog park, that is fine. We could go on walks and let your dog go outside in our backyard. We have lots of dog toys, bones, balls, etc... I do have a walk thru pet gate that I set up to block off the kitchen and dining room area. We will feed our dog and your dog separately in separate rooms. I love to brush and pet dogs. If needed, we could bath your dog too. We are a "dog" type family, that is our preference. We have had fish, hamsters and also a guinea pig in the past. I grew up with a cat in our home, as a child. We will throw ball and toys for the dogs and play with your dog. We have a small crate that is in our garage, however we don't usually use the crate. If we leave the home, depending on the situation, if your dog is destructive or chewing on furniture or other items, then we will crate your dog when we leave for church or a short errand. If you have a calm dog and the dog is not destructive and well mannered, then your dog could stay in the family room area, unless you prefer that your dog is in his crate. We will use 2 dog gates near our steps to go upstairs. We prefer that our dog and other dogs do not go upstairs. As a House Sitter, I would do any needed cleaning up of any messes I make. I would be bringing my own food, as I am gluten free and dairy free. The only thing I would need is some freezer and frigerated space for my food. I would follow your normal routine for your dog or dogs. I do have occasional Dr and therapy appointments, fyi. We have a home in Akron, with a fence in our backyard. We live near a forest, it is a quiet area. We have a small neighborhood, where the street dead ends to a forest. We don't get drive thru traffic, that use our area as a "short cut".

About: My name is Mariah and I am 29 years old. I have had the pleasure of having dogs all my life! Along with dogs, I have had birds, hamsters, lizards, cats, hedgehog, frogs & a pet pig as well! I am going to school for my Vet Tech degree. I also worked for a pet rescue called Paws and Prayers for about a year, so I have a lot of experience with scared & shy dogs and cats. About: I’ve taken care of animals basically my whole life! I’ve never had a period of time without a cat and/or dog in my house (as well as fish and hermit crabs!). Ever since I’ve been able to, I helped care for the family pets (walking, grooming, feeding etc). Now I have two kitties that I love very much! I also used to walk my neighbors’ dogs about 10 years ago when I was 13 and all throughout high school. Additionally, I’ve done longer term pet sitting for friends going on trips several times. I take care of my animals everyday of course! I feed my cats daily, clean their litter boxes everyday, and make sure their water fountain is full. Weekly they get brushed, and they get baths as needed. I will comply to whatever your house rules are! Whatever your fur babies need, I’m here for! I want to make sure they are happy, healthy and their needs are met. My goal is to keep your space nice and clean and your pets content and cared for.

About: I love animals, I've had many different types of pets throughout my life. I've had two guinea pigs, a hamster, many goldfish, and dogs. I don’t know have a dog or cat at the moment. Looking forward to pet sitting and walking. I mostly work weekends and Mondays on the farm I have a puppy at home who is super friendly. I also have a bunny and reptiles who are all caged in. I do not have a fenced in area at my apartment but I don’t mind going on walks to let some energy out. My apartment is a townhome, and has 2 levels.
