About: I've served as a lead volunteer at a local cat rescue for the past two years where my responsibilities include basic cat care (feeding, litter box cleaning, playing and enrichment), behavior support and matching cats to potential adopters. Through this rescue I have also fostered kittens and a few adult cats who need medicine administration and time away from the shelter. Last, but certainly not least, I grew up always with a cat in the house, and adopted my own, Greta, five years ago. I work full time (Monday thru Friday, 9-5), but am available for visits with your pet after work and on the weekends in the mornings and evenings. I have a dedicated room for your pet to stay in (my home office), and they will be completely separate from my cat, Greta. In between animal visitors or fosters, I do a full wash of all fabrics in the room, and disinfect all hard surfaces with Rescue, a popular disinfectant used in veterinary offices and animal shelters. I also have a Ring camera installed in the room, so I am able to check in on your pet even when I am not at home.

About: I was born into a pet-loving home and began helping with pet care as early as age six — feeding, walking, and helping with training our family dogs. Since then, I’ve spent over three decades caring for dogs and other animals, both personally and professionally. As a Montecito-based business owner and endurance athlete, I spend much of my time on the trails and beaches — often with a dog by my side. About: Over 35 years of animal care experience with a lot of extra time on my hands post retirement. I would love to share that time with your fur babies!! I am a recently retired government employee of 27 years. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, including one special needs cat that is 15 years old. I live in Santa Barbara, but can travel and would love to care for your fur babies!! I will treat your babies and your home like they are my own! There is a risk of them potentially getting too much love as we are huge animal lovers in this house!!
About: Animals have been a big part of my life as I have always had pets of my own and volunteered with various animal rescue organizations. I am have experience working with dogs and cats of various ages and sizes. I have knowledge of basic training, senior care and administration of medications. Your pets wellbeing is what is most important to me and i make your pets behavioral and health needs my top priority. I’m generally available for walks and visits on weekdays after 5 PM and have flexible availability on weekends. I work remotely on Mondays and Thursdays and have Fridays off, which allows me to accommodate uninterrupted house-sitting needs during those days. I have a small fenced yard (where your dog would under constant supervision) and two friendly resident dogs who love doggie visitors. I have two crates and multiple playpens of various sizes. I live close to a tennis court which provides free tennis balls to neighborhood pups and am a short drive from the beach! My home is dog friendly with plenty of toys, dog beds, pet friendly furniture and treats. I have a family member who is home all day to provide your pet with extra love when I go to work.

She was very communicative and sent detailed updates with pictures and videos. She stayed at our house and we came back to everything being totally clean- she even left money for a movie she had rented on Amazon which was totally unnecessary but very considerate. I would highly recommend her.”
