Loving dog walker who enjoys dogs
I am a caring and dependable dog walker with a genuine love and respect for animals. I currently walk two dogs Tuesday through Friday and have built a strong bond with them. One was shy and barked at me at first, but now happily runs up to greet me—an experience I truly value. I also volunteer at the Humane Society animal shelter, where I help feed cats, clean their cages, and walk dogs. At times, my responsible and gentle 14-year-old son assists me on walks, offering extra attention and care to the dogs. My priority is making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I will make sure to follow any instructions or recommendations from the client concerning the well being of their pet. I typically give the dog daily exercise 4 to 7 times per day. With the owner permission I will take dog to the dog park and keep a watchful eye on the dog at all times there. If I feel another dog is getting aggressive I will immediately remove the dog so nothing escalates.

Shayna was incredible at caring for my furbaby. She went above and beyond in her care including always communicating with me through out. I think she is the best on Rover! I was nervous leaving my little one for days without me and in a strangers care, but she clearly made it easier and which gave me the confidence that my doggy would be well cared for! Boy was I right! I will book her again as my Yorkie seemed to love her lots. If you ask me she needs to open her own doggy daycare business!!!! Thank you again Shayna!!! My little one came back so happy and full of joy after being with you!!!

I recently boarded my dog for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Shayna. She’s caring, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving Bowser in her hands. We received updates and could tell he was getting plenty of love, attention, and exercise. He was happy, healthy, and well cared for, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provided and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. I will definitely use her again when I can afford it.

Schedule
I work from 10 to 6 on weekdays but I’m able to walk dogs before work or during my lunch break if needed. I also don’t mind walking dogs during the evening time as well.

- Let me know if your dog is neutered and if there are any behaviors or triggers I need to be aware of. I want to make sure I give them the proper care they need. I have worked with a dog who had a lot of anxiety and I found that they did well with calming music, lots of reassurance that they are safe, and long walks.
